Guards Damian Lillard FD - $9700 DK - $10200 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 44.76 DK - 47.33 The price has reached a point where we have to pick our spots with Lillard, which is most definitely one of them. These teams meet for the second time in three nights after hitting the over on Saturday with a handful of players providing excellent PTS/$ value. For Lillard, he put up 22 shot including 11 from behind the arc and ended up with 50+ fantasy points for the second straight game. The Timberwolves are only slightly below average defensively(18th) but run fast(3rd in pace) and have given up the second-most fantasy points to the guard position. This is a great spot for Lillard and he is my top guard in all formats. Kyrie Irving FD - $8700 DK - $8700 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 42.54 DK - 45.54 The Nets seemed to have put their drama-filled and poor start behind them and their recent success has in large part been thanks to their superstars. Kyrie has been playing some of his best basketball of the season recently shooting over 55% on 45 shots over the last two games while dropping 33 points in each along with 16 rebounds and 12 assists which has also led to 50+ fantasy-point performances in both. He and the Nets now face a Wizards team that is short Bradley Beal and possibly Monte Morris and has really struggled lately losing nine of their last 10. At these sub $9K prices, Kyrie is in play for me in all formats tonight. Caris LeVert FD - $5500 DK - $5000 Opponent - SA Proj Pts FD - 34.1 DK - 37.53 This one is a bit speculative as we will be waiting on the Donovan Mitchell news to make the final decision but if he misses his third straight game, Levert is once again a top PTS/$ play in our system. He started each of the last two games and saw a huge usage boost taking 21 and 22 shots and not only dropped 22 points in each but also added 10 rebounds and 10 assists, as well. Hockenson FD 6500 DK 5100 Opponent DET Proj Points FD - 10.94 DK - 13.65 Hard not to start with a game that currently sits with the second-highest total(53.5) of the entire season as Vegas is clearly expecting a track meet and it makes sense as this is one of two games that features two teams ranked Top 10 in pace. I will have several different core builds in this game but a majority of them will center around the passing game. At quarterback, it starts with Jared Goff who has been more consistent lately and comes cheaper than Cousins on both sites. He is also coming off one of his best games of the season throwing for 340 yards and two touchdowns in a blowout win against the Jags. He now gets a great matchup against a Vikings defense that has given up 300+ yards passing in four straight weeks, ranks 24th in DVOA against the pass, and 26th in fantasy points against quarterbacks. I love pairing him with his #1 option in Amon-Ra St. Brown who is back to elite status with eight or more targets in six straight games(average 10) while catching 80% of them for 555 yards and he has also scored three touchdowns in his last two games. He does move around the field quite a bit pre-snap, but has run over 50% of his routes in the slot and gets a great matchup against the Vikings who have not only allowed the 3rd most fantasy points to wideouts but have also allowed the 7th most receiving yards in the slot. We could double-stack this one in hopes of Detroit trailing in the second half but the waters are muddied a bit with Jameson Williams now in the mix. For Lillard, he has put his short-term shooting woes in the rearview coming off a monster game where he made 12 of 22 shots including a whopping nine from beyond the arc. He now faces a Timberwolves team that is playing on a back-to-back and has struggled lately giving up an average of 126 points per game over the last five games. I will have exposure to Lillard in all formats tonight. Kyrie Irving FD - $8600 DK - $8700 Opponent - IND Proj Pts FD - 47.58 DK - 50.17 I never get too excited with Kyrie playing on a back-to-back but everything is aligning for him to be a top play once again on Saturday. First of all, he and Durant put on a show last night and now it appears Durant could sit out tonight for rest which would boost Irving even higher than the system already has him. Despite scoring 30+ in back-to-back games while adding 16 rebounds and 12 assists, Irving's price remains in the mid $8K range on both sites and he now gets a plus matchup against the Pacers who are 21st in defensive efficiency and 4th in pace. Jordan Clarkson FD - $6900 DK - $7600 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 33.08 DK - 37.12 Malik Beasley FD - $5000 DK - $5600 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 21.12 DK - 23.75 Nickeil Alexander-Walker FD - $4500 DK - $3100 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 21.08 DK - 21.68 The Jazz are a bit short-handed at guard with Collin Sexton out which has me grouping all three of these guys together in a spot where they could even be stacked together. The Jazz are on a back-to-back but this is one of three games with a monster total North of 230. They also get the best matchup of the group against the Nuggets who have lost three of four while giving up an average of 118.5 points per game and rank 27th in defensive efficiency...

As of now, however, I am leaning toward Lillard who is sub $10K on both sites, making the building process a bit easier and more balanced to start. The shooting, especially from beyond the arc, has been atrocious in the short term but I am not concerned as he commands heavy usage in the offense(32%), averages 25.8 points and 6.9 assists per game and gets a plus matchup against a Nuggets team that is 26th in defensive efficiency. Lillard is our top projected play at the guard position and a great building block in all formats. Kevin Porter Jr. FD - $7600 DK - $7300 Opponent - SA Proj Pts FD - 34.98 DK - 38.36 There is a ton of news to drop on this small slate and it includes Kevin Porter who has some right knee soreness but considering they haven't played since Monday, signs are pointing to him playing. That is great news as he is in a smash spot here against a Spurs team that is dead last in defensive efficiency,  7th fastest pace, and have allowed the second-most fantasy points to guards. For Porter, he has been a very consistent PTS/$ producer at these prices and that comes from providing value in multiple categories as he is averaging 19 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.8 assists, and a combined 1.7 blocks/steals per game on the season. Porter is my favourite PTS/$ option at the guard position tonight. Tre Jones FD - $6400 DK - $6400 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 37.03 DK - 38.92 Romeo Langford FD - $4000 DK - $3100 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 14.02 DK - 14.02 This game has the highest total(231.5) on the slate by five full points and the Rockets are not the only ones in a great spot as their own defense has struggled this season ranking 28th in defensive efficiency. Chargers/Raiders Game Stack Justin Herbert FD 8100 DK 7200 Opponent LV Proj Points FD - 23.73 DK - 23.73 Keenan Allen FD 7700 DK 6500 Opponent LV Proj Points FD - 15.3 DK - 18.85 Josh Jacobs FD 9500 DK 7900 Opponent LAC Proj Points FD - 27.08 DK - 29.29 This is one of three games with a 50+ total this week and gives us two below-average(LAC ranked 22nd) to terrible(LV ranked 32nd) defence's to target. If multi-entering, it makes sense to attack this game in multiple ways but if playing just one lineup, this is how I am attacking it, ownership or not. This combination gives us a ton of flexibility as all three players fall into the second tier of pricing at their positions and it also attacks both defence's biggest weaknesses and that starts with the Raiders who are dead last in DVOA against the pass. That is perfect timing for Justin Herbert who is coming off his best fantasy effort of the season last week and has tallied 20 or more DraftKings points in both games with Keenan Allen back in the lineup. It doesn't even feel like the two are fully on the same page yet either as Allen has caught just 10 of 15 balls but has 94 yards in one game and 49 yards and a touchdown in the other. If those are his floor games moving forward, I think there is a shot we could see the ceiling this week. Speaking of ceiling games, Josh Jacobs is coming off his in an overtime game against the Seahawks where he rushed 33 times for 229 yards and two touchdowns while also adding another 74 receiving yards. While I don't think he duplicates that effort, half those fantasy points would suffice, to be honest. Either way, Jacobs is getting elite usage averaging 25.9 touches per game going back to week four(8 games), has five 100+ yard rushing games in that time and is averaging 28 DK/24.2 FD points per game. He now faces a Chargers defense that ranks 29th in DVOA against...
