Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Saturday Late 9/19/15
Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Saturday Late 9/19/15 Ooh, we just love how the college football slates seem to go all weekend. What better way to pass the time waiting for NFL Sunday to start? This Saturday late slate has a bunch of fun games on it with high projected totals. Should be a scoring fest. We're also selling lineups and cheatsheets for every CFB slate. This week they include 2 DraftKings and 2 FanDuel lineups along with a cheatsheet of write ups on a number of different players. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. This season our 12 of our 13 FanDuel lineups have moneyed in cash games, and one won the FanDuel Redshirt tournament. Meanwhile 75% of our DraftKings lineups have hit in cash games. Don't miss out. Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet Quarterback Jerrod Heard Last week Heard got the nod over the struggling Tyrone Swoops and led Texas to a much needed victory. The win came against Rice who isn't exactly a world beater, but hey, a win is a win. After getting embarrassed by Notre Dame Week 1, Charlie Strong needed this win and it seems unlikely he will get away from the guy who delivered the W. There are a couple concerns with Heard. One, he's far from a polished passer as evidenced by only 7 pass attempts last week. As a freshman he doesn’t have the experience and may have some ups and downs along the way. It's also possible he doesn’t have a firm grip on the starters gig, but I think he's there to stay. The good with Heard is he brings real athletic ability and a spark to this Longhorn offense. They also play host to California who has been known to score some points. In order for Texas to hang with Cal's offense Heard will have to move the chains by making plays with his feet. I'm more than happy hitching my wagon to a middling priced guy who could eclipse 100 yards rushing and is a threat to punch one in from six. Patrick Mahomes Texas Tech quarterbacks never seem to translate to NFL talent, but they sure do tear it up on Saturdays. Mahomes is the next guy in line to put up gaudy stats week in week out in the Red Raider offense. Coached by Cliff Kingsbury, a former Texas Tech quarterback who could chuck it all over the field himself, TT has continued to focus on a spread attack passing game. Mahomes has plenty of weapons at his disposal and with his ability to go through his progressions he is a tough nut...
Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Saturday Early 9/19/15
Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Saturday Early 9/19/15 This is a massive slate of games and the college football gods (assuming you believe in such things, which we do) should be smiling down on the amount of potential scoring we've got. FanDuel and DraftKings scores could be in the upper register. We've got you covered with college football picks and lineups to get you started. We're also selling lineups and cheatsheets for every CFB slate. This week they include 2 DraftKings and 2 FanDuel lineups along with a cheatsheet of write ups on a number of different players. Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet Quarterback Wes Lunt Wes Lunt entered the college scene as a top QB recruit and started as a true freshman for Oklahoma State. He has since transferred to Illinois and has steadily put up decent numbers. On the year Lunt has passed for 478 yards with 5 touchdowns and 1 pick. He hasn’t been called on all that much in the early going as Illinois chose to ease their way into the season with some favorable early matchups. This week they will travel to North Carolina to face Marquis Williams and the Tarheels. NC can be a little suspect on defense and they haven’t seen a QB with the skill set of Lunt thus far and may not the rest of the way. Vegas has set the line with Illinois being a 7pt dog with a total in low 60’s. That line bodes well for the Illinois signal caller. Excellent value on FD, but probably looking elsewhere on DK. Matt Johnson What I meant by looking elsewhere was looking at Matt Johnson. This cat has thrown for over 900 yards through two games and neither was against a powder puff opponent. Johnson seems to start off slow, but finds a rhythm and never looks back. Last week Johnson connected for a single touchdown pass late in the 2nd quarter, but still finished the day with 6 touchdown passes. Memphis, in my opinion, is largely underrated and specifically on the offensive side of the ball. Vegas pegged the total just above 80, which clearly indicates the type of opportunity to be found in this game. Johnson has plenty of receivers to catch the ball and should find himself attempting north of 50 passes once again. There is simply too much opportunity in this one. ...
Daily Fantasy College Football Picks and Lineups for FanDuel and DraftKings Thursday 9/17
Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Thursday-Friday 9/17/15 The daily fantasy college football season trucks along. There've been huge performances, some upsets, some should-have-upsets and we are just starting to get an idea of who the true standouts will be this season. We've got you covered for this Thursday-Friday slate. We're also selling lineups and cheatsheets for every CFB slate. This week they include 2 DraftKings and 2 FanDuel lineups along with a cheatsheet of write ups on a number of different players. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet Quarterback DeShaun Watson Watson burst on the scene last year and quickly became a household name until an injury cut his season short. Through two games Watson has thrown for 442 yards and 5 touchdowns. That’s hardly the Tecmo Bowl-type stats he’s capable of putting up, but when you play Wofford and Appalachian State your coach tends to take the foot off the gas. Now they travel to meet up with Louisville as 6pt road favorites. The crowd is bound to be raucous when Watson & Co. take the field Thursday night and I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets off to a slow start. I see Watson having to do more with his feet compared to the first two games and I also expect Clemson to keep the throttle high until the final whistle. He will be a favorite play, but on a short slate don’t against the grain with this guy. He's the best quarterback going on in this mini-slate and it's a tough proposition thinking about fading him. Running Back Dalvin Cook Whoa buddy. Did you see what this cat did last week? How about a 30/266/3 stat line? Cook was a man possessed and single handedly dominated the game. Golson and the passing game were a little out of sync and in stepped Cook to lift the Seminoles to 2-0. This is a short slate and Cook comes with a hefty price tag, but it stands to reason you need to figure out a way to get him in your lineups. If he goes off like he did last week and you opted to save the dough it’s very unlikely you will be able to make up enough ground to finish in the money. There are literally zero questions surrounding Cook, something you cannot say about any other back on the slate. Dalvin is averaging an...

Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet Quarterback Malik Zaire Making his first home start last week against the Longhorns Zaire was everything, but disappointing. Coming into the year the CFB landscape was well aware of his athleticism and ability to escape the pocket when things break down, but his ability as a passer was still, in some ways, up in the air. Well, how does 19 of 22 for 313 and 3 sound? Pretty dang gone good. Texas is certainly rebuilding, but an 86% completion rate is great no matter the level of competition. Zaire also didn’t dink and dunk his way to an efficient line as he averaged 14 yards per pass attempt. Next up for the Irish is Virginia, who is fresh off getting shredded by UCLA’s super frosh Josh Rosen. Malik offers solid value with a reasonable floor as the 4th most expensive QB, but his price isn’t so high where he will hamper your remaining lineup. After Zaire it gets a little sticky in terms of value so playing it safe with Zaire is certainly a recommended cash play. Zaire should have little difficulty picking apart the Cavalier’s defense and should continue his streak of multi-touchdown games. Lamar Jackson If your tolerance for risk is strong Jackson could be the play of the day. Coming on in relief last week for Reggie Bonnafon, Jackson went 9 for 20 with 0 touchdowns and 1 pick. That’s hardly a ringing endorsement, but the value with Jackson is wrapped up in his ability to make plays with his feet. As a freshman Jackson has much to work on as a passer, but his freakish athletic talent is quite apparent. Louisville will likely deploy a heavy ground attack with a young passer and less than stellar talent at the wide receiver position. But rest assured, the ground game will heavily involve Jackson. While Jackson may struggle to pass the ball, that only means the inexperienced signal caller will rely more on his feet. At $5800...

Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet Quarterback Jeff Driskel The Florida transfer may have a found himself a new home in Ruston, Louisiana playing for the La Tech Bulldogs. Last week Driskel opened the year basically perfect, throwing for four touchdowns on only 15 pass attempts while running another in. Last week's opponent, Southern, was known more for their marching band than their football and the Bulldogs know this week against WKU will be a totally different story. Much to my chagrin, WKU was essentially awful last week facing a not-so-great Vanderbilt team, but maybe they were looking ahead at revenge. Ok, I realize it’s a little farfetched to think WKU was looking past an SEC team, but you bet your sweet arse they want revenge against La Tech. Last year The Bulldogs thumped the Hilltoppers to the tune of 59-10. Driskel & Co. are on the road and also coming off a short week. It may seem like there are some things working against Driskel here and I gave a brief pause about the potential for an extremely hostile environment; one where the home team remembers the embarrassment put on them last year. But I'm rolling Driskel. Start with his price. Money is crazy tight and on a site like DraftKings where you play two quarterbacks, it's really hard to imagine a lineup that doesn’t include Driskel (though it isn't impossible). Fanduel offers more salary flexibility so I don’t think he's necessarily a must start there, but still probably the best option. Driskel's career at Florida never really materialized partially due to injury and partially due to a lack of talent. Well, this is Conference USA and not the SEC so the Driskel-types become big fish in little ponds. He's a blue chip athlete who doesn’t receive enough credit for his ability to make things happen with his feet. Obviously anything can happen, but WKU is not good enough to run the Bulldogs out of the building. I think you get a full throttle...
