A recent slide has gotten him in this $7K range, but we can't overlook his 37-point average in this price range. He's shown some flashes of getting out of it recently, too, averaging 37 fantasy points per game across his last three outings. The reason we think he can reach that and possibly surpass it here is the matchup. New Orleans currently ranks 24th in defensive efficiency while owning a 28th OPRK against opposing point guards. In their one meeting earlier this year, Sim dropped 40 fantasy points if you needed any more incentive. Delon Wright FD - $7000 DK - $6800 Opponent - SA Proj Pts FD - 36.9 DK - 36.28 Wright has been in this article the last two games he's played, and his form in those gems shows that we're doing something right. Delon is averaging 18 points, 8.5 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 5.0 steals, and 2.5 blocks per game in those two starts. That's a truly absurd stretch, with Wright scoring at least 55 DraftKings points in both of those. This recent rise in production is no surprise when you see that Sacramento is playing without De'Aaron Fox, Tyrese Haliburton and Harrison Barnes, which is likely to be the case again here. Between 2019-20, Pineda pitched to a 3.91 ERA and 1.16 WHIP while generating an 8.8 K/9 rate. His statistics are even more impressive this year, generating a 2.30 ERA, 0.91 WHIP, and 9.0 K/9 rate. That makes it hard to believe that he's priced so reasonably on both sites, especially when you see this tasty matchup. Texas currently ranks 24th in xwOBA and 29th in K rate, boasting one of the worst lineups in baseball. Nathan Eovaldi FD - P 8600 DK - SP 8400 Opponent - DET (Spencer Turnbull) Park - BOS FD - 36.91 DK - 19.7 I've never been a huge fan of Eovaldi's game, but he's looked like a different pitcher since the beginning of last season. In fact, Eovaldi has a 3.69 ERA and 1.18 WHIP in that span, striking out 84 batters across 83 innings of action. He's always shown elite velocity, but his spin rate and other pitches are finally coming around. The best part about using him is this matchup, though, with Detroit ranked last in nearly every offensive category. They currently sit 30th in runs scored, OBP, OPS, xwOBA, and K rate. That means you can use any pitcher against them, especially a hot one like this. He started at point guard with Tyrese Haliburton, Harrison Barnes, and De'Aaron Fox all out, posting one of the best all-around stat lines of the season. In fact, he finished with 13 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, four steals, and four blocks in that majestic performance, providing 55 fantasy points across 37 minutes of play. We talked about how much he stuffed the stat sheet in his time with Detroit, and this sort of game shows just how versatile he can be. Indiana has been terrible recently, too, allowing at least 130 points in three of their last four games. Austin Rivers FD - $3600 DK - $3400 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 20.01 DK - 20.5 This play is obviously risky, but Rivers could play some big minutes here. We say that because of this injury report, with Jamal Murray, Will Barton, Monte Morris, and PJ Dozier all likely to sit here. That means Rivers could find himself as a starter which is no surprise when you see that he played 33 minutes on Monday. Any guy who can play at least 30 minutes below $4K is hard to avoid, especially with so much ball-handling missing from the lineup. That makes it hard to believe he remains so cheap, especially considering that he looks ready for a full workload after a 30-minute game over the weekend. The matchup with Detroit is dandy, too, with Ball dropping 36 DK points in this matchup last week. Delon Wright FD - $5200 DK - $5100 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 35.11 DK - 34.25 This is my favorite play of the day! It looks like the Kings will be missing De'Aaron Fox, Tyler Haliburton, and Harrison Barnes, likely forcing Wright into a start and 35 minutes of play. He's actually got a 26 percent usage rate with those guys off the floor and is averaging 1.25 DK points per minute in this role. That's the stud we saw in Detroit, with Wright averaging nearly 35 fantasy points per game as their starting point guard. I mean, this $8,000 price tag on FanDuel is criminal for someone as talented as Lillard. All you need is 40 fantasy points for him to be a good value, and that's pretty automatic for him. In fact, he's scored at least 33 FanDuel points in 51 of his 57 games played this season, averaging nearly 50 fantasy points per game. To reach 6X value, he needs just 48 FD points, and he's done that 22 times this season. We definitely think he can reach that in a matchup like this, with the Nets ranked 25th in defensive efficiency. He actually had 22 points and nine assists the one time they played earlier this year, and he did that damage despite shooting 5-of-17 from the field. Ja Morant FD - $7800 DK - $8500 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 38.94 DK - 40.33 This 21-year-old kid has the capability to be one of the best players in the NBA, and he's shown just why recently. Over his last six games played, Ja is averaging 27 points, 6.0 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. Those numbers make it hard to believe that he's still hovering around $8K on both sites, and it's clear that he's in full-in takeover mode with Memphis battling for their lives.
