Quartback
Matt Nichols Winnipeg 6800
Say what? 6800? This is crazy for a starting QB who doesn't turn the ball over, and who's about as steady as a rock. His price went down $200 this week which baffles me. I didn't play him last week but I should have, as I recommended Collaros and I went all in. The result? Not good. He had his first stinker of the year. Nichols scored 24 dk points, Collaros 17. I'm not making that mistake this week in cash games and you shouldn't either. Toronto's D is around the league average but they have been getting worse as the season progresses. The Argos have allowed an average of 27.8 points in their last 2 games and their secondary has looked like it has more holes than the last boat I owned. I got very wet. Are you kidding me? There are 7 backup QB's priced higher than Nichols this week. His upside is always limited because he is a game manager but fire him up in cash games and surround him with pretty much whoever you want. Your welcome.
Mike Reilly Edmonton 11,000
Okay Let's get this straight. If salaries weren't involved then Reilly would be my favourite QB in all formats. By a long ways. As I'm writing this I am still waiting on a few major injury updates that will affect our lineup decisions in a major way. If salary will allow us to fit Reilly comfortably into our lineups than we shall not think twice about using him. First of all the Eskimos play Saskatchewan this week who are by far the worst team in the CFL. The Riders allow a league worst 33 points per game and are at the bottom of the league in almost every defensive category possible. Ouch!! Reilly has averaged 31 dk points in his last 4 games. Last week he scored 40 dk points, while he threw for 432 yards and 2 TD's. This is the part I love. Edmonton is favoured to win by only 5.5 points this week with a total of 55. The Riders have a decent pass offence to keep it fairly close here. With the Eskimos' being weak on Defence, I'd say if you can fit him into your lineups then play him in every single format you can.

Wide Receiver
Adarius Bowman Edmoton 10,400
Derel Walker Edmonton 10,300
Hey guess what? It is pick on Saskatchewan week again. That is no surprise. Like I said earlier the lowly Rough-Riders allow a league worst 33 points per game which is awful. They are also last in yards per play allowed, yards per pass and 2nd worst in total yards allowed with 412 per game. That's pretty bad I'm thinking. Let's start with Adarius Bowman. He leads the entire CFL with an awesome average of 103 receiving yards per game, and has hauled in 80 of 112 targets for a reception % of 71.4, and he has a total of 6 TD's. His teammate Derel Walker is a very close 2nd with an average of 102 receiving yards per game, while catching 73 of 102 targets for a reception % of 72 and 7 TD's. I like both of these stud receivers a lot this week. Bowman offers more safety for cash games and Walker has the massive upside needed for tourneys. I am not entering a single lineup without one of these guys in it. Moving on.
Weston Dressler Winnipeg 8,000
I faded Weston last week and that was a very costly mistake. I did not have a good week, but I'm not going to make that mistake again this week. We shouldn't pick on the Argos D too often but Dressler is pretty much matchup proof at this point, and like I said before, the Argos have been very leaky lately. I really need a new boat by the way. Teams cannot double team him because the Blue and Gold have other healthy talented receivers around him now. Dressler has been 100% healthy for the last 2 games and last week he caught 7 of 135 passes. That is now 14 catches in 2 games. Because of Winnpeg's balanced offensive attack, his upside is fairly limited but his floor is one of the highest in the league, and therefore he is a must play in every one of our cash game lineups this week. Trust me. Do not fade him like I did last week. Not a warm feeling that was.
Ricky Collins Saskatchewan 4,000
Finally the Riders have announced that their #1 WR Roosevelt will not play this week. This will allow us to fit Reilly in at QB (if you want to get away from Nicholls for some reason,) and a couple high end WR's like I just mentioned. At $4,000 Collins is a no-brainer this week. Caleb Holley has moved way up to $5900 on dk which is too high in my opinion, and the Eskimos are going to do whatever it takes to shut him down this week. This will leave Collins wide open all day. Durant and him have shown some success together this year and without Roosevelt this week, he could have a monster game, but also has a high floor because DD has to throw to someone. The Eskimos are almost as bad on Defence as the Riders are, and this should be a high scoring affair. On the season Collins has caught 31 of 46 balls thrown his way for 513 yards and a touchdown, which isn't too shabby considering he has been the 3rd or 4th option in the passing game all year. This week shall be much different folks. This is another must play for me in every lineup and in every format this week.
Davaris Daniels Calgary 5600
Bakari Grant Calgary 6500
Like I have said in previous articles of mine, Calgary is a tough team to deploy players in DFS because of their annoying habit of spreading the ball around from week to week. But these two dudes are dangerous and can get by their defender at any moment. I got burned by them in cash games last week and when it comes to Daniels I am not making that mistake again this week. The rookie has only played in 4 games this year and he has caught 19 of 25 passes for 344 yards and 3 TD's, with 2 of them coming last week. That is pretty darned good I'd say. The Stampeders have openly stated that he will be a large part of their offence moving forward. Calgary has arguably the best offence in the league and Daniels will be very highly owned. As for Grant, he has scored 21 and 24 dk points in his last 2 games, and had a TD in each of those games. He is one of those high upside very low floor kind of guys because of his tendencies to vanish at any time, and for that reason he is a great tournament play this week. We would be dumb to not plug at least one Stampeder into our lineups every week and this week is no exception.

Running Back
Shakir Bell Edmonton 6,000
At the present time #1 RB John White is very doubtful to suit up this week, as he hasn't practiced at all due to a lower body injury. If that is the case then Bell will easily be my #1 choice at RB. He has only started one game, but the one he did play in, he torched this very same Rough-Rider team for 170 all purpose yards and a TD which was good for a whopping 30 dk points. Have I ever mentioned that Saskatchewan is bad at football this year? Maybe once yes, I knew it. Start him everywhere.
Brandon Whitaker Toronto 6700
This guy is my go to guy incase White somehow plays and makes Bell useless this week which I really hope doesn't happen. Whitaker rushed for 2 TD's last week and has 6 total TD's so far to go along with 592 rushing yards and 339 receiving yards. Sounds like a perfect cash game play to me if Bell doesn't play. Because of his work in the passing game and his recent momentum, he also has enough upside for your tourney lineups.

Defence/ST
Oh boy this is tough this week. If you have the salary available then I would go with Winnipeg for $5800. The Argos are without their #1 QB Ricky Ray again, and the Bombers lead the league with an amazing 3.1 defensive turnovers per game. If you can't afford the Blue Bombers, then I guess the Stampeders vs Ottawa at $4600 looks like the next best choice to me. Remember that more points are scored in the CFL in general, so when choosing a defence, look for teams that pick up a lot of sacks and interceptions etc... Don't worry so much about the amount of points they allow per game.
Good luck everyone and please feel free to leave a comment or two below. I'd like to hear your feedback.

Ah man. Ricky Collins is hurt. Gotta look at Saskatchewan’s depth chart to see who is taking his spot. Rob Bagg should be a good play at 3800 and i guess Holley at 5900 is gonna see a ton of targets
Demski 3300 is starting for sask, could be a good play.
