Max Scherzer is going to lead us off here at pitcher as he usually does. Scherzer consistently dominated and produces day in and day out. He will take on a Phillies team tonight that has been absolutely horrible against righties on the season. In nearly 400 at-bats, the Phillies have held a putrid wOBA of .395. Scherzer on the other hand, has destroyed both lefties and righties from the mound and his numbers suggest that he will keep doing so. With the match up considered, Max Scherzer has to be your top guy on this slate. While he is going to cost you an arm and leg, it just might be worth. If you are looking to pay down a bit, let's look at Jon Gray.
Opponent - SD (Friedrich) Park - @SD
FD - 34.34 DK - 22.83
Jon Gray is a pretty good pitcher, but gets picked on a ton because he is usually playing in Coors Field. He has quite the different problem tonight as Petco Park is one of the best parks in the league for pitching. The Padres are the only team worse than the Phillies against righties, with a .290 wOBA. Gray has sported a .304 wOBA against both sides of the plate and it appears to be the real deal. Gray has strikeout upside tonight to go along with a pretty safe floor against the Padres. While pretty expensive on DK, he is very fairly priced on FanDuel and I love him in all formats there.

There are going to be a ton of Blue Jays mentioned here and they are our top offense on the early slate. According to Vegas, the Blue Jays are projected to score the most runs out of anybody and I expect them to do so against Eduardo Rodriguez. Rodriguez, a lefty, is going to have troubles against the Blue Jays, who have a top 3 lineup against left handed pitching. While Martin is a little bit expensive, I think the price is fair enough to play him in all spots. Martin has been good against left handed pitching since 2014 with a .341 wOBA. Martin is my favorite cash games and tournament option on the early slate.
Opponent - MIA (Koehler) Park - @MIA
FD - 9.29 DK - 7.04
The catcher position is a very rough one on the late slate, and you know that already because Yasmani Grandal is the recommended option. The Dodgers will be taking on Tom Koehler, a right handed below average pitcher that has been knocked around by left handers. So far in 2016, Koehler has given up a .322 wOBA, but has also given up a ton of extra base hits. Grandal has been pretty good against righties since 2014, and while he is extremely difficult to trust, I am being forced to tonight as the position is just far from optimal. While he is kind of hefty on DK, he is definitely fairly priced over on FanDuel.
Opponent - OAK (Graveman) Park - @OAK
FD - 10.01 DK - 7.72
On the early slate, you could definitely play Encarnacion here, but let's throw in a guy or two from some other teams. Lind and the Mariners will be taking on Kendall Graveman, who has been very lackluster since entering the majors. Against left handers, Graveman has given up a .329 wOBA that is backed up by plenty of peripherals and batted ball rates. Lind on the other hand, is a well known right handed specialist and will look to take advantage of that here. While the Oakland Coliseum is definitely tough, Lind has proven his ability to hit home runs in pitcher ballparks, so I am not too worries here.

Adams and Moss are a duo that I find myself looking at a ton, as they hit righties well, but are both completely different hitters. Moss is swinging for the fences on every pitch, compares to Adam who is more methodical and looking to get on base. Because of the, I like Moss in tournaments and Adams in cash games, though I could see the merit of using both of these guys across the board. Chase Anderson is an extremely lackluster pitcher and is not someone that scares me away to any extent. Both Moss and Adams have sported wOBA's over .350 over the least 2 seasons and there is no reason to believe anything different is going to happen here.
Opponent - ARI (Bradley) Park - @ARI
FD - 9.24 DK - 7.42
While I don;t love the Giants as a whole tonight, I definitely am a fan of tossing a few 1 or 2 offs into some tourney rosters. Panik, however, is a guy I think you can consider for cash games. He is as consistent as they come and will be taking on a pitcher that struggles big time against left handers. Over the past 3 seasons, Panik and Bradley have combined for a .346 wOBA and a 4.96 xFIP. The game will be taking place in Chase Field, which is the 2nd best hitting ballpark in the league after Coors Field. All in all, Panik is a fantastic play in all formats, but I prefer him in cash games opposed to tournaments.
Opponent - MIA (Koehler) Park - @MIA
FD - 10.01 DK - 7.86
Chase Utley is going to be our other favorite Dodger here, as he is extremely consistent and seems to hit righties extremely well almost every season. Utley has mashed right handed pitching for about 10 years now and while the power has obviously dipped, he is still holding some very solid numbers against right handers. Like I mentioned, Tom Koehler is a below average pitcher and I am 1--% comfortable picking on him with some good left handed bats. While I definitely prefer Panik, Utley makes for an interesting option tonight.
Opponent - BOS (Rodriguez) Park - @TOR
FD - 10.75 DK - 8.19
Tulowitzki sparked this team a ton when he came back from injury and started slamming the ball around the field. He will look to continue his hot streak here against the Boston Red Sox and Eduardo Rodriguez. Tulowitzki has destroyed left handed pitching over the last 5 seasons with a.384 wOBA that is backed up by plenty of peripherals and batted ball rates. Eduardo Rodriguez is far from a good pitcher, and we should look to pick on him with this elusive powerful offense. On both sites this is really a no-brainer. He is a solid play across the board and I am a fan of him in all formats.
Opponent - MIL (Anderson) Park - @STL
FD - 10.06 DK - 7.77
This is my underrated home run pick of the night. Jhonny Peralta is a guy that hits right handed pitching better than he does left, and Chase Anderson is atrocious against right handers. He gives up t on of home runs and his wOBA doesn't loo too good because of the struggles. Peralta on the other hand, has hit righties pretty well since 2014 with a .337 wOBA that is backed up by and imaginable peripheral or batted ball rate. While Busch Stadium isn't necessarily optimal, Peralta has shown his ability to hit the ball over the fence there, so no worries from me.
Opponent - BOS (Rodriguez) Park - @TOR
FD - 13.77 DK - 10.46
Josh Donaldson, the southpaw destroyed. Along with Stanton, Donaldson is among the best hitters in the league against left handers. Since 2014, Donaldson has sported a ridiculous .402 wOBA that is backed up by any imaginable stat you can think of. Rodriguez on the other hand, has struggled with the long ball against righties, which is dangerous when taking on the Blue Jays. To go along with the phenomenal wOBA, Donaldson has also sported a 44% hard contact rate and a fantastic 24% line drive rate. This is the one guy that I would force into my lineups in the early slate, as the spot he is in is just too good.
Opponent - MIL (Anderson) Park - @STL
FD - 11.12 DK - 8.44
Sure, Jedd Gyorko definitely left handed pitching better. However, Anderson is worse against righties and Gyorko is no deadbeat against right handed pitching. Since 2015, he has exhibited a .321 wOBA against righties and while that isn't elite, it shows that he has no problem with righties at the major league level, let alone Chase Anderson. Anderson is going to struggle a bunch tonight and I want to be on the bats when it happens. While another guy might move up in the order somewhere else, Gyorko is my guy to play tonight as of now.
Opponent - BOS (Rodriguez) Park - @TOR
FD - 13.71 DK - 10.34
Jose Bautista, the last of our slew of Toronto Blue Jays. the Jays are in such a good spot today, and compared to the rest of the slate, you have to get some action here. Bautista has destroyed left handed pitching for about 5 years now and this season has been absolutely no different. Bautista has returned from injury and it looks like he is good to go an he has been slashing the ball around recently. The game will be played in the Rogers Centre, which is one of the better parks in the league for right handed left handed power. Bautista is a guy to look at in both tournament and cash games. though I prefer him on DK as his price is much nicer.
Opponent - HOU (McHugh) Park - @HOU
FD - 9.2 DK - 6.93
While this is the first Chicago Cub mentioned, they make for a fantastic stack, of course. The entire lineup is just stacked with production and Soler always has the prime chance to get involved in the fun. McHugh is a very average right hander that has troubles with the long ball and keeping the ball in play against right handers. With the short porch in left field, I could see Soler easily getting a hold of one and knocking it into the Crawford boxes. While he is expensive on DK, he is just $2300 on FanDuel, which makes him almost a must play. Do not overthink this on FanDuel. Play him.
Opponent - PHI (Eickhoff) Park - @WSH

Bryce Harper seems to make the picks article every night, I know. But the Nationals are consistently in good spots and he will start producing like normal very soon. Today they will be taking on Jerad Eickhoff, a right handed youngster that has given up a .343 wOBA to left handed hitters. Harper is obviously one of the best bats in the league against right handers and he has held a nearly .400 wOBA over the last couple of seasons. While the $4800 on DK is pretty fair, the $3700 on FanDuel is just too good to pass up.
Opponent - BAL (Jimenez) Park - @DET
FD - 10.87 DK - 9.17
I could of thrown anyone on the Tigers outfield here, but went with Maybin because he is priced well and has the speed/power upside that we don't see with Justin Upton or J.D. Martinez. Ubaldo Jimenez is a guy that I tend to pick on a lot, and it works. He is a bad pitcher at this point and I see no reason to think he will turn it around at this point in his career. Cameron Maybin has hit righties better than lefties over the course of his career, and this year has been no different. While I don't love him in tournaments, Maybin a is a classic cash game play.

Harper Gd for anywhere between 0-5 pts a night so if paying $1000 per pt is your thing u should play him everywhere.
I think every time I do choose to go with Harper he gives me 4 points. I'll pay for Turner before Harper.
Absolutely are these guys on Harper's PRstaff?
