FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 1/19/21 If you were annoyed by that two-game Tuesday card like we were, you're in for a treat here! We have 13 games in total and 26 teams taking the floor. That means we get to see almost every team in action, and it's going to give us a massive player pool to dig through. We feel like we have a good read on many of the plays out there, though, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard De'Aaron Fox FD - $8000 DK - $8400 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 42.61 DK - 42.98 Fox got off to a terrible start this season, but he's been cooking recently. The speedy guard has at least 39 DraftKings points in six of his last nine games. The three outliers all had big reasons for the stinkers, too, with Fox getting ejected in one of them and the Portland game being a massive blowout. We don't expect either of those to be an issue here because this is a fantastic matchup. The Pistons rank 23rd in points allowed and defensive efficiency while surrendering the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing PGs. That means we expect Fox to reach that 39-point total at ease, which is all you need from an $8K player. Mike Conley FD - $5700 DK - $6000 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 33.34 DK - 34.23 Conley might be the best play on the board. This guy was an $8K player in his days with the Grizzlies, and he could be looking at a similar role here. We say that because Donovan Mitchell (concussion) is out, leaving Conley as the showman for the offense. He's actually scored at least 29 DK points in every game that Mitchell has missed since the beginning of last season. That's big news for a guy with a 30-point average this year, giving him a 50-point upside in this spot. The matchup with Houston is the icing on the cake, though, with the Rockets ranked first in pace and dead-last in both points allowed and defensive efficiency. Cade Cunningham is just $6,000 on FanDuel and faces a subpar Sacramento defense. Shooting...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Sunday, 1/16/22

Posted by on Jan 16, 2022 in Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineups, Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks, DraftKings NBA Picks, FanDuel NBA Picks, featured |

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 1/16/21 That Saturday card was massive, and it's left us with very little here. We actually have just four games making up this Sunday slate, with only three games in the main card. That means we have one of the smallest player pools of the season, but it should be a fun slate to dissect. The Sacramento-Houston matchup is the one everyone will be zoned in on, and rightfully so. These teams combined for 240 points in a shootout on Friday, and that game barely cleared the total in the final seconds. We also have some elite offenses like the Warriors and Jazz taking the floor, too, leaving us with a ton of players to pick from! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard De'Aaron Fox FD - $8000 DK - $8100 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 41.8 DK - 42.27 Fox has been begging for a price increase with his recent play, and we're finally getting up there. In any case, we love him in this spot because this is the best matchup in fantasy. The Rockets rank first in pace, 29th in defensive efficiency, and dead-last in points allowed. All of that is horrifying against a speedster like Fox, with De'Aaron tallying 27 points, six rebounds, and eight assists in this matchup on Friday. That sort of game is no surprise when looking at his recent form, with Fox scoring at least 39 DK points in six of his last eight games. That's likely to be his floor in this majestic matchup, making him hard to fade around $8K. Jordan Poole FD - $4900 DK - $5400 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 22.48 DK - 23.61 We've actually been fading Poole ever since Klay Thompson returned, but things have opened up big time for the former Wolverine. Golden State is playing this game without Stephen Curry and Draymond Green, leaving a ton of usage on the table for JP. In fact, Poole has a 31.3 percent usage rate with those two guys off the floor, averaging 1.1 DK points per minute. That's a great total from a guy who's shown 40-point upside at times this season because he could be looking at...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Wednesday, 1/12/22

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 1/12/21 After a short slate on Tuesday, we're back to a full nine-game card here. There are some fascinating matchups out there, and some great value plays for DFS. I picked the players for this article quicker than usual, which is probably a good sign. Some of them are obvious, but others are fantastic values that are flying under the radar. With that in mind, let's kick things off with the point guards! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy, and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Kyle Lowry FD - $7200 DK - $7600 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 37.77 DK - 39.48 Lowry is not getting the credit he deserves! This guy has come from Toronto late in his career and is playing just as well in a Miami uniform. Lowry is averaging 35 DraftKings points per game for the season, providing 30-plus nearly every single night. The reason we love him here is the situation in Miami, with Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Gabe Vincent all expected to miss this game. That means Kyle should run the show, which is apparent when you see his 37-point average in the games that Bam and Butler have missed this season. He's rolling right now, too, scoring at least 38 DK points in seven of his last 10 games. That should be easy to duplicate here, with the Hawks ranked 25th in points allowed and 27th in defensive efficiency. Spencer Dinwiddie FD - $7100 DK - $6000 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 35.73 DK - 37.51 The Beal splits for Dinwiddie are downright nuts. Dinwiddie plays at a $10K level when Beal is out of the lineup. In fact, The former CU standout has at least 29 DraftKings points in all six games that Beal has missed, averaging 49.2 DK points per game. Where it's obvious is in his usage, leading the club with a 32 percent usage rate in these situations. All of that means that Dinwiddie is about $2,000 too cheap on both sites, and we haven't even discussed this matchup. The Magic rank 25th in defensive efficiency and 24th in points allowed. That's on full display when you see Spencer's 38-point average in his two matchups with Orlando....

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Sunday, 1/9/22

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 1/9/21 These NBA slates have been crazy. The COVID protocols have made things challenging over recent weeks, but it feels like that trend is finally starting to die down. What's not dying down are the injuries, though. We have several star players likely sitting here, which is a significant theme in this article. There's a lot to discuss, though, so let's kick things off with two backup point guards stepping into starting roles. Point Guard Anfernee Simons FD - $7500 DK - $6500 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 35.47 DK - 37.87 Simons has always been a talented player, and it's nice to finally see him getting a starting gig. It's taken a disastrous turn for Portland to put him in this situation, though, with Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum both out for the foreseeable future. That's about 50 percent of the team's offense out the door, and Simons is happy to take on most of it. With those two guys off the floor, Anfernee has a 25 percent usage rate, posting some of the best lines of his career. In fact, ANT is averaging 46 DraftKings points per game across his last three outings. That makes him really attractive here, with Sacramento surrendering the second-most fantasy points to opposing point guards this season. Tyus Jones FD - $4900 DK - $4200 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 30.69 DK - 30.73 It's sad that we're going to miss out on a Ja Morant game because that dude is the most exciting player in the NBA, but Jones isn't too bad himself. He's actually been excellent when starting for Morant, scoring at least 22 DraftKings points in 10 of his 12 starts this season, en route to a 29-point average. Those are absurd numbers from a sub-$5K player, especially since Jones has the best assist-to-turnover rate in the NBA as well. That ability becomes even more attractive in a matchup like this, with Los Angeles ranked second in pace and 24th in total defense. They also own a 30th OPRK against opposing point guards, making Jones all the more enticing. If Luka Doncic is out, don't forget about Jalen Brunson. ...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Wednesday, 1/5/22

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 1/5/21 It finally feels like the COVID protocols are starting to die down! Thank Goodness! With that said, it feels like we still have injuries every night, and it's left a few teams in shambles. All of that has left a ton of value on the board, and this article will zone in on many of those players stepping up. With that in mind, let's kick things off with two of those guys at the point guard position! Point Guard Kyle Lowry FD - $7400 DK - $7600 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 34.07 DK - 35.75 It's sad that Miami hasn't been able to stay healthy all season, but they're still competing for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. All of the injuries have opened up the door for a few guys, though, with Kyle Lowry expected to get a ton of touches in this game. With Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo off the floor, Lowry has a 24 percent usage rate while averaging nearly 1.2 DK points per minute. He's actually averaging nearly 40 fantasy points per game in the handful of games that both of those guys have sat, and that should be easy to accomplish here. We say that because Portland ranks dead-last in defensive efficiency while surrendering the third-most fantasy point to opposing PGs. Anfernee Simons FD - $5500 DK - $5300 Opponent - MIA Proj Pts FD - 26.25 DK - 28.33 This pricing is clearly a mistake. The DFS sites thought that Damian Lillard had a chance to suit up here, but he's already been ruled out. That's amazing since C.J. McCollum and Larry Nance are expected to sit too, leaving Simons will all the usage he can handle. In this same role on Monday, Simons dropped a career-high 43 points en route to 61 DraftKings points. We don't expect him to duplicate that, but even half of that at this price is still a great game from such a cheap player. The simple fact is, Simons is in line for 35-40 minutes and 15-20 shots while handling the ball on nearly every possession! If you're looking for a punt play, Tre Jones...
