I actually had a minor bink over the weekend, and I've been really zoned in because of how stuck at home I am right now. That has me ready for this eight-game Thursday slate which is a bit larger than the usual Thursday card. There's a lot to discuss, though, so let's go ahead and get into it! Pitchers José Berríos FD - P 9000 DK - SP 10400 Opponent - CLE (Jean Carlos Mejia) Park - MIN FD - 34.73 DK - 18.24 Berrios doesn't get a lot of hype in the media, but this youngster has been one of the best pitchers in the AL over the last five years. This has actually been his best season to date, posting a 3.56 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and 9.4 K/9 rate. What makes him really attractive is his floor, scoring at least 19 FanDuel points in all 14 starts while dropping at least 27 fantasy points in 10 of those. All of that makes him hard to fade against Cleveland, with the Indians ranked 21st in OPS and 29th in OBP. He's been dominant against them over the last three years, too, allowing three runs or fewer in all seven of his starts against them. Luis Garcia FD - P 9600 DK - RP 8700 Opponent - DET (Jose Urena) Park - DET FD - 27.36 DK - 13.87 The Astros have been churning out starters for a decade now, and they found themselves another gem with Garcia. The right-hander has actually allowed three runs or fewer in all 12 starts he's made, generating a 2.69 ERA, 1.01 WHIP, and 10.6 K/9 rate since the opener. He's been even better recently, scoring at least 46 FanDuel points in four of his last five starts. That's nearly double our projection, and it would make him one of the best values on the board if he reaches that total again. Facing Detroit should make that much easier, with the Motor City Kitties ranked bottom-five in runs scored, OBP, OPS, xwOBA, and K rate. Catcher/First Base Max Muncy FD - 1B 3500 DK - 1B/2B 5500 Opponent - CHC (Zach Davies) Park - LAD FD - 11.74 DK - 8.64 While this DraftKings price is a bit lofty, we absolutely love this FanDuel pricing. A big...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday , 6/11/21

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 6/11/21 The last few days of the NBA Playoffs have been bizarre. Wednesday night was blowout city with Phoenix destroying Denver, and then Thursday's games were all over the place. We should have some competitive games here, though, with both matchups having 1.5-point spreads. That means it's essentially a coin flip, and I honestly don't really have an opinion on who will win those games. I do have some opinions on who I like for DFS, though, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy, and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Trae Young FD - $9700 DK - $9300 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 49.21 DK - 53.74 Atlanta has been one of the biggest surprises in this postseason, and Trae is a major reason why. This young point guard has taken his game to another level, scoring at least 41 DraftKings points in all seven postseason games he's played. That has given him a 46-point average in these playoffs, some of the best fantasy production from any player in the league. That has earned him this $9,500 price tag, and there are only a couple of guys who have the same 40-point floor as Young. Facing Philly sounds tough, but Young averages 46.2 fantasy points per game in his four meetings this season. Chris Paul FD - $8200 DK - $7100 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 32.66 DK - 33.03 We were pretty concerned about Paul's health this time last week, but the Game 2 gem that CP3 posted put all of that doubt in the garbage. The future Hall-of-Famer collected 17 points, five rebounds, and 15 assists in that spectacular performance and did not commit a turnover. That's an amazing line, and it makes it hard to understand why he's only $7,100 0n DraftKings. It was actually his second-straight game in this series with at least 49 fantasy points, and he should have no problem duplicating that against this dismantled Denver defense. If he does reach that total, CP3 will be in every winning lineup out there. Facundo Campazzo has been sneaky good for Denver throughout the postseason and shouldn't be forgotten. Shooting Guard Devin Booker FD - $8200 DK -...

DraftKings and FanDuel MLB Picks for Thursday, 6/10/21 Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our MLB and NBA optimizers and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! After a huge Thursday slate last week, we're back to a more normal one here. We have a lot of teams traveling, with only six games making up this night slate. The one thing that needs to be monitored is the weather. That's common on every slate, but the San Fran-Washington game definitely has some question marks when we write this on Wednesday evening. If that game has any postponement threat, go ahead and fade it, eliminating 17 percent of the player pool. Pitchers Trevor Rogers FD - P 10100 DK - RP 9000 Opponent - COL (Chi Chi González) Park - MIA FD - 36.56 DK - 19.43 Whenever you have one of the hottest pitchers in baseball facing one of the worst lineups, you have to use them in DFS. Let's kick things off by talking about my Rockies. This team is an embarrassment outside of Coors Field, ranked dead-last in runs scored, OBP, OPS, and xwOBA on the road. They're actually lapping the field in many of those barely averaging over two runs a game. That's horrifying in a spacious ballpark like Marlins Park and even more terrifying against a guy like Trevor. The spectacular southpaw has allowed three runs or fewer in all 12 starts he's made, generating a 1.97 ERA, 1.07 WHIP, and 10.6 K/9 rate. Just take the guaranteed quality start and build your lineup from there. Frankie Montas FD - P 7400 DK - SP 8100 Opponent - KC (Mike Minor) Park - OAK FD - 34.06 DK - 17.9 This is far from a guaranteed quality start with Montas's volatility, but we like his upside in this spot. What really killed Frankie's numbers is the fact that he allowed six runs or more in two of his first four starts. Since then, he's been a different player, generating a 3.00 ERA, 1.25 WHIP, and 9.0 K/9 rate in his other 10 starts. Those two rough outings came against the Dodgers and Twins, which tells you everything you need to know. The Royals are far from those lineups, with Kansas City ranked 17th in runs scored, 22nd in OBP, 19th in OPS, and 21st in wOBA. We also don't mind that Montas gets a home start at Oakland Coliseum, owning a 3.06 and 1.17 WHIP there between 2019-20. Catcher/First Base Vladimir Guerrero Jr. FD - 1B 4400 DK - 1B 5400 Opponent - CHW (Dallas Keuchel) Park...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 6/8/21

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 6/8/21 The first round of the playoffs was awesome, and we expect an even better second-round. One of those series is getting kicked off here, with Utah hosting Los Angeles. The other matchup on this slate is the Philly-Atlanta game, with the Hawks taking a 1-0 series lead into that Game 2. That means Philly should leave it all on the line here because not many teams have gone down 0-2 at home and prevailed. In any case, there's a lot to talk about from a DFS perspective, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Ben Simmons FD - $8600 DK - $8100 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 43.88 DK - 43.53 Simmons has been a regular in this section throughout the postseason, and it's no surprise when you look at his statistics. The giant point guard has scored at least 35 DraftKings points in every game of this postseason, averaging 15.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, 9.3 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. That stat-stuffing ability makes him even more enticing in a matchup like this, with the Hawks ranked 22nd in defensive efficiency in the regular season. That certainly appeared to be the case in Game 1, with Sim dropping 46 fantasy points despite taking just seven shots. That makes it hard to believe he's barely cracking $8K, especially on such a short slate. Reggie Jackson FD - $4800 DK - $5400 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 29.18 DK - 30.5 It was a bold move to exile Patrick Beverley from the rotation and ride R-Jax as the starter, but it has definitely been the right move. The talented guard scored at least 21 DraftKings points in the final six games of the Dallas series, averaging nearly 30 fantasy points per game. That's a stupendous total from a guy sitting around $5,000, and one has to believe he'll continue it with his 32-minute average in that same stretch. Utah is definitely a tough matchup, but he'll need to play big minutes to oppose dangerous guards like Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley. Trae Young has been one of the best players in these playoffs and should continue...

DraftKings and FanDuel MLB Picks for Thursday, 6/3/21

DraftKings and FanDuel MLB Picks for Thursday, 6/3/21 Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our MLB and NBA optimizers and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! These Thursday slates tend to be lighter, but we're treated with an eight-game ledger here. I believe that's the largest slate we've had on a Thursday since the opening week, and it's the perfect amount of games. What does need to be monitored is the weather, though. We've had numerous postponements throughout the week, and Mother Nature is doing her best to ruin our DFS fun. With that in mind, let's kick things off with the best pitcher on the board. Pitchers Yu Darvish FD - P 11500 DK - SP 10700 Opponent - NYM (Taijuan Walker) Park - SD FD - 44.33 DK - 24.85 If you haven't watched much Yu, be sure to check him out. This guy is one of the most exciting pitchers in the Majors, throwing out numerous pitches at all sorts of weird velocities. That has jelly-legged numerous hitters throughout Darvish's career, and he looks as sharp as ever right now. Since the beginning of last season, Yu has a 2.08 ERA and 0.95 WHIP while striking out 172 batters across 142.2 innings. Those are obviously some of the best numbers in the league, with Darvish scoring at least 35 FanDuel points in eight of his 11 starts this year. We absolutely love that in a matchup like this, with the Mets ranked 25th in OPS and dead-last in runs scored. Tyler Anderson FD - P 7200 DK - SP 8200 Opponent - MIA (Cody Poteet) Park - PIT FD - 31.78 DK - 15.58 I watched many Tyler Anderson starts in his Rockies days, and I always thought he was better than his numbers said. He's shown that for most of this season, collecting at least 21 FanDuel points in all but one start this year. That was a disastrous nine-run outing, and it's quite amazing to see that TA has a 3.51 ERA and 1.11 WHIP in the other nine starts. A lot of that has to do with his home ballpark, with PNC being one of the most pitcher-friendly venues in baseball. We're certainly not worried about him facing Miami either, with the Marlins ranked 25th in OBP, 27th in runs scored, and dead-last in xwOBA. Catcher/First Base Miguel Sanó FD - 1B 2600 DK - 1B/3B 4000 Opponent - KC (Kris Bubic) Park - KC FD - 11.14 DK - 8.23 If you've been reading these articles, you know just how much I love...
