Point Guard Chris Paul FD - $10000 DK - $9700 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 45.89 DK - 48.42 Chris Paul has been one of the best closers and all-around point guards in the game this season which has the Suns sitting as the top team in the league and the reason Paul's price has reached the $10K mark. I am not at all concerned as he has been very productive lately averaging 20.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 13 assists over his last eight games, and now gets a plus matchup against the Hawks(27th in defensive efficiency) in a projected close, high-scoring game. Fire up Paul in all formats. Ayo Dosunmu FD - $5500 DK - $5600 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 23.95 DK - 26.03 After peaking in the mid $6K range at the end of January, Ayo's price is back in a more comfortable range which makes him a much more attractive fantasy option. He has stepped into a starting role with the barrage of injuries to the Bulls starters and has been consistent averaging 12.7 points, 6.5 assists, and 4.7 rebounds while hitting cash value in eight of those 10 games(31.9 DK/31.4 FD points per game). The matchup doesn't jump off the page as the Raptors are mid-pack in defense and run the 28th fastest pace but opportunity is there and this game is expected to stay close throughout. At these prices, I will have exposure in all formats. Shooting Guard Gary Trent Jr. FD - $7100 DK - $6100 Opponent - CHI Proj Pts FD - 29.8 DK - 31.1 Yes, I am a bit of a Raptors homer up here in Canada but no matter where you are from it is hard to ignore what Trent is doing right now. It starts with the insane volume as he has now taken 20+ shots from the field(10+ from behind the arc) in five straight games while averaging 44.6 DK/42.7 FD points per game. That is production we normally get from players in the $8K-$9K range and while both teams are ranked mid-pack in terms of defense this is a slight pace-up matchup for the Raptors,...

The Courses Previous Five Winners 2021 - Daniel Berger(-18) 2020 - Nick Taylor(-19) 2019 - Phil Mickelson(-19) 2018 - Ted Potter Jr.(-17) 2017 - Jordan Spieth(-19) The PGA Tour remains in California this week for the annual trip to the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links. With the return of the Pro-Am this year, the event will also get back to its regular three-course rotation as all players will play one round on Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, and Monterey Peninsula each of the first three days. The cut(Top 65 & ties) will be made following Saturday's round with the final round being played on Pebble Beach on Sunday. The Pro-Am definitely deters some of the top golfers and that trend continues this week as we have just one player in Patrick Cantlay(#4) ranked Top 10 in the World and he is joined by just 10 of the Top 50 when looking at the Official World Golf Rankings. All three courses are Par 72's on the short end of the meter with Spyglass the longest at just 7,035 yards. While weather can affect how things play out, we generally see Monterey play as the easiest of the three followed by Spyglass and then Pebble Beach. With Pebble being played twice and with it being the only course with shot tracker, this is the course I will focus on when putting together my stats model. That model will be looking heavily at Strokes Gained: Approach with emphasis on Proximity from the short and mid ranges(depending on player). With the smallest greens on Tour at Pebble Beach, I will also be mixing Strokes Gained: Around the Green and putting on Poa greens. With all that said, let's get into the picks. Patrick Cantlay World Golf Ranking (#4) Vegas Odds (8/1) Draftkings ($11,200) FanDuel ($12,300) I was a bit surprised the...

Point Guard Anfernee Simons FD - $6900 DK - $7000 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 34.48 DK - 38.69 With Damian Lillard out over the last month, it has been Simons stepping into a much larger role and boy has he handled it well. In those 14 games, he has topped 33 minutes on the floor in all of them while averaging 24.1 points, 7.0 assists, and 2.7 rebounds for 41 DK/35.2 FD points per game. He now faces a Thunder team who, on paper, don't look like a great matchup ranking 13th in defensive efficiency but they have really struggled in the short term losing 12 of their last 13 games and have given up 111 or more points in four of their last five. The price is still reasonable on both sites and I will have exposure in all formats. Gabe Vincent FD - $5000 DK - $4800 Opponent - BOS Proj Pts FD - 24.75 DK - 27.26 Speaking of stepping in for injured teammates, Gabe Vincent has been thrust into a starting role with Kyle Lowry out since mid-January. He hasn't blown the doors off by any means but has averaged 28 DK/26.8 FD points per game which is a solid return for a value guard. The good news is that he has seen an increase in usage in the very short-term taking 15 shots in each of the Heat's last two games and topping 30 DK points in both. He draws a tougher matchup against the Celtics tonight but the price has budged making him a nice high floor PTS/$ play in cash games. Shooting Guard C.J. McCollum FD - $7800 DK - $7600 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 38.3 DK - 41.08 Like I mentioned above, the matchup against the Thunder looks average-at-best on paper(13th in def eff) but they have struggled mightily in the short-term and we are going to try and take advantage of that. Outside of his first game back, McCollum has returned to form averaging 22 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 4.7 assists and more good news is that the usage has continued to increase as he has taken 20+...

After two large slates back-to-back, we are left with a much smaller two-gamer on Thursday so instead of going position by position I will be breaking down a few of my top plays from each game. Let's get started. Los Angeles Lakers vs. Philadelphia 76ers Joel Embiid FD - $11400 DK - $11400 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 56.73 DK - 59.8 It is close between Embid and Bron for top payup on this small slate but with AD back for the Lakers, the decision to go with Embiid was much easier. The consistency and incredibly high floor are what draws me to him as he has averaged 34.5 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 4.8 assists since the start of January with an average of 59.2 DK/57.1 FD points per game. He leads all players on this slate with a massive 36.5% usage rate and is my top play in all formats. Tobias Harris FD - $8100 DK - $7300 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 37.04 DK - 39.89 If Embiid is my top raw points play then Harris is my top PTS/$ play in this game, at least on DraftKings. There were points of the season where Harris crept up into the $9K range on DraftKings so getting him at a low $7K price tag is a nice buy-low considering he has averaged just over 37 DK points per game since the start of the month. Matisse Thybulle FD - $4300 DK - $3600 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 18.84 DK - 17.02 We are going to need a couple of punt values on this small slate if we plan to roster any of the big names and Thybulle fits the bill. He returned from injury on Tuesday and wasn't limited at all playing 33 minutes and despite shooting just 1 for 5, still ended up with nearly 20 DK points which at his price is over 5x return. I will take that as a floor from a nearly min price starting player. LeBron James FD - $10700 DK - $11100 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 51.25 DK - 54.62 For the Lakers, there is...

Point Guard Darius Garland FD - $8700 DK - $9300 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 38.97 DK - 43.23 With no real superstar player on this slate, we can go a bit more balanced with our build at one point guard that stands out is Garland. Sure, his price has is once again getting up there near a season-high but he has earned it averaging 20.9 points, 10.6 assists, and 44.8 DK/41.5 FD points per game over his last 10 games. The Knicks are a great matchup(13th in def eff, 30th in pace) but we have ourselves a small slate and Garland gets a ton of usage(20.4 shots per game last five) so I am not concerned and will have exposure in all formats. Chris Paul FD - $10300 DK - $8600 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 41.01 DK - 43.02 While FanDuel got a little small-slate, trigger happy with the price on Paul tonight, he is still very fairly priced on DraftKings especially considering how well he has been playing. The biggest thing has been the slight increase in usage as the assist machine has actually taken double-digit shot attempts in six straight and eight of his last nine games and has tallied a double-double in six of those games. Overall, this is a matchup between two Top 10 defenses but is expected to be the highest-scoring game on the slate and this is where my exposure starts, at least on DraftKings. Also Consider: Caris Levert(IND) if he is cleared to play as both Sabonis and Brogdon are out Shooting Guard Chris Duarte FD - $6700 DK - $6400 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 29.1 DK - 31.67 The biggest news on this slate comes out of Indiana where both Malcolm Brogdon and Domantas Sabonis remain out of the lineup. This will lead to value throughout the rest of the lineup and it starts with Duarte who has started two straight and played 31+ minutes in four straight while averaging 19.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.0 assists. The price took a huge jump but can be attributed to the small slate and his recent performance but...
