It’s good to see Davis back for what should be a very fun game to watch. Whether the final score ends up close or not (GS -9.5), there will be a ton of points scored and fantasy points will be easy to come by. Davis jumps right back into the spotlight for me and I’m willing to pay up in tournaments. There’s more than enough value on the slate and nobody would be surprised to see him drop 80 against the Warriors. Davis being back will also take some usage away from Holiday and Mirotic, which is a negative. On the other hand, he takes attention away from them and they see wide open shots in return. I still love Holiday and Mirotic against Golden State and think they will be overlooked with Davis back. As for Elfrid Payton being out, I have no interest in his backups. Clark, Jackson, and Frazier are all candidates to get extra minutes and I’m not sure any are guaranteed 20+. Stick to the big guns and maybe some E’Twaun Moore.
Canaan hurt his ankle just 5 minutes into last game and will now join Devin Booker on the bench for this once. Canaan was seeing pretty big minutes prior to his injury, so there’s some added opportunity here. Elie Okobo played 30 minutes last game and put up 30 fantasy points. He's one of the top plays on the entire slate at minimum price. Josh Jackson will also pick up 25+ minutes and is a great cash game play at such a low price. Outside of those two, I expect a big game out of either Trevor Ariza or T.J. Warren. It's just impossible to pick who. Ayton will see an uptick in usage and has to be considered an elite GPP play against a subpar Spurs interior.
There is a ton to look at here with both Jimmy Butler and Jeff Teague out. The return of Andrew Wiggins should seal the leak a little bit, but there will still be 30+ minutes up for grabs. Josh Okogie has been getting 30-ish minutes of run and should continue to, making him safe in all formats. Derrick Rose will also see 30+ minutes and the Jazz aren't very good against point guards. We'll get to him later. Tyus Jones could also see 30 minutes, but I don't love him as much as I do Rose, who will get time at both the 1 and 2.
D- Rose
You have to love Derrick Rose tonight. At $5,500, he's been hitting value on a nightly basis while the entire lineup is healthy. We now have Jeff Teague and Jimmy Butler out. The gives Rose a safe 35 minutes and 28+ fantasy points. The Jazz are known to be a slow team, but that isn't so much the case this season. This game has posted a 221 over/under and Vegas thinks it stays close. Rose is going to have the ball in his hands a ton and his price is just too good to pass up. I also don't think we see him over 30% owned, which is rare for a guy I'm this confident in.

Okobo is bare minimum on FanDuel, so you're losing absolutely nothing over there. He is going to play 28+ minutes tonight and the Spurs are not good against point guards. Okobo is actually a really good player and is not a guy I'm scared of targeting. I like him just as much on DraftKings, as I'm far from relying on him having a bad game. With both Booker and Canaan out, he has no option but to be on the floor and he's shown the ability to produce when there.
