Durant was my top money guy last night, but I did warn about his finger and it seems the Warriors are going on the side of caution tonight against a Brooklyn team they should beat handily. Look for Steph Curry and Klay Thompson to see a bump tonight with KD missing his first game of the year. E'Twaun Moore is out for New Orleans tonight. Moore is out for personal reasons and word hasn't come yet as to who will take his spot in the starting 5. Look for New Orleans to rely heavily on their big men regardless with the boogie and brow show. Michael Carter Williams is out for the Bulls. MCW has been ruled out tonight against Phoenix, he started last night but only played 8 minutes, with Jerian Grant playing 13 and Rajon Rondo going 29 off the bench. Cameron Payne could get the start making his Chicago debut, but until we see how the Bulls plan on handling their minutes at the point moving forward there are way too many question marks to trust anything about this situation. What We're Waiting to Know LeBron James is questionable with an illness tonight. James looked amazing picking up a triple double against the Knicks on Thursday, but missed shoot around this morning with an illness. If he goes, he's in a great spot against the Bulls, if he sits, Kyrie Irving becomes much more desirable. Patrick Beverley is questionable against Minnesota tonight. Beverley has been dealing with issues with his groin recently and seems to have aggravated it Thursday night. Eric Gordon should draw the start in his place, and this could mean a boost for James Harden and newly acquired Lou Williams. The "Every Lineup" Guys James Harden Last night we wrote up Kevin Durant and LeBron James as the big money guys. Fast forward several hours and now KD...

Point Guard Patrick Beverley FD - $5300 DK - $5300Opponent - MINProj Pts FD - 25.48 DK - 27.47 Patrick Beverly suffered a groin strain last Wednesday going in to the break, but the week off was all he needed and he returned unhindered against the Pelicans in the first game back on Thursday. He only managed 2 points, but that was due more to the addition of Lou Williams coming over from L.A. Even with the lack of scoring Beverley managed to fill out the stat sheet and walk away with a serviceable fantasy performance. Tonight the Rockets play host to the Timberwolves, a league average match up for point guards. While the presence of Sweet Lou may diminish Beverley's upside, at this price, as long as he continues to start and see 30 minutes a game, the floor should remain in tact and he should be a fine cash game play. Jeff Teague FD - $6900 DK - $7100Opponent - MIAProj Pts FD - 33.84 DK - 36.22 Jeff Teague and the Pacers travel to Miami tonight to face the Heat. Teague has been a fairly consistent player this season with the occasional clunker thrown in, Miami is a bottom ten defense against opposing point guards, so this shouldn't be one of those. Thursday against the Grizzlies Teague picked up a double double, with 10 points and assists, to go along with 4 boards. The price is a little higher than I'd like it to be but there isn't a whole lot to love at point guard tonight. I don't see a lot of upside, but the match up should provide us enough safety to get by. Ty Lawson FD - $4600 DK - $4200Opponent - CHAProj Pts FD - 26.1 DK - 27.74 This game, along with the Hawks/Magic contest are a part of the 2 game early only slate on both sites. We're not going to focus much on it, but we will pepper in a few worthy considerations here and there, starting off with Ty Lawson. Lawson drew the start at shooting guard in his first game back from injury Thursday night against the Nuggets. While he didn't set the world on fire, he did put up a respectable 8/4/6...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 2/14/17 It's Valentines day in the NBA and while love may be in the air, Kevin Love will not be on the court in Minnesota. Meanwhile on a condensed three game slate all eyes are on Chicago, as news on their big guns will impact how all of our lineups shake out. Given what we know right now, let's see what the system likes for our top plays... Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new NFL player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. Point Guard Darren Collison FD - $5700 DK - $7100 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 29.65 DK - 31.79 Darren Collison had one of his best all around games of the season on Sunday against the Pelicans. For the second game in a row with Ty Lawson out, Collison ran the boards for over 40 minutes and finished the night with a 20/6/8 line with 3 steals. The price has seen a bit of an uptick recently, but still is too low to pass on. Even at this salary hes paid an average of over 6X fantasy points per dollar in his last 3 games. Its a prime match up with the Lakers tonight, and with Lawson currently a GTD Collison is a great play across all formats. Kyle Lowry FD - $8500 DK - $8100 Opponent - CHI Proj Pts FD - 39.32 DK - 42.39 Lowry would normally be a guy to headline the point guard position, but along with the Raptors as a whole, he has struggled a bit recently. Over his last 5 games, he's shot 27 of 76 from the field and 15 of 43 from beyond the arc. He did flash some signs of life his last time out against the Pistons, and with the price dropping a thousand dollars from where it was nearly two weeks ago, along with a match up with a Bulls team that is just hurting, this could be the night for it all to turn around for Lowry. These two teams play at a similar albeit sluggish pace, but the Bulls are poor on defense and could be even worse off, if their studs miss out tonight. Definitely worth a look in cash. Ricky Rubio FD - $6800 DK - $6900 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 32.94 DK - 35.13 Speaking of...

If you want access to that system so you can cut out a lot of the research element, click the button below! START YOUR FREE TRIAL! What We Know Dwyane Wade, Jimmy Butler, Paul Zipser, and Nikola Mirotic are out for Chicago. Wade fell hard on both of his wrists Friday but was expected to play today, however the Bulls have announced he will, sit along with Butler, Mirotic and Zipser. Michael Carter Williams and Doug McDermott will draw the start for Chicago. Joakim Noah is out against the Spurs. Noahs hamstring will keep him out of a fourth consecutive game. The Knicks went small last time out, but may not be able to against the Spurs front court, so Kyle O'Quinn and Guillermo Hernangomez who is starting could see more run in this one. What We're Waiting to Know Ty Lawson is questionable for the Kings tonight. With Lawson and Garrett Temple out the Kings relied heavily on Darren Collison who saw 44 minutes on Friday, so they would love to get Lawson back on the court. Even if Lawson plays, Collison is a nice option, but if he sits again then Collison is a clear must play. Terrence Jones is questionable, E'Twaun Moore is doubtful, Tyreke Evans is probably for the Pelicans. Moore looks to miss a second game for personal reasons, while Evans is expected to return after missing 2 games with an ankle sprain. Jones, who also missed friday due to a thumb sprain is questionable. This again is the last game of the day so we may not know anything in time for the main slate. Dante Cunningham would lose the most value if these guys were all to go, though it seems unlikely that will be the case. Patrick Patterson is a game time decision. Patterson has missed three games already with soreness in his left knee. Pascal Siakam has been drawing the starts for Patterson, but Lucas Nogueira has seemed to benefit the most in his absence. The "Every Lineup" Guys DeMar DeRozan From a raw points perspective, DeMar DeRozan is by far the top...

If you want access to that system so you can cut out a lot of the research element, click the button below! START YOUR FREE TRIAL! What We Know Joel Embiid is out tonight against the Heat. Embiid's knee will keep him sidelined for another game as the Sixers host the Heat tonight. Ersan Ilyasova is probable and expected to play. Ilayasova along with Nerlens Noel, and Jahlil Okafor are all nice tournament plays, but since they all split Embiid's time evenly when he's off the court, none really present the safety we need for cash. Emmanuel Mudiay, Danilo Gallinari, and Kenneth Faried are out tonight for the Nuggets. The Nuggets have ruled all three out well in advance of tonight's game. Jameer Nelson, Will Barton, and Wilson Chandler all stand to benefit and make for nice plays in tonight's contest against the Cavs. Khris Middleton is out tonight against the Pacers. Middleton will rest on the tail end of the back to back for the Bucks. This will probably be the case moving forward for Milwaukee as they work Middleton back in to regular rotation. Wait Jabari Parker out for the season this will put even more pressure on Giannis Antetokounmpo to carry the team on his back. Thaddeus Young is out tonight against the Bucks. Young has been ruled out tonight against the Pistons with a sprained wrist. This could add to C.J. Miles draw as a tournament play, but as I said in the picks write up, I just don't trust Miles for cash purposes even with the added usage that would come from Young being out. Jae Crowder is out for the Celtics. Jae Crowder is not with the team for personal matters. Marcus Smart should draw the start in his spot and makes an intriguing tournament play only due to the match up with the Jazz. Tyson Chandler and Eric Bledsoe are out against the Rockets. The duo did not travel with the team and will not play tonight against Houston. This could present plenty of value for plays such as Brandon Knight (See below) and...
