What We Know Tony Parker & Dejounte Murray are out against the Warriors. Parker is dealing with back tightness, while Murray has an ankle sprain, both guards will be held out of tonight's contest against the Warriors. As we noted in the picks article, Patty Mills stands to see all the run he can handle in tonight's contest and should provide tremendous value. Devin Booker and Tyson Chandler are to for the Suns. Booker was originally listed as doubtful for the Suns game tonight against the Nuggets but has now been ruled out with a strained hip that has forced him out of three in a row now. He and Chandler will both be forced to miss tonight's game, while Tyler Ulis is a game-time decision with back spasms, and most likely will not be able to go tonight either. Newly acquired Elfrid Payton could see plenty of run tonight while Josh Jackson and Troy Daniels could benefit as well while Alex Len, Marquese Chriss, and Dragan Bender all will absorb Chandler's playing time. Zach LaVine will be held out against the Wizards. Lavine will rest tonight against the Wizards after seeing 33 minute last night against the Timberwolves and scoring 35 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist. Justin Holiday and Jerian Grant could each benefit from Lavine's absence. Harrison Barnes is probable for the Mavericks. Barnes has missed two straight games with an ankle sprain, but word is he expects to return to action tonight. Official word should come closer to lock regarding Barnes status. Aaron Gordon will sit out once again for the Magic. Gordon will miss a seventh straight game as Orlando hosts the Bucks tonight with a strained hip flexor. Expect Mario Hezonja to start once again in Gordon's place. Hezonja has been a solid value in the starting rotation for the Magic while Gordon continues to work his way back. John Henson and Jabari...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – 2/10/18

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 2/10/18 Saturday night’s alright for DFS NBA action and we’ve got six games on the schedule to analyze, dissect, and find our NBA optimizer’s top overall plays to get us into the green. There is a seventh game at six that has the Pelicans traveling into Brooklyn to play the Nets, but that's not an option on DraftKings, while FanDuel only has is as part of their new "Single game" contest format or their all day late swap games. As some of my favorite plays of the night are in that game, I will put my favorites at the end of each position, in the event you just want to try them in one of those formats. With that let's move on to the picks. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point guard Patty Mills FD - $4300 DK - $3800Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 23.27 DK - 24.38 We open things up at point guard in Oakland where the Spurs travel to take on the Warriors. San Antonio comes into this game with both Dejounte Murray and Tony Parker on the shelf, which means they will need to rely heavily on Patty Mills to help them keep pace with the Dubs. Sure, they’ve got Bryn Forbes, and the recently recalled Derrick White, but if they have any hopes of even trying to remain competitive with Steph & Co. then they will need to keep a healthy dosage of Mills on the court tonight. Mills, who normally sees about 20 minutes a night off the bench should be in line for at least 30 tonight, which at a mere $4K price tag should open up tons of opportunity to easily hit value. Mills is a lock for cash games and depending on just how many Minutes Pop decides to give him, he could have solid GPP upside to boot. Stephen Curry FD - $9600 DK - $9500Opponent - SAProj Pts FD - 44.95 DK - 46.94 Sticking with the same game, we have perennial All Star, Steph Curry. We’ve only got two plays over $10K tonight, and Embiid may rest on the back to back with the ankle bothering him, so I don’t mind looking to a sub $10K Curry. Sure, Steph has been coming in short of...

What We Know Kyrie Irving remains out for the Celtics. Irving is dealing with a serious quad bruise and will be held out of a third straight game. Marcus Smart remains out along with Shane Larkin, so Terry Rozier will draw the start once again. In the Boston front court, Marcus Morris is dealing with a hip bruise which will hold him out of his second game in a row. Jayson Tatum will continue to see an increase in time and usage with several of the Boston starters out. Lonzo Ball remains out for the Lakers. Ball is still trying to work his way back from a knee sprain and has yet to go through a full practice. The Lakers will keep him out at least until they return home on Tuesday depending on how he progresses. Jordan Clarkson will continue to benefit from Balls absence. Tyreke Evans will continue to be held out by the Grizzlies. Memphis is looking to move Evans who has played exceptionally well this season, and until they can finalize a deal they will continue to let him ride the pine to eliminate the risk of injury. With Evans on the shelf and Mario Chalmers also out with an injury, Andrew Harrison, and Wayne Selden will continue to see added usage. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson will miss a fifth straight game. The Nets have ruled out RHJ who has missed four games already with a right groin strain. Look for Qunicy Acy to continue to start in his place until he is able to make his return. Marquese Chriss is serving a one game suspension for an altercation Friday night. Chris only played 14 minutes Friday night, and it seems there was some altercation between him and an assistant coach, resulting in him being held out of today's game against the Hornets. With Alex...

Daily Fantasy NBA News and Injury Updates - 2/3/18 Welcome to the daily news and updates article. You can see our top plays in the Daily picks article here, while we take a look at all of the news that has broken through the day, as well as a few things that still remain up in the air. don't forget to check out the top plays coming out of our NBA optimizer at the bottom to see who we're locking into all of our lineups this evening. Good luck tonight!! Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy and more. We've got you completely covered. What We Know Hassan Whiteside is out for Miami. I'm leading with this one, as I alluded to it in the picks article. Whiteside left last night's game against Philly after 18 minutes with an illness. Bam Adebayo was excellent in 29 minutes paying over 10X PPD and opens a ton of value at a position that didn't offer much coming into today. I'll have Bam everywhere tonight at the five to help pay up in other spots. Trevor Ariza and Eric Gordon remain out, while Chris Paul is currently probably for the Rockets. Paul missed Tuesday's game with a sore groin, before playing 30 minutes Thursday against the Spurs. Houston has him on the injury report today as a precaution but it seems he will play. Gordon meanwhile will miss a second game with Ariza missing his third straight making Luc Mbah a Moute a solid value play as we noted in the picks article. In what looks to be a high scoring, fast paced shoot out with Cleveland Luc should easily hit value. Aaron Gordon is out again for the Magic. Gordon has missed two games already and has been ruled out for Orlando's game against the Wizards tonight. Marreese Speights should draw the start for Gordon with Jonathan Simmons seeing added value at small forward with Gordon out of the game. Andre Iguodala should play tonight. Iggy was held out for rest purposes last night as a precaution heading into a back to back. He should be expected to return to action tonight cutting into Omri Casspi and Patrick McCaws' value. What We're Waiting to Know J.J. Barea is questionable for tonights' game in Sacramento. Barea has missed three games with an oblique strain. He was a full participant in...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – 2/3/18

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 2/3/18 Welcome friends to a Super weekend of DFS NBA action. While I eagerly wait for my Eagles to play in the big game on Sunday, I’m passing the time by pouring over the top plays in our projection systems picks for Saturdays’ hoops action. We’ve got the Process, the Brow, the Beard and the King, and hopefully some value to make them fit. So let’s take a look at our top picks at each position, shall we? Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. Point guard Darren Collison FD - $5900 DK - $5600Opponent - PHIProj Pts FD - 29.51 DK - 29.66 There are a lot of good ways to pay up tonight, and while $10K for Steph Curry isn’t ridiculous, he has struggled to reach value in four of his last seven contests, so we’re going to look in the middle tier at the point guard where we have several good value plays. First up we have Darren Collison and the Pacers hosting the Sixers tonight. Philly is ranked 28th overall defensively at the point, and this matchup is ripe for Collison to run all over the likes of T.J. McConnell and Jerryd Bayless. Collison has been a solid daily fantasy basketball play over the past couple of weeks, paying 5X points per dollar or better in four of his last five games maxing out at 8.6X against the Cavaliers last Friday. The Sixers play the fourth fastest pace in the game at 101.9 which will force the Pacers to step things up a bit and present Collison with a couple of extra shots. They also give the ball up more than any other team in the game which means Collison, who averages nearly 2.5 steals per game through his last seven could pad his upside making him an excellent play in all formats. Jeff Teague FD - $6200 DK - $5600Opponent - NOProj Pts FD - 30.52 DK - 30.74 Sticking with the middle tier, we have an attractive play from one of my favorite games to target tonight. The Pelicans travel into Minnesota to play the Wolves which gives Jeff Teague the best matchup a point guard can ask for. New Orleans has surrendered 46.1 FP on average to opposing point guards this season, and...
