Rain will move into BLT at MIN somewhere around the 3-5 PM EDT. With a 1:10 PM EDT scheduled 1st pitch, they should have enough dry weather to play much (if not all) of the game. EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE OF PPD/ INCREASING IN-GAME DELAY THREAT THE LATER IN THE GAME WE GO
Thunderstorms off to the east and south of Arlington this morning and will form west of the city late this afternoon for CHW at TEX. They should be able to get this game in without a problem. I will keep an eye out on the region but right now it does not seem like a big deal. EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE OF PPD OR ANY TYPE OF DELAY(S)
Much like the game in TEX, AZ at COL should not be a huge concern but I will keep an eye on the region as a few showers are expected to develop nearby during the game. Worst case scenario is an in-game delay. EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE OF PPD OR ANY TYPE OF DELAY(S)
Showers today should of pushed north of DC (north even of Baltimore) by tonight. Warrants watching (especially if the rain is slow pushing north) but the rain is fairly light anyways and I am not overly concerned. EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE OF PPD OR ANY TYPE OF DELAY(S)
The theme of today's games seems to be minor problems that I have even debated mentioning but decided to just to be on the safe side. PHL at ATL will see scattered thunderstorms affect the city. EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE OF PPD OR ANY TYPE OF DELAY(S)
The story mentioned above continues. Weather models that I use show both PIT at CIN and SD at CHC(2nd game) not being affected by thunderstorms until late in or after the game is over. This region will be closely watched since the atmosphere is relatively warm and humid and has the potential of thunderstorms developing earlier than expected. EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE OF PPD OR ANY TYPE OF DELAY(S)
-Temps have warmed to near-summer levels (warm temperatures= low air density) for CHW at TEX but may be counteracted a bit by a moderate wind blowing in from right.
-AZ at COL will see the normal, but huge, advantage of extremely low air density since they are over 5,000 feet above sea level.
-PIT at CIN and SD at CHC (both games) will be played in warm/humid conditions.
-OAK at BOS will continue to see "coolish" temperatures but in reality it could be far worse and it is better than it has been (last night warmed up and we did see alot of runs).

Thank you for this. This is a great addition!
Great stuff, Mark
Great info it's depressing to have a a game called due to weather
you really think that Boston is going to cool off that much and curtail the hitting? Their offense doesn't seem to show any holes right now.
Awesome to see you here!
