We’re nearing the final stretch of the college football season with division and rivalry games heating up so sit down buckle up and enjoy the ride. Alabama looks as dominant as ever, blanking LSU 29-0. Michigan finally looks like the team I thought they were heading into the season. Texas dropped a heart-breaker to West Virginia, Oklahoma kept hopes alive, and Clemson is going to crush the souls of their fans when they actually have to play a decent team. Oklahoma runs the table to get in the playoff, only to lose 47-17 to Alabama. Michigan runs the table, beats Clemson 27-24 then loses to Alabama 34-0. You heard it here first.

This one is easy-peasy: Brock all day for cash. The guy is just too good. Since taking over as the starter, Brock’s lowest fantasy output was 21.7, not a bad floor. Purdy has tapered off his rushing a bit since going for 84 yards in his first start, but he’s still logging double-digit attempts so the potential is still there. Iowa State is a healthy 14 point favorite with a total of 51. Iowa State has been playing really good ball lately with four consecutive wins including wins over West Virginia, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State. The 51 feels a little low as Baylor has also been playing inspired ball after a come from behind win against Oklahoma State. The Cyclones are a three-headed monster, for the most part, with Purdy, Montgomery, and Butler accounting for the lion's share of production. As much as I like Purdy for cash he’s not really on my tournament radar. I like stacking the Cyclones for cash, but there are other options with more upside for your tournament lineups.

At the time of this writing, it's still a little fuzzy how the playing time will be divided up, but Brewer looks to be the favorite to start after his strong relief performance last week against Oklahoma State. Brewer has been up and down most of the season splitting reps with Jalan McClendon, but has consistently been the more productive player. Brewer leads the team in rushing attempts and tied for the lead with four rushing touchdowns. Baylor will have its work cut out for them against a white-hot Iowa State team, but at just $5200 and his little bit of rushing production, he’s very close to a cash play. As I mentioned above Baylor comes into the game as 14 point dogs so the game script should favor a pass-heavy attack. There is plenty of upside at this salary and when compared to other players at this price point the argument becomes strong to deploy Brewer in your Super Flex.

Jay-Will is a cash specialist with just enough upside to use in tournament play as well. The floor is insanely high due to his skill set and offensive system. Mike Leach and his Air Raid offense are well known for their full-blown aerial attack. Put as many receivers on the field as possible and pass in every situation. Check this though, Williams is their leading receiver! With 58 receptions, James Williams leads the Cougars both on the ground and through the air. He also leads the team with 11 total touchdowns. He won't blow you away with yardage totals, but his volume delivers an elite floor at less than an a lower salary. Washington State is currently a six-point favorite with a total of 60, but Williams is almost matchup/game script proof. HIs involvement in the passing game makes him a quintessential cash play. Crazy enough his backup, Max Borghi, can also be considered.

I understand above and below I talk about stacking all three Cyclones, but for sake of breaking from the same game with so many players I made a pivot. A good pivot. Here's the short answer on Sermon; Oklahoma has the best offensive line in the country and the 9th overall pick in the 2018 MLB draft playing quarterback. The long answer includes the fact Sermon is a more than capable back and could be productive in multiple scenarios. He just happens to be in a really good one right now. As long as he gets the carries (and that's not exactly a given), he will crush this price. The Sooners just have way too much firepower and will surely drop 50 against the Okies porous defense. Kennedy Brooks may be the highlight reel, but Sermon is the one getting fed right now. The scoring potential is simply off the charts. If you trust the carries will be there, and I do, you should trust Kyler Murray will get Sermon in the end zone.

This guy is a beast and completes the three-headed Cyclone monster. He won't blow you away with his volume, but the efficiency is ridiculous. In his last three games, also known as the Brock Purdy era, Butler has a modest reception total of 15, but has taken those 15 grabs for 419 yards and four touchdowns. You can make arguments for other guys in this price range, but if we’re talking cash games I like stacking all three Cyclones in a very favorable matchup with Baylor. It's hard to find college teams where so few guys dominate such a large percentage of the offense, but that's what we have here. Things are really clicking right now for this offense and there is no reason it will slow down Saturday. I'm fading them in tournaments, but love em for cash

This is a very interesting play and as the week progresses I am liking Stewart and White more and more. For much of the season Michigan State has had a so-so offense, but they were still primarily a passing offense due to the lack of a feature back. The Spartans lost their top wideout, Felton Davis, a couple weeks ago against Penn State, which leaves Stewart and Cody White to fill the void. Entering last weeks game against Maryland Stewart had received 20 targets in the prior two games, albeit wildly inefficient by only turning them into six grabs for 84 yards and one score. Last week against Maryland he finished with just three receptions for 24 yards. Two of the last three games, Michigan and Maryland, came against two of the nation’s better pass defenses. This week they get Ohio State at home. Things will be different, very different. At sub $5k salaries and what should be a more wide open game against the high powered offense of Ohio State, both Stewart and White are in play as low to mid-range value plays.
