FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 3/27/22 There are only two weeks left in the regular season! It's been an amazing year, and this is actually one of my favorite times to play. There's so much resting and strange things going on in these rotations, that paying attention is a significant advantage. That might sound like a simple recipe but understanding how these rotations will play out at this time of the year puts you way ahead of the field. We feel like we have a better read on that than most, so let's get started with two of the best PGs in our sport! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Kyrie Irving FD - $10800 DK - $10500 Opponent - CHA Proj Pts FD - 48.24 DK - 49.08 Kyrie has been in the news for all the wrong reasons at times this season, but we need to discuss how absurd this guy is on the basketball court. That's why he has all this notoriety, and it's honestly a spectacle to watch this dude work. Over his last nine games played, Irving is averaging 35.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game. That equates to 57 DraftKings points per game, one of the highest totals in the NBA. That's scary since he will be extra motivated here, playing his first home game with the silly mandate being lifted. Not to mention, he faces a Charlotte team that ranks third in pace and 28th in total defense. Chris Paul FD - $6600 DK - $7200 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 35.79 DK - 35.54 It's strange to see CP3 this cheap. We're talking about one of the greatest point guards of all time amid one of the best seasons of his career. The price drop is clearly due to his return from injury but playing 30 minutes in his return to action tells us that he's essentially ready for a full workload. He finished with 46 DK points in that return, which is impressive since he had at least 36 fantasy points in 15 of 16 games before suffering that injury. We don't necessarily like the matchup against a stingy Philly defense, but the point guard...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Wednesday, 3/23/22

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 3/23/22 It's been a grind of a season, but the finish line is in sight. There are only three weeks left in the season, and many of these teams are jockeying for positioning. We're surely going to see the standings change here, with 11 games making up this massive Wednesday card. That leaves us with a monster player pool and plenty to discuss! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Davion Mitchell FD - $4600 DK - $5200 Opponent - IND Proj Pts FD - 28.83 DK - 30.08 Let's kick things off with a couple of cheap point guards. Mitchell might be the best value out there, filling in for this shorthanded Sacramento team. De'Aaron Fox, Terance Davis, and Domantas Sabonis are all expected to miss this game, leaving Mitchell as the focal point of the offense. He was treated with that role on Sunday, dropping 47 fantasy points across 46 minutes in a matchup with the best defense in the NBA. This matchup is far from scary, with the Pacers ranked 24th in points allowed and 26th in defensive efficiency. As long as he gets this massive role against this putrid Pacers defense, DM should be $2,000 more on each site. Tyus Jones FD - $4300 DK - $4600 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 33.23 DK - 33.31 Jones is actually in a similar spot as Mitchell. He's being asked to step in as the starting point guard in Memphis, filling in for the injured Ja Morant. Tyus has been terrific in that role all season, averaging 29 DK points per game in his 16 starts this season. More importantly, he's handling the ball on nearly every possession, running this elite Memphis offense at ease. That makes it hard to believe that he remains so well below $5K, especially in such a tasty matchup. Tyus gets to face the Nets, with Brooklyn ranked 22nd in defensive efficiency ratings this season. Getting these two cheap guards in your lineup is a great way to start lineup construction, opening up the door for numerous studs that we'll mention later on. Brandon Williams has been excellent as Portland's starting point guard and could be asked to do more with...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Sunday, 3/20/22

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 3/20/22 This has been NCAA's weekend to thrive, but the NBA continues to chug along. We're NBA people over at DFSR, and it's quite simply the better product despite what some people think. We were treated with 12 games on Friday, and we're looking at nine games for this Sunday card. There are a ton of good matchups and plenty to discuss, so let's get started with a couple of cheap point guards! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Jordan Clarkson FD - $5200 DK - $6100 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 33.19 DK - 34.77 It's risky to use or recommend Clarkson on most occurrences, but we always like him when one of these guards are out. Mike Conley has already been ruled out for a rest spot, and JC actually had the best game of his career the last time Conley sat out. In fact, Clarkson collected 55 DraftKings points, despite providing any peripheral statistics just last week. The simple fact is, his minutes, shots, and ball-handling are all up with Conley out of the lineup. We didn't even mention that Bojan Bogdanovic is out as well, leaving more shots on Clarkson's plate. The matchup with New York isn't too shabby either, with the Knicks sitting 18th in total defense this season. Tyus Jones FD - $4200 DK - $4000 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 33.18 DK - 33.12 Ja Morant is having a magical season, but he's already been ruled out for this game because of a knee issue. Tyus has been tremendous in this role throughout the last two years. In his 15 starts this season, Jones averages 29 DraftKings points per game in over 30 minutes a night. He was actually even better last year, and it's clear that he's the go-to PG when Morant needs some games off. The matchup with Houston might be the best part of this, though, with the Rockets ranked second in pace and dead-last in defensive efficiency and points allowed. They're also surrendering the third-most fantasy points to opposing PGs, making Tyus the best value play on the board. Jordan Poole leads the Warriors in usage rate with Stephen Curry off the...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Wednesday, 3/16/22

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 3/16/22 If you love watching a lot of basketball, this slate is for you. This is the appetizer for the NCAA tournament, with 12 games making up this massive Wednesday card. If you know me, you know that I kind of hate these slates. There are just too many teams and too many players to pick from. It always leads to some crazy high-scoring in DFS tourneys and it's tough to match up with some of the optimal bots out there. With that said, we feel like we have a great group of 10 players to choose from, so let's get started with some ball-handlers. Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Alec Burks FD - $5800 DK - $6000 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 28.86 DK - 29.26 Burks isn't necessarily a traditional point guard, but he's been the Knicks primary ball-handler for a month now. The Derrick Rose injury helped to bump his usage, but the Kemba Walker situation gave him all the point guard minutes he can handle. In fact, Burks has played at least 34 minutes in seven of nine starts since recapturing this role, averaging 29 DK points per game across 35 minutes in his 30 starts for the year. That's really all you can hope for from a $6K player, especially with Alec scoring at least 34 fantasy points in four of his last six games. The matchup with Portland is the icing on the cake, though, with the Trail Blazers ranked 26th in points allowed and 29th in defensive efficiency. Patrick Beverley FD - $5100 DK - $4900 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 26.26 DK - 25.89 It's hard to understand why Beverley has remained this cheap all season. Injuries have derailed a few games over the last month, but he's been amazing aside from that. Pat-Bev has at least 22 DK points in 27 of the previous 29 games he's finished, generating a 29-point average in that span. That's tough to find from a $5K player, but it's no surprise when you see that he regularly plays 30-35 minutes for a team that plays at the fastest pace in the NBA. That becomes even more attractive...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Sunday, 3/13/22

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 3/13/22 Sunday slates are always strange, and we have another bizarre one here. While we have eight games in total, only four make up the main card beginning at 7ET. The good news is that some of the worst defenses in the NBA are on display while some of the best players oppose them. That has us riding a stars-and-scrubs strategy because there are some fantastic values as well. Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy, and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Ja Morant FD - $10200 DK - $10400 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 48.24 DK - 49.36 Ja is playing at a different level than everyone else right now. Morant has scored at least 36 DraftKings points in 33 straight games, scoring at least 52 fantasy points in six of his last nine games. He's actually averaging 53 DK points per game in that most recent stretch, attempting a franchise-record 33 shots in the most recent outing. That's a good indicator of how much usage this guy is seeing, handling the ball on every possession for Memphis. We love all of that against this dreadful Oklahoma City roster, with Ja dropping 40 DK points in their last meeting, despite taking just 12 shots. Devonte' Graham FD - $5700 DK - $6100 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 32.45 DK - 34.09 Graham was in everyone's lineup on Friday, and he will be featured heavily again today. The simple fact is, he's the primary ball-handler in New Orleans right now. The Pelicans are currently missing C.J. McCollum, Brandon Ingram, and Zion Williamson, leaving Graham with a 35-minute starting point guard gig. He's been a stud in this role throughout the season, averaging 32 DK points per game in the 18 outings he's played at least 32 minutes. He actually had 41 fantasy points in this expanded role on Friday, and that's obviously a ridiculous total from a $6K player. The best part of this is the matchup, though, and we'll dig into that more later on. If you're looking for a punt play, Jose Alvarado should see some extra minutes for the shorthanded Pels. Shooting Guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander FD - $10300 DK - $10300 Opponent - MEM Proj Pts FD...
