From a stacking perspective, Friday night is a little better than last night as there are nine teams with an implied run total over five. One of those and my favorite team to stack tonight is the Los Angeles Dodgers who will face a left-handed pitcher in back to back to starts. They didn't let us down last night touching Anthony banda up for three earned runs in four innings and proceeded to score five more before the game was over. They rank 4th in wOBA, 3rd in wRC+ and most importantly rank 2nd in Isolated Power vs. southpaws and overall have pushed their way into the top 5 in overall runs scored(583). Tonight they face Clayton Richard who is coming off a six inning shutout of the Pirates but has given up four or more earned runs in six of his last eight starts and sits with an ugly 18.9% HR/FB rate. Load up on Dodgers tonight!
Top Hitters to Stack: Chris Taylor, Justin Turner, Corey Seager, Enrique Hernandez
The Mets exploded for 10 runs last night, getting to Velasquez for three runs and then seven more from the Phillies bullpen. While it can be risky to jump back on a mid-tier offense the next day, there are a ton of reasons that point towards another big offensive output. First of all, they get another plus matchup vs. Nick Pivetta who has been the Phillies worst pitcher in the starting staff when looking at ERA(5.89) and is one of the three starters with a high HR/FB rate(17%). Looking at the splits, Pivetta has also been much worse against right-handed bats with a .412 wOBA against and 44.7% hard contact rate. Even if the Mets don't fully get to Pivetta, they will get another opportunity to hammer on the Phillies bullpen who used four arms last night and already rank in the bottom third when looking at bullpen ERA and xFIP.
Top Hitters to Stack: Neil Walker, Yoenis Cespedes, Curtis Granderson, Michael Conforto

If you peeked at today's matchups last night, you are likely not all surprised to see the Brewers show up in stacks article or optimizer lineups today. I get it. I am frustrated just as much as the next guy about their offense lately. They rank a league worst when looking at most offensive metrics over the last 14 days but that doesn't mean they don't make a great GPP play. They are likely to continue to see a drop in ownership % and we know they have a ton of upsides, at least at the top of their lineup. It also helps that they face one of the slate's worst pitchers in Homer Bailey who has given up five or more earned runs in five of his nine starts so far this season. They have to turn it around eventually, don't they?
Top Hitters to Stack: Eric Thames, Domingo Santana, Ryan Braun, Travis Shaw
