What We Know

Paul Millsap and Kent Bazemore will remain out tonight sgainst the Bucks

This comes as no surprise, as the Hawks have given us a warning that they are being very careful with these 2. They are both extremely pivotal to the team and aren' really needed right now. They will be full go's once the playoffs hit and be playing close to 40 minutes a night in and night out. For now, Taurean Prince, Thabo Sefolosha, and Ersan Ilyasova will benefit. Prince and Ilyasova are out favorite and come in as fantastic plays in both formats. The Bucks are a very average defense and struggle against athletic perimeter players.

What we're waiting to know

John Wall is a GTD against the Nets with a migraine

This is the biggest piece of news on the day and one that will dictate a lot on this slate. If Wall plays, I don't have much interest in this Wizards offense. They will destroy the Nets and I'm worried about guys not seeing regular minutes. If Wall sits, it's a completely different story. Brad Beal becomes a fantastic option in all formats and Otto Porter also gets a bump. Remember, the Wizards picked up Brandon Jennings. He's a pretty good backup and I could see him having a productive game if given the minutes.

T.J. Warren is officially questionable, but not expected to play

I doubt Warren is hurt to any significant degree. The Suns have made it quite clear by sitting Bledsoe, Knight, and Chandler for the season that they don't want to win. Warren certainly gives them a better chance of winning and they don't mind holding him out with a couple bruises. I doubt they force him against the Celtics, who will likely blow out the Suns anyway. If Warren does play, he's pretty interesting against the Celtics. If Warren misses, I will just stick with Ulis and Booker. Derrick Jones got the start last game and didn't do anything at all.

Jahlil Okafor is doubtful to play with knee soreness

I definitely expect Okafor to sit after seeing the comment made by Brett Brown this morning. Richaun Holmes jumps right back into the limelight as a guy you definitely want exposure to. he saw over 40 minutes and 50 fantasy points the last time Okafor was out, so the upside is definitely there. Holmes is a fantastic rebounder and makes a lot of sense against the Bulls, who lack interior strength. Holmes is a safe cash game option with a ton of tourney upside.

The "Every Lineup" Guys

Tyler Ulis

It's a lot of fun playing a guy who is on the court for nearly the entire game. Especially when that game has a 219 over/under and that player is a point guard. Ulis has seen 40 minutes in 5 straight, which does seem excessive. I guess the Suns want to ruin their young guy so Eric Bledsoe can be the man again after Ulis tears every ligament in his legs. Either way, you have to keep playing him if he's gonna face off with Isaiah Thomas for 35 minutes and Smart for 10. Both of these teams play fast and offer up a ton of peripherals, which Ulis is great at for a small guard. Ulis is an elite play in all formats and I'm not really worried about him seeing a dip in minutes all of a sudden. T.J. Warren is also questionable, which could add 2 or 3 shots the bottom line.

Taurean Prince

Prince may not be the flashiest of guys to roster, but he sure gets it done. Outside of one big stinker, he has been over 18 fantasy points in 7 of the last 8, with 5 over 20. That's all you need at this price and the upside for more is obviously there. prince is going to hit 30 or 35 one of these days and be a must-own in tourneys. A match-up with the Bucks is a good one for that happen, as they definitely struggle against perimeter players who can get to the paint. Prince will come off the bench and provide a spark to a team that really needs it with Millsap out.
