Lee(-26) Course History Targets K.H. Lee World Golf Ranking (#44) Vegas Odds (25/1) DraftKings ($9,300) FanDuel ($11,000) The AT&T Byron Nelson has been played here at TPC Craig Ranch twice and both times Lee has come out on top with a combined score of -51 while gaining a total of 29.4 strokes on the field. With the WD of Jordan Spieth, that is a whopping 13 strokes better than the next-best golfer at this course over those two years. He is also coming into this year's event with arguably his best form yet with a T8 last week at the Wells Fargo Championship and has three Top 25 finishes in his last four events. I won't be betting him outright at this number but will have exposure on both FanDuel and DraftKings. Matt Kuchar World Golf Ranking (#48) Vegas Odds (28/1) DraftKings ($9,000) FanDuel ($10,800) Again, it's a small sample size but Kuchar is right up there at the top of the second tier behind K.H. Lee who created a tier of his own. Kuchar has finishes of T12 and T17 here at TPC Craig Ranch and ranks 13th in SG: Total in this field. It is sometimes hard to explain Kuchar's course history at some of these longer courses as he lacks distance and accurate long irons which seems to be a terrible combo here. Well, he more than makes up for it with an elite around the green and putting game and is a tactician on the par 5's making up a ton of strokes there, as well. He also comes in with nice form tallying three straight Top 25 finishes. Fire...

Pitchers Alex Cobb FD 8300 DK 9000 Opponent - MIL (Colin Rea) Park - MIL FD - 34.99 DK - 19.06 It is definitely not the best slate for pitching so we will start with one of the system's top plays in terms of PTS/$ value. Alex Cobb may only have one win on the season but is off to a fantastic start posting a 2.43 ERA backed up by a 2.98 xFIP and while he isn't an elite K guy, he has struck out seven or more batters in two of his last three starts. He comes into this one as a -174 home favourite facing a Brewers team that is league-average vs righties(.326 wOBA/103 wRC+) but has really struggled over the last two weeks with a combined .290 wOBA and 78 wRC+. Fire up Cobb in all formats. Also Consider: Spencer Strider(ATL) who has ridiculous strikeout upside(41% K rate) but comes with a sky-high price tag and faces an Orioles team that is 6th in runs scored on the season Catcher/First Base Vinnie Pasquantino FD 3300 DK 3600 Opponent - OAK (Ken Waldichuk) Park - OAK FD - 15.07 DK - 11.4 Salvador Perez FD 3400 DK 4200 Opponent - OAK (Ken Waldichuk) Park - OAK FD - 13.3 DK - 10.14 Despite sitting with the two worst records in the majors, the Royals and A's lead the way in terms of Vegas total(10.0) today after combing for 18 runs last night. The Royals are higher on our projections today sitting at #1 in implied runs and they have earned it scoring an average of 6.3 runs per game over the last week. The Pasquatch has played a huge part in the offence recently with hits in five straight, including four doubles and a home run, averaging 14 DK/18.9 FD points per game. It's a lefty/lefty matchup but I am not worried as he has tallied an impressive .397 wOBA/152 wRC+ in the split. For Perez, he is one of the highest power upside catchers in the game who is starting to really heat up. He comes into Saturday with hits in eight of his last nine games including four multi-hit efforts, four home runs, and averaged 12.6 DK/16.8 FD points per game. At their prices, I will be stacking 3-4 Royals in my lineup in all formats. Also Consider: Ryan Noda(OAK) on the other side of this game...

He has won here three times including last year, 2015, and he also picked up his first career win here back in 2010. On top of that, he has five other Top 10's(8 total) and has finished T16 or better in nine of 10 trips. While the course history is spectacular, the form is not quite there as he is coming off back-to-back missed cuts at the Masters and Players Championship. His course history will definitely drive 20%+ GPP ownership so I am aiming to be lower than the field as I love balanced builds a little bit more this week but you can never deny the huge upside for Rory, especially here at Quail Hollow. Gary Woodland World Golf Ranking (#83) Vegas Odds (80/1) DraftKings ($7,600) FanDuel ($9,400) Woodland and Quail Hollow weren't exactly friends early on as his first three trips resulted in a 73rd, T68, and T61 but since then things have been much better. He has tallied Top 25 finishes in four of his last five trips(remove the WD in 2019) including two Top 5's, one of which came last year. The veteran isn't coming in with the greatest form but for the price I am not complaining as he has made the cut in five straight and eight of his last nine events and is 5th in this field in ball striking over the last 24 rounds....

Pitchers Early Shohei Ohtani FD 11500 DK 11100 Opponent - OAK (JP Sears) Park - OAK FD - 43.72 DK - 24.49 On a very weak slate for pitching we will be loading up with one of the best in the game and arguably ever(too early??) in Shohei Ohtani. He is coming off his best start of the season holding the Royals to two hits while striking out 11 and the cupcake schedule continues as he faces the A's for the second time after holding them scoreless and striking out 10 on opening day. The A's are also a bottom-five offense against right-handed pitching(.286 wOBA/86 wRC+/24.8% Krate). All things considered, Ohtani is once again an elite play in all formats. Now let's find some value! Also Consider: Both pitchers in the SEA/PHI game are in play but I like the savings with the home side and Matt Strahm(PHI) who has provided a ton of upside coming off an 11-K effort and has an elite 38% K rate and 15.4% whiff rate on the season Main Shane McClanahan FD 11300 DK 10000 Opponent - CHW (Dylan Cease) Park - CHW FD - 38.79 DK - 21.6 We have a little bit more of a decision to make on the main slate with three aces on the mound but it's Rays ace who is jumping off the page. In his third season in the league, he continues to get better in every area and enters the night 4-0 in five starts while allowing just six earned runs(1.86 ERA). He has not only been consistent and has provided a high floor, but he also has huge upside with a 32.5% K rate that could be higher based on his ridiculous 20.3% whiff rate. If you are not sold yet he also gets an elite matchup against a White Sox team that has been shut out in back-to-back games and has lost seven straight while scoring just 2.1 runs per game. McClanahan is my top pitcher in all formats on the main slate. Also Consider: Joey Lucchesi(NYM) who looked terrific in his first start of the season going seven innings allowing four hits, no earned runs, and striking out nine Giants in a win. Catcher/First Base Early Carlos Santana FD 2900 DK 3600 Opponent - LAD (Julio Urías) Park - LAD FD - 7.74 DK - 5.8 The Pirates have been an incredible story to start...

This week the PGA Tour heads south for the Mexico Open and with it being sandwiched in between two elevated events(RBC Heritage & Wells Fargo), we have a very weak field. The good news is that World #1 and defending Mexico Open champion Jon Rahm will be teeing it up alongside Tony Finau(#16) and Alexander Noren(#50) who are the only other two players ranked inside the OWGR Top 50. Last year was the inaugural running of this event which saw Jon Rahm(-17) edge out Brandon Wu, Tony Finau, and Kurt Kitayama by one stroke. Vidanta Vallarta is a par 71 course that is one of the longest on tour which automatically has bombers in play and that showed in 2022, as well. With three of the Par 3's 195+ yards, six of the par 4's over 450 yards, and two of the Par 5's over 600 yards long iron play is also going to play a huge factor once again. This was proven last year as we saw over 40% of all approach shots come from beyond 200 yards(via FNGC) which is close to double the tour average. Playing along the coast will always bring the wind into play and an early look shows golfers may get treated this week as winds look calm. Make sure to always check the forecast closer to lock as it can change rapidly. Top Targets Jon Rahm World Golf Ranking (#1) Vegas Odds (3/1) DraftKings ($12,000) FanDuel ($12,600) We got the pricing we asked for early in the season with these weak fields led by superstars. He is even $700 more on DraftKings than he was a year ago at this event and you could argue that salary could be higher as he is slightly...
