He enters the playoffs with seven straight Top 10 finishes including a win at the Scottish Open. The putting roller coaster ride has been a thing of the past as a bad week now is still gaining strokes on the field. The elite all-around game is led by his driving which is arguably the best on tour as he is 1st in distance and has been much better in finding fairways during this hot stretch. I look for Rory to kick off the playoffs in style and ride throughout the playoffs. Tommy Fleetwood FedEx Ranking (#26) Vegas Odds (30/1) DraftKings ($9,100) FanDuel ($10,800) From my favourite overall play to one of my favourite PTS/$ plays with Tommy Fleetwood. He hasn't quite been on the same level as Rory(who has?) but comes into the playoffs with Top 10 finishes in four of his last five events and ranks 10th in SG: Tee to Green over the last 24 rounds. Going back further, he has been one of the most consistent players on Tour in 2023 making 12 of his last 14 cuts with six Top 10's and nine Top 25 finishes. He has made the cut...

Poston(-22) 2018 - Brandt Snedeker(-21) Top Targets Russell Henley FedEx Cup Rank (#34) Vegas Odds (20/1) DraftKings ($10,200) FanDuel ($11,600) I will ignore the missed cut at the OPEN and pay for the consistent Henley we saw before the season's final major. Before that quick trip for a couple of rounds at Royal Liverpool, Henley had made nine of his previous 10 cuts with seven Top 25 finishes. That success was a direct result of some red-hot irons as he ranks #1 in this field in SG: Approach over the last 24 rounds and to go with it he ranks 9th in fairways gained. That is a great combination for Sedgefield and it has shown as Henley returns with Top 10's in three straight years here. He is my top play in the top tier this week. Aaron Rai FedEx Cup Rank (#61) Vegas Odds (35/1) DraftKings ($8,600) FanDuel ($10,200) This range of pricing is loaded with players who are dangerously close to the bubble to get into the playoffs and will need solid weeks to solidify their spots. Rai is one of them as he has been climbing fast with some nice form with Top 25 finishes in five of his last six events with two Top 10's mixed in, as well. He is not only one of just three players who rank Top 10 in fairways gained and SG: Approach in the short term but during this hot stretch he has gained strokes in every SG category three times. I don't just think he will make the playoffs, I feel he can really improve...

While I will have exposure to both Rory and Scottie, I feel Rory is going to be higher owned being $600 cheaper and coming off a win at the Scottish last week so I will go a little heavier n Scheffler for some projected leverage. Hard not to pay the premium for Scheffler who is putting up some ridiculous numbers and should easily have more than two wins on the season. He has gone 17 straight events finishing 12th or better and to top it off comes into the OPEN with seven straight Top 5 finishes. Looking at the Tee to Green numbers we can easily see why he is on another level as he has not finished outside the Top in SG: T2G in 11 straight events. Absolutely insane and probably the most overdue player in the field! Cameron Smith World Golf Ranking (#7) Vegas Odds (14/1) DraftKings ($10,700) FanDuel ($11,500) The defending champ could possibly provide some leverage as I would project many lineups starting with an $11K golfer and then dropping down into the $9K range focused around Fleetwood. Even if this is not the case, I am very high on Cam Smith who not only won here last year but has been red-hot coming in with a...

Pitchers Pablo López FD 10900 DK 10200 Opponent - OAK (Hogan Harris) Park - OAK FD - 36.6 DK - 19.95 Lopez will be looking to pick up where he left off as he entered the break red-hot with a complete-game, 12 K, shutout and recorded a 2.72 ERA/3.03 xFIP over his last six starts. The strikeout total was no fluke either as he has tallied double-digits in two of his last three starts with a 30.5% K rate over those last six while averaging 26.5 DK/45.2 FD points per start. He is not only almost $3K cheaper than Strider on DraftKings, he also gets a better matchup against an A's team that is bottom 3 in almost all offensive categories. Fire up Lopez in all formats. Also Consider: Andrew Abbott(CIN) who will be looking for revenge against the Brewers who handed him his first career loss. No matter what happened last game, it is a great matchup as the Brewers strike out more than any other team vs left-handed pitching(27.5%). George Kirby(SEA) will be looking to continue his consistent play as he went into the break allowing two or fewer earned runs in four of his last five starts for a 2.18 ERA/3.50 xFIP and 21.8 DK points per start Catcher/First Base Anthony Rizzo FD 3200 DK 4800 Opponent - COL (Connor Seabold) Park - COL FD - 15.74 DK - 11.8 The Yankees let us down last night in Coors but you can bet we are going back to the well given the affordable pricing making lineup construction a whole lot easier. I will be starting with Rizzo who has mostly been disappointing lately not recoding multiple hits since late June but checks a lot of boxes tonight. He still has a ton of power from the left side and the better news is that he faces Connor Seabold who has had his issues against lefties giving up a .390 wOBA and over two home runs per nine innings. At these prices, Rizzo is my top play at first tonight in all formats. Also Consider: If spending up, Matt Olson(ATL) is the easy choice as he is red-hot and gets an excellent matchup against a pitcher who struggles mightily against lefties or for value, LaMonte Wade(SFG) who is projected to leadoff for the Giants and has hits in four of his last five games Second Base Ozzie Albies FD...

For me, with the consistency he has shown, should put him in the $12K+ range on DraftKings and I say this as he enters the week with six straight Top 5's and 16 straight finishes of 12th or better. He even struggled terribly on the greens losing 8.5 and 4.6 strokes putting in back-to-back weeks at the Memorial and Charles Schwab and still finished T3 in both. Looking at the stats over the last 24 rounds, he is far and away the leader in SG: Tee to Green averaging over 1.4 strokes per round to the golfer in second over that time period. He has mixed results here with a T12 in 2021 and a missed cut last year but with his current form and success with the new putter, I will have plenty of Scheffler in my builds this week. Patrick Cantlay World Golf Ranking (#4) Vegas Odds (14/1) DraftKings ($10,200) FanDuel ($11,900) While not quite on the same level of consistency as Scheffler(who is?), Cantlay has been very good for a long stretch. Going all the way back to his missed cut at the PGA Championship last season, he has made 22 of his last 23 cuts at stroke-play events with a win (BMW Championship in the playoffs), 12 Top 10's, and 19 Top 25 finishes. Looking at the current form from a...
