Point Guards
Aaron Brooks - FD 4800 DK 5400 DFSTR 3800
We stuck with him going into the other night, even having him grace the cover of our Tuesday picks because he'd been running so bad from the field and expected his usage to be real high with the Bulls' injuries. This paid off in a big way as he went 22/8/2 and was just generally a beast. The Bulls will continue to play him big minutes because they need his scoring. This will be an interesting game with the Thunder. Both teams are missing key pieces and I think the game stays closer throughout. Brooks will be in all of my lineups on this short slate.
Russell Westbrook - FD 12000 DK 11300 DFSTR 8800
Starting to get downright silly now. Even when the team is playing poorly he still puts up video game numbers. It's ridiculous. Westbrook is on a different level altogether and is playing a Bulls team that's a bit compromised. The Bulls don't have a great options to cover him in the backcourt (admittedly, no one does) and he should see his full share of minutes as the Thunder are basically in "need to win every game mode". Even at this steep price, guys like Brooks and a few other plays down the line allow the salary to fit.
Shooting Guards
Monta Ellis - FD 6700 DK 6800 DFSTR 6800
I don't love the part where all of a sudden Rajon Rondo wants to take a ton of shots in the offensive sets. I do like the part where Ellis is still getting his looks. He really needs to score in order to keep the floor high, so the volume needs to be there. Wesley Matthews is a good defender which isn't awesome, but this is a short slate and shooting guard is beyond thin. In many cases I think you will be choosing between Ellis and Matthews. I'll take Ellis.
Tony Snell - FD 3800 DK 4000 DFSTR 3000
He's getting the Jimmy Butler treatment in that the Thibs is completely willing to have him on the court for long, long stretches of time. That's fine by me and he'll me a monster percentage-owned play in this slate. It's rare to fine guys playing this many minutes at this low of a cost. Why avoid it? Now, he needs all the minutes because he isn't a particularly productive player, but being on the court that long has its advantages.

Small Forwards
Al-Farouq Aminu - FD 4600 DK 4600 DFSTR 3000
Richard Jefferson - FD 3600 DK 3300 DFSTR
Chandler Parsons is set to sit again on Thursday and these two guys are the most obvious beneficiaries. Jefferson had a great one last time out thank in large part to shooting 5-6 from the field including hitting two three pointers. At his prices, this kind of production is fantastic. Now that kind of FG% won't continue, but he actually took his least amount of shots since Parsons went down. I like him for cash games with his minutes. Aminu is more an upside play as he can put up big stats in short periods of time, but is too inconsistent.
Nicolas Batum - FD 5600 DK 5500 DFSTR 5100
Ugh. Something is clearly wrong with the guy as the shooting has been so far below his career averages. When this happen, injury is typically the concern. It is likely he isn't over his early season wrist issues. Still, on this slate, you can play him because he's on the court enough for the Blazers.

Nikola Mirotic - FD 4700 DK 5700 DFSTR 3100
If he isn't a >95% play on this slate then I will eat my sock. Though he's coming off the bench he is playing more than 30 minutes a game and has been massively productive. He is getting up a ton of shots and crashing the boards. Is firmly on everyone's radar so unless you just started playing DFS I doubt I'm telling you anything new here. The price hasn't come close to catching up. Not a situation I want to fade.
LaMarcus Aldridge - FD 9800 DK 9100 DFSTR 8600
Not a great points/$ play, but doesn't need to be. The Bulls' guys are allowing so much roster flexibility that you can easily fit both he and Westbrook into a lineup. He doesn't have fantastic career numbers against Dirk and company, but he should be on the court for the majority here. He's a stud obviously and getting in some lower -EV money here is totally fine because you are getting cheap money in so great.
Strongly consider Serge Ibaka
Center
Joakim Noah - FD 7400 DK 7400 DFSTR 5900
Another Bull who has seen his production increase over the short term. It helps when you lose a ton of shots per game to injury and see your minutes trend upward all at the same time. He's beginning to resemble the Noah we knew last year and the price hasn't caught up yet. Is in a good spot with whoever the Thunder front him with, presumably Kanter. It's all about the Bulls tonight.
Enes Kanter - FD 6000 DK 5900 DFSTR 5200
The minutes from yesterday are a mild concern and if you project him in the high 20's then he falls out of consideration. I think the Thunder though are going to need him tonight to go bigger against Gasol and Noah and he'll see his full run assuming he can stay out of foul trouble. He can get it done on the offensive end in the right matchup and his price is still right.
Consider Tyson Chandler
