Daily Fantasy NBA News and Injury Updates for FanDuel and DraftKings - 2/3/17

Welcome to the daily updates and injury news article. We'll try and update it right up to line-up locks with as much information as comes across our desks. Let's get to it!

Last night's picks can be found here, so you can wrap your mind around what you need to be looking at before lineups lock tonight.

By the way - we keep our projection system updated with all of the changes as they occur throughout the day right up until lineup lock. Every day. If you want access to that system so you can cut out a lot of the research element, click the button below!

What We Know

Danilo Gallinari is out vs the Bucks

Gallinari sees to battle a different injur every game, and it's his groin giving him troubles this time. Wilson Chandler will get the start, and he is an interesting option for tournaments. he loves to shoot, and should have the green light with Gallo out. Barton and Gary Harirs could also see some more minutes, and both of those guys are viable.

What We're Waiting to Know

Demar Derozan is questionable to play vs the Raptors

Derozan looks to be truly 50/50 tonight, though we do know exactly how to handle it either way. If Derozan sits, Lowry and Powell are both elite plays. If Derozan plays, everyone is a tournament option against the Magic.

Julius Randle is questionable with an illness

Randle has been quite annoying lately, as he has forced us to watch news up until slate, waiting to find out whether we should play Zubac or not. At this point, i think the minutes are there no matter what. Zubac has done more than enough to prove his offensive ability, and I just don't see any chance the Lakers bench him for a full game. He should be a lock for 15 minutes each game. There is just no reason for Timofey Mozgov to play and the young guy to sit.

The "Every Lineup" Guys

Giannis Antetokounmpo

ABC has been struggling a lot lately, and think this is a fantastic spot for him to turn it around. The Nuggets are a team that has a lot of weak spots, and most fit with the game Antetokounmpo brings. The Nuggets have ranked dead last in terms of rebounds allowed to guards, and 3rd in assists. While Antetokounmpo really isn't a prototypical guard per say, he has the ball in his hands a lot and controls the offense. I would expect Wilson handler to cover him, and he will not have much of a chance. Antetokounmpo has as much upside as anyone, and the floor is there as well. You can play him across the board in both cash and tournaments.

Jeff Teague

Doug put it best in the picks article. The Nets. It truly is all that needs to be said. Due to the increased pace, Teague will see a bump in projections across the board. He is arguably the leader of the team, though I would side with PG13 there. Teague is going to see the defense of Dinwiddie and Whitehead, who will both have a lot of trouble. Teague has seen his peripherals go up this year as well, which is huge for the upside. Teague plays a consistent amount of minutes, and I would expect him to have a very solid night here. You can play Teague in all formats, and he will be a lock in my cash games.
