Pitchers Shane McClanahan FD 10100 DK 9700 Opponent - SEA (Robbie Ray) Park - SEA FD - 37.83 DK - 20.38 The days of getting McClanahan as a value pitcher are long gone as he is quickly becoming one of the more dominant ace pitchers in baseball that nobody knows about. He posted a terrific 3.43 ERA/3.23 xFIP last season and has been even better through five starts this year with a 3.00 ERA and a sparkling 1.57 xFIP. That isn't even what stands out the most, however, as he is coming off an 11 strikeout effort against the Twins pushing his K rate up to 39.3% on the season. He now gets a plus matchup against a struggling Mariners team that has lost seven of their last eight games while scoring just 2.4 runs a game and striking out 25% of the time. McClanahan is our top pitcher in all formats tonight. Miles Mikolas FD 9600 DK 8200 Opponent - SF (Logan Webb) Park - SF FD - 29.89 DK - 15.1 Not nearly as dominant from a strikeout and upside perspective but Miles Mikolas has been having a solid start to the year and comes at a nice mid-range price on both sites. After struggling in his first start, he has been near-elite giving up just three earned runs, striking out 24, walking just two, and averaging 39.8 FD/23.3 DK points per game. The matchup doesn't stand out on paper as the Giants rank mid-pack in most categories and strikeout league average(23%) but have lost four of their last five games. Mikolas is my top SP2 on DraftKings and a terrific option on FanDuel in all formats if you are looking to get more bats in your lineup. Catcher/First Base Trey Mancini FD 2700 DK 3000 Opponent - MIN (Chris Archer) Park - MIN FD - 8.64 DK - 6.61 There is no one team that stands out above the rest on this slate but there is one game that stands out with two starting pitchers, more than due for regression, facing off. Let's pick on Chris Archer first as he enters the night with a tidy 2.93 ERA that I do not believe in at all considering the xFIP(4.87) that is nearly two runs higher along with the very unsustainable .200 BABIP against. As you can see above, this season's Wells Fargo Championship will look a little different as Quail Hollow will not host the event for the first time since 2003 as they will host the 2022 Presidents Cup. Taking its place for this season will TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm which last hosted a PGA Tour event in 2018 with the Quick Loans National where Francesco Molinari took home the trophy. Despite what his winning score of -21 says, the course does not play that easy and it shows as only seven players hit double-digit under par and the course ranked 14th hardest among the non-major venues in 2018. Looking a little closer at the course to help formulate a stats model on the sheet, we have a fairly demanding course off the tee with smaller than average fairways and thicker Kentucky Bluegrass rough and water in play on 10 of the 18 holes. Golfers will then approach very small bentgrass greens that run faster than the tour average(listed at 12.5 on the stimp). What this tells me is that you will have to be very accurate off the tee or have an excellent approach game from the rough or possibly both(lol). Molinari's win in 2018 was driven by his elite ball-striking as he hit a field-leading 75% fairways and 86% greens in regulation. With very small and very fast greens, I will also be factoring in that the field will likely be hitting a below-average number of greens which elevates the importance of scrambling/SG: around the green. The 76ers got it tough here with the loss of Joel Embiid for at least the first two games but for fantasy, it gives a huge boost to Harden who was up and down against Toronto but will be asked to carry the load here which gives him an extremely high floor and ceiling at these prices. Gabe Vincent FD - $4800 DK - $4400 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 24.04 DK - 26.9 To fit a couple of big names like Harden or Doncic in our lineups tonight, we are going to need some value and Vincent provides just that as he is expected to get the start for the third straight game with Kyle Lowry out. He played 27 and 30 minutes in games 5 & 6 against the Hawks taking 17 shots and dropping 24 fantasy points in each. At his price on both sites, I will take that if it means being able to free up some salary. I will have a ton of exposure in all formats. Chris Paul FD - $10100 DK - $9100 Opponent - DAL Proj Pts FD - 43.85 DK - 46.72 The system is overwhelmingly leaning on stars and scrubs tonight and paying up for Doncic and Harden but also like having some exposure to Chris Paul. Outside of game four with Devin Booker returning, he has been elite for fantasy averaging 54 DK points in the other five games. The usage is most definitely down with Booker back but he more than makes up for it with his elite distribution skills. If there is a chance he will be the 3rd of 4th highest owned guard tonight, I love going overweight in this spot and having more than the field. Pitchers Pablo López FD - P 10500 DK - SP 10000 Opponent - ARI (Zac Gallen) Park - MIA FD - 35.68 DK - 18.95 The Marlins are off to a great start entering Monday three games over .500 and sitting second in the NL East and a large part of that success can be attributed to their starting rotation which has the 7th best ERA in baseball. Leading the way has been Pablo Lopez who has allowed just 13 hits and one earned run over his first four starts and now gets an elite matchup against the D-Backs who rank dead last in wOBA(.238) and wRC+(51). Lopez is our top projected pitcher on Monday and a great play in all formats. Drew Rasmussen FD - P 8200 DK - SP 8300 Opponent - OAK (Daulton Jefferies) Park - OAK FD - 27.45 DK - 14.75 Rasmussen came over from the Brewers last season and was converted to a starter late in the year in hopes he would make the opening day rotation in 2022. He did just that and despite being on a pitch count through four starts has been terrific with a 3.50 ERA and even better 3.12 xFIP and has recorded 18 strikeouts with just four walks. He stands out tonight as he should get a shot at exceeding 90 pitches in a plus matchup against the A's who are below average in both wOBA(.285) and wRC+(95) but what really stands out is their league-high 28.7% K rate. He comes at a terrific price point on this small slate and is my top PTS/$ option on both sites. Catcher/First Base Yandy Díaz FD 2700 DK 4200 Opponent - OAK (Daulton Jefferies) Park - OAK FD - 8.63 DK - 6.58 First things first. There is likely enough value on this slate, even with paying up for pitching, where you can get exposure to Vladdy or Ty France but I am leaning toward the PTS/$ route at first, at least in cash games. Diaz has lacked early in the season with just one home run but has been very consistent hitting .298 with a .444 on-base percentage and 163 wRC+. He has also improved against righties(.362 wOBA/146 wRC+) and faces Jefferies who has given up a ton of hard contact in three of his starts. At this time, Diaz is probably best for cash but the upside is most...

He missed the first three games of the series but has been money since his return shooting 51% on 43 shots in two games and averaging around 55 fantasy points on both sites.  During the regular season on a larger slate I would likely have avoided this matchup but Dallas has had Utah's number outscoring them by over six points, the second-largest margin in the playoffs. It won't be easy building around an 11K player but worth it as he has an elite floor and upside. Chris Paul FD - $10200 DK - $9300 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 48.95 DK - 51.37 The Suns will be without Booker for a fourth straight game and that immediately puts Chris Paul on the fantasy radar. The price has risen but he has put the team on his back leading the Suns to a 3-2 series lead with a chance to close things out in New Orleans tonight. For the series, he has taken at least 16 shots in four of the five games while shooting 49% and averaging a double-double on 20.2 points and 12 assists per game. He has also hit value in four of five games and we have him projected to hit and exceed it once again putting him in play in all formats. Jordan Clarkson FD - $6300 DK - $5800 Opponent - DAL Proj Pts FD - 23.19 DK - 26.08 Value is tough to come by at the guard position tonight so I will dive into the Utah bench and roll with one of the best 6th men in the league.
