The opportunity for a similar performance is definitely in the cards tonight as James Harden and Bruce Brown are once again out of the lineup. The matchup is also pretty decent as the 76ers have fallen to 19th overall in defensive efficiency as they have given up 100+ points in five of their last six games. Fire up Mills in all formats. Derrick Rose FD - $6200 DK - $6300 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 34.95 DK - 36.58 One of the issues and major decisions we will have to make tonight is at the guard position as half of them are out and the other half seem to be in bad matchups, potential blowouts, or reaching peak pricing on a small slate. Rose only checks one of those boxes as his price has reached a season-high but the good news is that he gets a tremendous matchup as the Rockets are 24th in defensive efficiency and lead the league in pace. Rose has been up and down and is by no means safe at these prices but is coming in hot in the short term with 30+ fantasy points in back-to-back games and has double-digit shot attempts in six straight. He is a multi-category contributor and if this game stays close like I think it will, he should be able to churn out another 30+ point performance putting him in play in all formats. Baker Mayfield tested positive for Covid, Carson Wentz faces the #2 overall defense in New England, and Mac Jones is coming off a two-attempt performance and is averaging just 20 attempts per game over his last five. Volume has not been an issue for Carr who is averaging 40.1 attempts over his last three games and has been accurate, as well, completing 70% of those passes. The matchup doesn't jump off the page as the Browns have allowed the 7th fewest passing yards but do rank 20th in DVOA against the pass. Making the matchup more appealing this week is the fact the Browns are not only dealing with injuries but also a C-19 breakout which has both starting safeties and two of their top three corners questionable. Mac Jones FD 7000 DK 5200 Opponent IND Proj Points FD - 13.72 DK - 14.25 There is much less safety with this pick as Jones is coming off an almost unbelievable three-pass-attempt performance against Buffalo. While that is likely a one-off due to the wind and heavy run gameplan, Jones has still been inconsistent in his rookie season but what I do like is the potential 4-5x upside and his price which allows you to load up at RB/WR/TE. The matchup is also very intriguing as the Colts rank Top 5 in run defense but 17th in DVOA against the pass. It is very risky as the floor is very low but for GPP formats, I am on board considering the upside and ability to spend up elsewhere. He and the Mavs now get an elite matchup against the Hornets who rank dead last in defensive efficiency and run the third-fastest pace in the league. Fire up Brunson in all formats. Fred VanVleet FD - $8300 DK - $9000 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 41.85 DK - 45.43 The Raptors are in a great spot on Monday at home as 4.5 point favorites in a game with the second-highest total(220.5) on the slate. That total comes from the defense, or lack thereof, especially on the Sacramento side as they rank 26th in defensive efficiency and adding to that run a Top 5 pace. Despite some poor shooting in the short term(under 40% in five of his last 10), he is still provided value across the board averaging 19.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game over his last 10. I would like the price to be about $500 lower but given the terrific matchup, I will still have exposure in all formats on both sites. Shooting Guard Cody Martin FD - $5200 DK - $6500 Opponent - DAL Proj Pts FD - 32.14 DK - 33.46 I am definitely higher on the Mavericks side of this potential close, high-scoring game but with LaMelo Ball and Ish Smith still on the C-19 list, we cannot ignore Cody Martin. He has filled nicely playing 40 minutes per game and contributing across the board with an average of 16 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 35 fantasy points per game. The price has corrected on DraftKings finally where he isn't a must-play but on FanDuel, he is still scraping the low $5K...

There are a ton of different ways to run this one but the above stack is by far my favorite. Let's start with the Cowboys passing game which ranks 8th in passing DVOA and 4th in passing yards per game coming into Week 14. The schedule has also been kind to them as of late facing some weaker defenses against the pass and this week is no different facing a Washington defense that ranks 30th in DVOA against the pass, have allowed the 4th most passing yards and most fantasy points to QB's, and the 6th most receiving yards and 3rd most fantasy points to wide receivers. Prescott has been a bit inconsistent lately(under 15 fantasy points twice in the last three games) but that has helped create a buy low with the price and looking at ownership projections, he could also be outside the Top 5 this week. I love pairing him with Lamb who has been not only the most consistent of the Cowboys wideouts but also shown the most upside with 19+ DK points in five of his last seven games. On the other side of the ball, there are multiple options and it really comes down to if you think Washington can keep this game close and I agree with Vegas that it will. This has Antonio Gibson at the top of my Washington exposure list. He comes in red-hot totaling 111 and 146 scrimmage yards in each of the last two games and has averaged 27 touches a game over the last four. The price is getting near its peak but definitely warranted as he has been very consistent in the short team. Over the last five games, Mitchell has averaged 31.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 5.2 assists which, for fantasy purposes, is an average of 47.4 DK/45.1 FD points per game. Looking at the season numbers, he also has the second-highest usage rate(33.2) of any player on this slate and gets a plus matchup as the 76ers rank 18th in defensive efficiency and are playing on back to back nights. Fire up Mitchell in all formats. Monte Morris FD - $5600 DK - $5400 Opponent - SA Proj Pts FD - 26.38 DK - 28.9 For value at the point guard position, I will turn to Monte Morris who has also been a very consistent fantasy producer in the short term. Over his last six games, he has averaged 14.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and five assists per game which is good for 28 DK/27.4 FD points per game. The Spurs defense is also a bit of a mystery as they do rank 10th in defensive efficiency but rank 19th or worse in fantasy points when looking at a split of guards, forwards, and centers. Either way, this is a big pace-up matchup in a projected close game for the Nuggets which puts Morris in a great spot to hit and exceed his fantasy value once again tonight. I will have exposure in all formats. Derrick White FD - $7900 DK - $6300 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 29.44 DK - 31.07 This one is more for DraftKings as the price on FanDuel has reached a season-high and is nearly $8K!
