Cole Hamels is another strong play that can be considered in any format tonight. It doesn't come as much of  surprise that he pitches much better away from Arlington but the numbers have been great this season with a 1.97 road ERA while limiting opponents to a low .262 wOBA. He gets an elite matchup tonight in a great pitchers park facing the Rays who rank 20th against left handed pitching with the highest K rate(25.3%) against southpaws of any team in the majors.

Opponent - MIA (Koehler) Park - @PIT
FD - 33.94 DK - 22.29

While  there is better options at his price point on FanDuel, he makes an elite value play on DraftKings in the mid $7K range. It has been an up and down season for Cole in 2016 with a 7-8 record but he comes with a 3.25 ERA and 3.94  xFIP. He has seen a dip in the K's this season with a slightly above average 7.56 K/9 rate but has limited the damage overall with a very low 3.3% HR/FB rate. Before getting roughed up in his last two starts he was very impressive limiting opponents to one run in three straight starts. He gets a great shot to get back on track today as the Pirates enter this crucial game as -160 favorites in one of the days lowest projected totals.

Also Consider - Seth Lugo who will make a spot start for the Mets and comes in with relief pitcher pricing. He doesn't need much to hit value and could be used on DraftKings as a second pitcher option that will only cost you a mid tier hitter salary and give you access to almost any stack you wish tonight.
