Where do we begin? With Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green all out, the Warriors are wide open tonight. The same can be said for the Celtics with Kyrie, Horford, and Jaylen Brown. While we have just 4 games on this slate, there is plenty of news to look at. Let's jump in!

What We Know

Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson are out against the Lakers

It looks like two teams have decided to a day off tonight. As for the Warriors, the only remaining member of the big 4 is Kevin Durant. He's obviously in play and one of the top plays on the entire slate. At guard, the optimizer has Livingston at 25, Cook at 30, and Young at 28. Give or take 4-5 on each of those guys, but they don't have any other option but to play big minutes. At forward, Iguodala and Casspi are projected to see over 30 minutes and Looney + Bell are each projected in the low/mid-20's. Personally, I'll have Durant in every lineup and 1 or 2 value guys from this squad. Casspi is my favorite with Bell and Cook following. You can't be faulted for playing any of these guys if you think the script leans their way.

Kyrie Irving, Al Horford, Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, and Daniel Theis are all out against the Wizards

Lots to look at here. At guard, Larkin, Rozier, and Nader are the only guys there. Nader is only expected to see 15-20 minutes, so I'm fine ignoring him with Nick Young available. Instead, Larkin and Rozier are two of the best plays on the team. Rozier has been stretched close to 40 minutes plenty and I don't see why he wouldn't be tonight. as well Marcus Morris and Jayson Tatum are both locked into 30+ minutes and are some more of my favorite plays on this tiny slate. At center, Aron Baynes and Greg Monroe will split minutes. Monroe is more effective per minute, but I have a sneaky suspicion that Banes sees more. Personally, I'm all over Rozier and Tatum. I think they step up without Kyrie and are the two drivers of this offense. Shane Larkin and Marcus Morris are concrete studs as well in cash games.

What We're Waiting to Know

Kyle Kuzma is questionable to play against the Warriors with a sprained ankle

Kuzma rolled his ankle last night, but ended up coming back in. He played well and it's likely up in the air at this point. If he ends up missing, Julius Randle is locked into 34+ minutes. Lopez and Wear would also be stretched out, along with KCP. If Kuzma plays, he should see solid minutes and is always in play for tournaments. Especially against the Warriors, who love running the floor. The Lakers run a tight ship either way and any of these guys are in play in a tourney.

Josh Richardson is doubtful to play against the Kings

Richardson has only been playing 20-ish minutes a night, so this doesn't do as much as you may think. It does absolutely solidify the minutes of Winslow and Ellington over 30, however, so you can play either of those guys with a ton of confidence in cash. I prefer going to one of the higher scoring games, but either of these guys can go for 30+.

Every Lineup Guys

Kevin Durant FD - $9800 DK - $11400
Opponent - LAL
Proj Pts FD - 59.8 DK - 60.23

Durant was already a guy we were locking in with just Stephen Curry out. With Klay Thompson and Draymond Green joining him, I don't see how you can get away from Kevin Durant. He's dominated in each of the last three games with just Curry out and is now going to see an even higher usage rate. He was already at 39.9% over the last three games, per NBAWowy, so anything higher is just crazy. The ball will be in his hands every single possession and Vegas has this game at just a 6.5 point spread. You won't find a roster of mine without Kevin Durant.
