What We Know

Lonzo Ball will remain out and Brandon Ingram is expected to return with a minutes limit

We have Jordan Clarkson as the top play on this slate and we're going to get there later. He'll take the majority of minutes for Ball and you can ignore any other backup PG. With Ingram, it's a situation I'll stay away from. If Ingram ends up being out, Josh Hart will see 35+ minutes and is in play in all formats.

Jaylen Brown has been ruled out against the Hornets

Brown plays 30 minutes a game, so this matters. With Ojeleye out as well, we'll see Smart, Rozier, Nader, and, and Bird all get minutes. I don't think anyone turns into a great play, but Smart is probably my favorite. Kyrie Irving and Al Horford may also pick up some shots and are already in play against an average Hornets defense.

What We're Waiting to Know

Victor Oladipo is questionable to play with a sore right knee

Now for the biggest news of the day. Oladipo has a top-20 usage in the NBA and we'll see a lot of shots move around if he's out. The first guy to look at would be Myles Turner. He is the number 2 option on this offense and has a friendly match-up with an immobile Mavs frontcourt. Lance Stephenson, Darren Collison, and Bogdan Bogdanovic will also see 4-5 minutes each and a few shots. The Mavericks are a pretty slow team overall, so I don't think you need to go crazy here. If Oladipo ends up missing, I will have the most exposure to Turner and Stephenson, with closer to 50% on Collison and Bogdanovic.

Every Lineup Guys

Jordan Clarkson FD - $5500 DK - $5600
Opponent - MEM
Proj Pts FD - 30.8 DK - 31.81

With Lonzo Ball out, you can go ahead and pencil in Jordan Clarkson for 35-40 minutes. The match-up with the Grizzlies is always rough on the surface, but it's not nearly as bad as it typically is. With Mike Conley out, it's a lot of Andrew Harrison at the 1. He's a pretty lackluster defender and it's why the Grizz rank 16th against PG's since he went out. The Lakers are favored here by 3 with a 200 total, so it doesn't look like a blowout is in the works. As long as Clarkson doesn't get into foul trouble, he is a lock for 25+ fantasy points with the upside for 40.
