It's probably not totally correct to put Hilton in the "Value Play" article. He should have been in the main picks piece, but with the news that Donte Moncrief will be out for awhile TY gets a boost in his already impressive number of targets. Through two weeks he ranks second in the league in looks with 23 but has only converted 10 of them. He's never been particularly efficient in this regard, but this number is low even for him. Hilton converts 57% of his targets so we could see some regression. Expect him to see even more of the load with Moncrief down and he could be in line for a huge game.
Meanwhile, Phillip Dorsett should slide into the WR2 spot and could see in the 7-8 range of looks. That's a fine expectation considering his prices, especially on DraftKings. I don't see him as a cash game play because after Hilton, Luck is content spreading the ball far and wide in the passing game. But I like Dorsett as a tournament play.

I made brief mention of these guys in the main picks article and I'm going to group all three together again here. They are ranked 2,2,5 in targets this season with (23,23,22 respectively). It's tough to distinguish between the three considering they are all basically the same prices and are in advantageous situations. I'd rank them in the order I have them here if I had to with Landry drawing a matchup against the Browns who've been below average against the pass in this short season though the Jets haven't been much to write home about either. I think the Dolphins end up passing a bit more than the Chiefs and Landry appears a solid favorite to reach his target expectation. It's easy to see swapping all three of these guys into lineups equally because they have high floors considering the opportunity.

Oof. Well, in the old, "Someone has to get the ball" category Pryor rises to the top of the Cleveland Browns toilet bowl. He's gotten looks and it's a shame the QB situation is such a disaster. It stands to reason the Browns will have to throw quite a bit in this one just because they'll be losing and Pryor's one of the last men standing around there. I don't mind him as a cheaper flyer.
