I am going to venture right to the late game for my top goalie of the night. The Leafs head into the Los Angeles on Tuesday night as -130 favorites which may have seemed crazy in season's past but considering the Kings sit with a league-low 11 points it makes perfect sense. They come into this game losers of nine of their last 12 games while scoring just 26 goals and continue to sit dead last in scoring(2.06 goals per game). For Andersen, he has been brilliant lately allowing just two goals in his last three starts giving him a .933 save % on the season. Fire up Andersen in all formats tonight.

If you are looking to go a bit cheaper at goalie with possibly less ownership as well consider Robin Lehner as the Islanders are currently the biggest favorites(-160) on the slate. They will be at home tonight against a Canucks team in the midst of a long road trip in which they have already dropped three of four games. Lehner hasn't been elite to start the season but he has been solid holding opponents to three or fewer goals in seven of his nine starts and sits with a .921 save % on the season. Even better news is that he has played seven of his nine games on the road and now returns home where he has gone 1-0-1 with a shutout. At these prices, I would consider him in all formats.

The signing of John Tavares has proved huge early in the 2018-19 season with Auston Matthews on the injured reserve. Since he went down with the shoulder injury, Johnny T has tallied points in six of seven games and has also provided a high floor averaging four shots on goal per game. While the Kings biggest issue has been scoring, their defense has also been suspect as they rank 19th overall allowing 3.18 goals per game. As the third most expensive center on DraftKings and the fourth most expensive on FanDuel, Tavares is in play in all formats tonight.

If you are wanting to go the value route at the center position consider Ryan Johansen. He doesn't exactly provide us with the highest of floors averaging two shots on goal per game but should see a bit of an uptick as linemate Viktor Arvidsson was placed on the IR yesterday. What Johansen has provided is consistency on the scoresheet with 11 points(four on the powerplay) in his last 10 games and 17 on the season. He and the Preds also face a Sharks team that has allowed three or more goals in nine of their last 10 games. All things considered, I like Johansen in all formats tonight.
Stack with: Filip Forsberg, Colton Sissons
Also Consider: Bo Horvat(VAN) who has 10 points and 25 shots in his last 10 games

Hall has been held off the scoresheet in two straight but that is projected to change tonight as the Devils are at home against the Penguins who they beat 5-1 a week ago. Even when Hall isn't scoring, he is providing a high floor for cash games as he has 36 shots in his last 10 games and is averaging 3.5 per game on the season with a 19.7 iCorsi/60. The Penguins sit middle of the pack(14th) on defense this season but have allowed four or more goals in seven of their 15 games making me feel great about rostering Hall in all formats tonight, especially on DraftKings where his price sits in the mid $6K range.
Stack with: Nico Hischier, Kyle Palmieri(PP)

Overall, the Panthers have been one of the worst teams in the league early in the season(6-5-3) but have been hot lately winning four straight. Right in the middle of that success has been Jonathan Huberdeau who has been red-hot with points in four straight(two multi-point efforts) and has 12 points in his last 10 games while averaging just under three shots per game. He skates on the second line and top powerplay unit against the 28th ranked defense in the Flyers and is a terrific PTS/$ value play in all formats.
Stack with: Vincent Trocheck, Frank Vatrano
Also Consider: J.T. Miller(TB) as a value play skating on the top line with Stamkos and Kucherov
Opponent - BUF
Proj Pts FD - 7.92 DK - 2.92
There are definitely some options in the top tier who are worthy in all formats tonight if you have the salary available but for me, the mid-tier is where I will start with my top cash game play. Ryan McDonagh checks all the boxes for me when looking for PTS/$ value and comes in with a nice balance of shots(22) and blocks(24) in his last 10 games and has also provided GPP upside with eight points in that time. To top it off, the Rangers face a Sabres team that has allowed 24 goals in their last seven games(3.4 per game).
Opponent - DET
Proj Pts FD - 4.42 DK - 2.2
I always like to punt one of my defense positions to help pay up for a goalie and a couple top forwards. Tonight that player is Kevin Connauton who is not flashy at all and provides little to no upside with just three points on the season but has provided a consistent floor as of late. Over his last 10 games, he has 23 shots and 14 blocks while averaging 2.6 DraftKings and 8.5 FanDuel points per game. That is more than enough for cash games, especially on FanDuel in the mid $3K range.
Also Consider: Kris Russell(EDM) as a punt play who provides a nice floor with shot blocks(2.9 per game on the season)

Just as a correction under Ryan McDonagh it says that the Rangers are playing Buffalo, and it should say Tampa Bay. It is an easy mistake to make because he did used to play for the Rangers.
Ya my bad. Was writing late at night after loooonnnnnggggg day in the sun. Thanks for catching that and thanks for reading.
