Welcome to the daily updates and injury news article. We'll try and update it right up to line-up locks with as much information as comes across our desks. Let's get to it!
Last night's picks can be found here, so you can wrap your mind around what you need to be looking at before lineups lock tonight.
By the way - we keep our projection system updated with all of the changes as they occur throughout the day right up until lineup lock. Every day. If you want access to that system so you can cut out a lot of the research element, click the button below!
Derozan said he would sit out this game, and he confirmed it against last night. Norman Powell got the start, and he produced. I like him again tonight, and will have exposure in cash games and tournaments. Terrence Ross could also see some minutes, and he has a ton of tournaments upside.
Embiid & Okafor both sat yesterday, and Nerlens Noel certainly took advantage. He played 29 minutes, and came through with 45 fantasy points. 29 minutes should be his floor tonight, and I could see him grabbing 35. Ersan Ilyasova will also see a usage bump, and he is a great play across the board.
Tyreke is still only playing about 20 minutes, so his absence wouldn't do too much for me. I will likely be fading Evans either way, and anyone who would potentially replace him. Anthony Davis is the only guy I have interest here tonight.
Zeller was one of the cheaper guys I liked at center coming into the day, but this news certainly dampens him. If one of these guys misses and one plays, I like the one that plays. If they both miss, you have to look at Spencer Hawes. He would be forced to play 28 minutes, and is always a great FP per minute guy.
We talked about both of these guys in the main picks article, and they remain some of my favorite plays. Dragic is being touted a lot today around the industry, but rightfully so. The Nets play extremely fast, and are atrocious against point guards. Dragic can easily take over a game, and his upside is crazy if the shot is falling. His price is fair, and I don't think the ownership will be too crazy with all of the different ways to go at PG. He is my top PG in both cash games and tournaments.
Noel is likely to be my highest owned player of the night, coming in at 100%. He is a virtual lock for value, needing just 23 in cash games. He hit 45 fantasy points in just 29 minutes last night, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar performance tonight. The Bucks are pretty weak down low, offering up the likes of Greg Monroe and Miles Plumlee. He will be able to score and rebound on everyone, which puts his floor above his 5x value. He is a must for me in both cash games and tournaments.

As a Sixers fan, I should have known Noel was going to deliver a huge dud. He's not that good. Definitely, the price was great, but I not surprised.
He hit nearly 9x on Draftkings, not sure what site you are on.
It was looking bad for a while. I have a solid chance to cash in both my line ups...Despite it being a ridiculously high scoring night.
