The Rangers and King Henrik have, by far, the best situation on Tuesday night. They open as huge -310 home favorites against a Canucks team that has lost nine straight games and hold the leagues worst goal differential(-16). Lundy has been his usual self lately winning three straight pushing his record to 7-3 on the season. He doesn't really have a high floor as he is only facing around 26 shots a game but has, by far, the best win potential of any goalie making him a chalky play on a busy night.
***Update - Antti Raanta is starting for the Rangers and makes a nice value play***

If you are looking to go off the board a little bit for GPP formats take a shot with Pickard and the Avalanche. They sit as -180 home favorites against the worst team in the league, the Arizona Coyotes. The Avs haven't been much better early on with just 10 points and a -11 goal differential but remain undefeated when Pickard starts between the pipes. He is 3-0 with a very impressive .946 save % and comes with a high floor as he is facing 30+ shots a game.
Also Consider: Crag Anderson (OTT)

In a matchup between two superstars you can bank on both of them being chalky tonight but avoiding them could be a mistake. I side with Crosby tonight as the Pens are at home and he has been on a tear since joining the team after a pre season injury. He has recorded eight goals in his first six games and looks as dominant as ever. Even if he is high owned the floor is very high as he is averaging over 18 shot attempts per 60. He is safe in all formats.

If you are looking to get away from the chalk in tournaments Seguin is a perfect pivot play. The Stars as whole have struggled scoring just over 2.5 goals per game but Seguin continues to provide elite fantasy value. He is averaging over a point per game early in the year and provides safety with 50 shots on goal through 12 games. He and linemate Jamie Benn are one of the top duo's in the league and help elevate each others game on a nightly basis. They also get a good matchup on Tuesday facing a Jets team ranked 24th in defense, allowing 3.2 goals per game.
Stack with: Patrick Eaves, Jamie Benn

Running a mid tier price, Jeff Skinner has been one of the best fantasy values early in the season. He has contributed elite production for a below average team recording 12 points through the Canes first 10 games. He is one of the top cash games options on a nightly basis as he provides a very high floor with nearly four shots on net per game and has an elite shot attempts per 60 rate(24.0). The matchup vs. the Devils isn't the best but the price, projected ownership and production keep Skinner in the discussion as a top play tonight.
Stack with: Lee Stempniak, Victor Rask

Outside of King Henrik and Crosby I am all about the low ownership possibilities tonight. The combination of so many superstars in action in some favorable situations opens up some big time opportunities to go contrarian in large field tournaments tonight. The Avs offense has really struggled early in the year ranking 29th(2.0 goals per game) but get an elite shot to get on track tonight. They face the leagues worst defensive team in the Coyotes who are currently surrendering over 3.8 goals per game. Landeskog is a very talented player playing top six minutes and also gets heavy usage on the powerplay. There is definitely risk involved but the payoffs are very much worth it should the Avs find their offene.
Stack with: Carl Soderberg, Jarome Iginla
Also Consider: Dylan Larkin (DET)

Of the two elite players on the point tonight I side with Karlsson who gets a much better matchup. While Burns gets a tough matchup vs. the Caps, Karlsson faces a struggling Predators team that has lost two straight and rank 22nd in defense, allowing 3.0 goals per game. Karlsson is an elite player who has seen his price separate from Burns creating some extra value. They both have similar offensive upside and the shot blocking is on the same level as well. The only difference so far is the shot totals that Burns has put up. I fully expect Karlsson to regress back to last year's Corsi levels as he is currently taking about three less shot attempts per 60 minutes. I am not one to pay up for D men in cash games but love paying up for at least one in GPP as it is a way to go a bit contrarian with your lineup.

Even without penalty minutes as a fantasy stat this year, Radko Gudas has provided excellent value. He isn't going to frequent the scoring sheet with points but has provided a very high floor with an insane amount of blocked shots. He has picked up 15 blocks over the last three games and has at least 3.5 DK/12 FD points in each of his last five games.
Also Consider: Alec Martinez (LAK)
