Impressive Performances

Ezekiel Elliot - 209 yards, 3 TD

Ezekiel Elliot had one of the best games that we have seen in a very long time. When you combine the stats and the situations in which he accumulated them, it is hard to deny. He scored 2 TD's on the run, and the 3rd through the air on a 83 yard screen in the 1st quarter. Elliot is going to continue the domination and I don't expect him to top anytime soon. This offensive line is miraculous and he knows how to take advantage of it. He will consistently be a top play, no matter the opponent.

Stefon Diggs - 13 catches, 164 yards

Diggs has had the targets all year, but went through a bit of turbulence. He looks to have regained his footing and is off to a great finish to the season. He has 13 catches in 2 consecutive games, but has not found the end zone. i expect some TD regression and wouldn't be surprised to see him find it a few times more. With all of that being said, this upcoming week may not be the time to play him. The Vikings will face off with the Cardinals, which means Diggs will line up with Patrick Peterson. That is something you never want.

Ryan Matthews - 139 yards, 2 TD

Ryan Matthews has been extremely frustrating for me this year. He has been very productive, but the opportunity cannot be projected. there is no rhyme or reason behind this backfield and it seems to be completely random on who gets the touches on a week to week basis. For this reason, I have been unable to pull the trigger in my cash games, but have got a little bit of exposure in tournaments. Looking forward, I would expect more of the same. Do not be surprised if Sproles gets 80% of the looks next week and Matthews barely sees the field. For that reason, he remains a strict GPP-only play for me.

Ben Roethlisberger - 408 yards, 3 TD

Roethlisberger has been riddled with injuries all season, but is still the same steady machine that he always has been. He looked great against the Cowboys, though there were definitely a few plays where he looked a bit hindered. The Steelers have a pretty favorable schedule, so I would not fray from him going forward. he has a full arsenal of weapons with Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell back to full health. The Steelers are a great team at the end of the year and Roethlisberger is as consistent as they come.

Notable performances - Dak Prescott, DeMarco Murray, Antonio Brown, Aaron Rodgers, Delanie Walker, Davante Adams, Tyrell Williams

Under-achievers

Devonta Freeman - 81 yards

Alshon Jeffery - 4 catches, 47 yards

Jordan Howard - 100 yards, fumble

Mike Evans - 4 catches, 66 yards

Injuries

Brandon Mebane is out for the season, which likely means the Chargers run defense will become even worse than it already was.

Xavier Rhodes sustained a concussion, and is questionable for next week. If he misses the game, Larry Fitzgerald receives a huge bump.

Kyle Long is out for the season, and he was a huge part of that offensive line. We could see some struggles on the ground if they can't find a decent replacement.

Looking Forward to week 10
