What We Know

Julius Randle has been ruled out against the Pacers

With Nance already out for a while, there are definitely some extra minutes up for grabs. I expect most of them to go to Thomas Robinson, and I will have a lot of him. A couple may also go to Black and Deng, and they could be interesting plays in tournaments. Brandon Ingram could also pick up some minutes, but I would restrict him to tournaments.

Monta Ellis will remain out against the Celtics

Ellis has been out for awhile, so we know what happens without him. Teague has been playing extremely well, and I think he will continue to do so. All of the other role players will also pick up a few minutes, but are not worth a look tonight.

Wayne Ellington has been ruled out against the Lakers

This doesn't do too much for us. He has only been getting around 23 minutes, and those should be spread out. I would look for Dragic and Tyler Johnson to pick up the majority of minutes and usage. They are both good plays, but mostly because they are facing the Lakers.

Larry Nance Jr. has been ruled out indefinitely

Nance is a big young guy for the Lakers, and Nance was pretty fun to watch. he has averaged about 22 minutes over his last 10, and those minutes are very valuable. I think Randle and Black pick up the most, but Randle is the only guy I am interested in. The Heat are a good defense, but can struggle against good power forwards.

Manu Ginobili will be held out for the next 2 games

Ginobili still plays about 20 minutes per game for the Spurs, but I really don't think we know where most of the minutes will go. Sure, we could guess Patty Mills and Danny Green, but we are talking about Pop. He could throw any of these guys out for extended minutes and it won't be surprising in the least.

The "Every Lineup" Guys

Goran Dragic

Dragic has been one of the more consistent point guards recently, and should have no problem keeping that up against the lowly Lakers defense. He will get at least 33 minutes, and has been shooting plenty recently. He will be guarded by Jordan Clarkson and Lou Williams for most of the game, and he will have a big advantage over them both. The combo of Whiteside and Dragic should be a fun one tonight. You can target him across the board.

Thaddeus Young

Thad Young is just too cheap. He is still the same guy he has always been, and at this price, you have to look at him. He is taking on the Celtics, who have given up the 7th most fantasy points to power forwards this season. He will also help you pay up at other spots, which is crazy considering he also has an upside around 50.
