Daily Fantasy MLB Weather Report 7/22/16

Some days I look at the weather and say, "Wow, this game will be lucky if they play". Other days I say, "Wow, a really quiet evening out there weatherwise". And then there is tonight, where I am saying, "Wow, this is annoying". There probably will not be a PPD tonight. But could there be? Yes. There are several locations where rain will threaten and could cause delays. Also, lease note the 4 ballparks that I think strongly favor the batter.
