Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury News and Updates for FanDuel and DraftKings - 4/13/16

The end of the NBA basketball season! And, like all last days of the NBA season, it should probably just be canceled for all of the horrific squads we're going to see today. But you know what that means - opportunity for the steady of hand and bold at heart. Let's break down what we should be keeping an eye on tonight.

Last night's picks can be found here, so you can wrap your mind around what you need to be looking at before lineups lock tonight.

By the way - we keep our projection system updated with all of the changes as they occur throughout the day right up until lineup lock. Every day. If you want access to that system so you can cut out a lot of the research element, click the button below!

What We Know

A lot of teams are sitting a lot of guys. Here's the ones we have confirmed news on so far:

The Cleveland Cavaliers
They've announced they're going to sit Kyrie, Love, Smith, and LeBron for the concluding game of the season. This almost assuredly means Matthew Dellavedova will be a solid play (he played 31 minutes with Kyrie out last time around, and more than produced on his minimum salary). I'm also very bullish on Channing Frye's chances, assuming he gets the starting gig. I'm a little less excited about Richard Jefferson, who rates to get the lion's share of the hole left by LeBron, but he could still put up big numbers as well. I don't care about Jams Jones.

This is one of those crazy situations like we had in OKC last night - This is basically all of the Cavs' usage and 140 minutes a game to redistribute. Anyone who "knows for sure" how this will go is lying to you, but just know that anyone who plays on the Cavs tonight is likely to be a "value" relative to their price. How much a value? A better value than some others? Also kind of impossible to say, because they'll likely be playing against the Pistons' back-ups as well. The last day of the NBA = the wildest of wild Wests.

The Los Angeles Clippers
They've announced that Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan, JJ Redick, and Jamal Crawford will be sitting. So, yeah. That's a lot of minutes and usage to go around. Cole Aldrich was dominant against the Jazz in this exact situation recently, and Austin Rivers was amazing in his own right on 3/31 when he got all the point guard minutes against the Thunder. Pablo Prigioni played a bunch of minutes and was quite solid against the Jazz, but that was without Austin Rivers. Still, those two could play together for sure tonight. Jeff Green played a lot of minutes against the Jazz, but wasn't anything to write home about. Paul Pierce was pretty good as well.

But really, all you need need are the great plays here. For me, that's Aldrich and Rivers. The rest of the guys should probably be considered tournament only plays - but man, there is a LOT of value here.

The Sacramento Kings
They're sitting everyone... Rondo, Gay, Cousins, Collison, Belinelli, and Casspi. This means Seth Curry, even at inflated prices, is going to get a LOT of ownership tonight. Sneakier plays are Kosta Koufos, who was great in high 30s minutes in their last game, and also Ben Mclemore - who is still minimum priced but easily capable of 10x points per dollar given the lack of other options tonight. Houston will be playing their real players, unfortunately, so this is almost assuredly a blowout... but with no players to play, the Kings don't have much of a choice.

Rudy GobertRudy Gobert didn't travel with the team
This opens up a fairly sizeable hole in the Utah front court, but unfortunately, there might not be a lot we can do with it. Derrick Favors is banged up himself, and there is just so much other value today that I am not sure playing Trey Lyles or Trevor Booker is worth the risk. I'd be fairly excited if I heard Lyles was going to get the start, but only in a "trying to win a big tournament by going off-board" sort of way. It's a great match-up with the Lakers, though, so definitely keep it in mind.

Jeremy LinJeremy Lin should be a good play since Nic Batum will sit again
Lin put up 52 fantasy points against the Celtics, and has another nice match-up with the Magic. Could be another huge night for him, and he has upside that's something separate from the run-of-the-mill punts you'll see everywhere tonight. You pay for him, but like Aldrich, you're paying for a higher quality (assuming he gets the start).

What We're Waiting to Know

Teams to watch tonight:
Any of the following teams could sit basically all of their good players, which would open up spots for their worse players to get more minutes. Let's break them down:

The Spurs
And this one is closer to a certainty than a guess for me, but they have only officially announced that Tony Parker and Kawhi Leonard are sitting as of this writing. This means more minutes for Kyle Anderson (probably irrelevant given other values on the slate) and Patty Mills - who has much greater upside, but tons of downside risk as well. If the Spurs rest EVERYONE then we have a different story - someone is going to have to put shots in the air for them tonight. I'd like David West quite a bit in that circumstance. But since we don't have the news in just yet, I'm reserving judgment for now.

Update: I shouldn't have reserved judgment! The Spurs are predictably sitting everyone. David West is in play for double-ups and big tournaments, and the rest of those guys should be considered speculative tourney plays. Kyle Anderson is a possible exception, as we have a decent baseline for him in situations like these.

Update to the update: David West is now out. All hell is breaking loose, here. There are too many minutes for too few players. Look for big minutes for Boris Diaw, and possible Matt Bonner. Kyle Anderson gets a bump here as well.

The Toronto Raptors
The big candidates to rest here are Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, who both played yesterday (albeit in limited minutes). If they sat, both Cory Joseph and Norman Powell are very interesting options. Likewise, if we get word that Jonas Valanciunas is going to sit, I'd take a very long look at Bismack Biyombo, who put up terrific numbers as a starter earlier this season.

UPDATE: The Raptors have declared Lowry, DeRozan, and Valancunias out for tonight's game against the Nets. All three of their back-ups are in play.

The Detroit Pistons
They've got the 8th seed, and they won't do any better at this point. Reggie Jackson sat Tuesday's game, and Steve Blake was more than serviceable on a minimum salary. If the rest of the starters sit, the guy I'd be most interested in is Stanley Johnson, who performed admirably as a starter in big minutes earlier this season. Keep in mind that his two recent DNPs were of the coach's decision variety, rather than of injury. He's not a safe play, but is very interesting nonetheless.

The Indiana Pacers, and particularly Paul George
Their seeding got solidified on Tuesday, and with nothing to play for, I'd be surprised to see George suit up in this one. If he sits, Solomon Hill could get a big boost. If all the Pacers sit, well, I'll have to cross that bridge when I come to it.

John WallJohn Wall and Bradley Beal will likely sit
We don't "know" know this year, so I'll put it down here for now. But with both Washington studs dealing with nagging injuries, it'd be shocking to me to see them in a meaningless season-ender. I'd declare them out completely, except that this game is in Washington, and the Wiz might want to send them out there for to please the fans. Ramon Sessions is getting expensive, but is still a reasonable play. Marcus Thornton remains a phenomenal play since his price didn't climb nearly as dramatically as Sessions'.

Markieff MorrisWill Markieff Morris be active?
He'd been putting up great fantasy totals before a surprise rest against Brooklyn, but I suspect we'll see him in the last game of the season, as he's become a bit of a fan favorite in Washington. If he does get the start, I'd expect big minutes and big production. But he's anything but safe until we get complete assurance that he's playing.

Tyson ChandlerTyson Chandler is likely out again
But I'm not sure it matters for your purposes. Alex Len and Mirza Teletovic are both expensive compared to the insane value today, and Jon Leuer's minutes are too erratic to call him anything but a big tourney play. Still, it's a great match-up against the D-League squad the Clips are throwing out there tonight, so I wouldn't be shocked by huge lines from any of these guys.

What's going on with the Mavs' point guards
But I'm not sure it matters. Williams and Barea are overpriced compared to other values tonight, and Felton is too. Only matters if you want to cut against the grain in big tourneys.

Update:
With Barea and Devin Harris both ruled out, and Williams questionable - Felton becomes a much more attractive play given that the Mavs are already in the playoffs. He's now a distinct possibility for me.

Will Aaron Gordon return?
Not relevant because you want to play him, but it would crunch interesting punts like Dwayne Dedmon and Jason Smith.

The "Every Lineup" Guys

These are players that show up in each of the top 10 lineups as produced by our lineup optimizer. This doesn't necessarily mean that they're "safe," it just means that their projected weighted-mean point total is a solid building block for a great lineup foundation today.

Cole AldrichCole Aldrich - FD 5000 DK 4200
Opponent - PHX
FD Proj. Pts - 38.31 DK Proj. Pts - 38.88
For reasons cited above - he could put up absolutely huge numbers once again.

Damian LillardDamian Lillard - FD 8100 DK 8700
Opponent - DEN
FD Proj. Pts - 40.86 DK Proj. Pts - 44.02
Portland is trotting him out there for minutes, and clearly wants to hold that 5 seed. Great match-up. He gets his.

And the rest is all over the place. Best of luck tonight - everyone is going to need it 🙂

Good luck out there today! If you want access to all of our numbers, get started with a free trial below of our lineup optimizer, on us!

  1. I see that a ton of news has come in already – making updates now!

  2. Posted this in the picks column, but looking for some feedback and the comments seem to be more lively over here. So resposting on this thread…

Was really excited to play Crawford/Aldrich again. This crawford news is bumming me out. Thoughts on Fournier as his replacement? I like the rest of my roster and i’m $100 short of moving up to Hood. (DK player)

Also, is it safe to trust Kemba in a cash game? Seems like a good spot to spend up with no Batum around. Should be lots of shots and usage up for grabs. Only thing that has me hung up is rotoworld says “A win or a loss will not affect Charlotte’s playoff standings.” So they apparently don’t have anything to play for. But if you look at the standings, they are tied with Boston right now for the 5th/6th seed (both teams 47-34). A Charlotte win and Boston loss would bump Charlotte into the 5th seed where they then play Atlanta instead of Miami. Would Charlotte rather lose and play Miami? Why would rotoworld say a win or loss doesn’t effect them? Seems like BS to me…

    Thanks guys and good luck

    • Rotoworld is wrong. It’s complicated but CHAR could end up either 5th or 6th depending on what happens tonight.

Hawks, Heat, Celtics and Hornets all have seeding on the line..

Problem with that Utah game is it could meaningless by tip off since the Mavs/Spurs game will basically be over.

      • Thank you Thomas, much appreciated. Good to know i’m not totally insane, albeit possibly a little.

    • Update here, Atlanta and Miami are also tied, and just one game ahead of Charlotte/Boston so basically the 6th, 5th, 4th and 3rd seeds could all still be shuffled around. No?

I feel like all 4 of these teams should be playing to win tonight. Am i crazy or missing something here?

    • NOT safe to trust Kemba, given the other options.

      I do like Fournier.

  3. Saw this coming. RUDY GAY OUT #tanktime

  4. So many updates coming. Going to wait till after 7pm ( lock is 8pm today) to even think about a lineup and see who is starting since it’s going to be back-up city tonight.

    • This is the only approach tonight. That said, I kind of like the early returns on the optimizer.

  5. Lillard, Rivers, Barnes, Ilyasova, Biyombo, Harden, Greek Freak, Aldrich. Multiplier line up thoughts?

  6. David West OUT! Have a backup plan to your backup plan tonight

  7. Is anyone but me concerned that Harden’s minutes get buzzed in a blowout with basically all the Kings sitting? Also in this same game I’m liking Willie C-S, since young Curry won’t be able to do it all by himself…thoughts on this?

    • I’m a little concerned about this for sure. But Houston needs a win, and there are no other games after this one otherwise – so it’s less of a risk than usual.

  8. Not sure how it will effect the game but just reported George Karl will be fired after the game tonight.

  9. I’m only playing the 1030 four game slate tonight. Should have solid news by 10pm for those games. No way am I risking money on the big slate

  10. too many good plays tonight…are you guys still seeing steph curry as a must play even with seth and sessions and rivers getting an insane amount of PT? feel like salary can be spent elsewhere

  11. Hey reid, responded on other page but hard to say about hornets tonight. Cliff isn’t one to lose on purpose for the playoffs, but Hawks are prob worst matchup for them.

So should Houston be sending Sac a gift now or after the season? That being said, wouldn’t be shocked to see then keep it close.

You have to really love the nba to attend that raptors/nets game. Looks like a d league game. Good seats available tonight, everywhere in the league. Nba shld give free tix to anybody going to a game tonight

    • Agreed, except that there are like 8 D-League games going. Complete disgrace.

  12. last time ill be able to roster kobe! on yahoo his price is like $8 lmao ill use him in a $1 game

  13. There’s so much low priced value that I’m narrowing it down by looking at guys I know can go off like Aldrich, rivers, Seth, WCS, etc.

  14. Is anyone else nervous whenever Len shows up in an optimized lineup? I’d rather Teletovic any day.

    • lol I agree… I remember the days when Len was a must… Tele definitely has taken a lot of usage even coming off the bench he plays around 30 minutes each game.

    • Can’t say I blame you, Chris – but Len’s minutes should be safer since Teletovic can’t really play the 5. If Chandler comes back, I won’t bother with either.

  15. Honestly the only player I feel comfortable playing is kobe only cause it’s his last hame of his career and I have a feeling he’s going out with a bang. Other than that, tonight slates look really iffy.

  16. Real question:
who are the 2-3 guys to spend up on?? harden, curry, greek freak, towns?? milsap???
So much value that its the raw points that I’m concerned about!!

    • Ilyasova got me 1.5 points two games ago. He’s dead to me even with his breakout last game.

  17. Anybody worried GSW might sit Curry?

    • Sit for the entire second half, sure. MEM was garbage last night against a team not nearly as good as GSW. They won’t say it but I still think MEM is in tank mode to match up against SAN instead of winning last night or tonight and having to face OKC. MEM and SAN at least play the same slow PACE. If I’m MEM I sit everyone tonight and just roll over.

  18. This, my friends, is the true definition of a Shit Show. Thanks DFSR for attempting to weed wack your way through this mess. I cashed on all double ups last night, even with a goose-egg from Jackson in a few.

  19. Now ATL’s starting 5 is questionable

  20. Anybody looking at Trey Lyles with Gobert sitting in Utah and them most likely having nothing to play for? He’s projected really soft on the site and I can’t stop looking his way.

    • I’m all-in on Lyles. So, like Jim says, you’ve been warned.

      • But in all seriousness. Gobert is confirmed out, Favors is banged up, and they play the Lakers. 30 minutes and 30 fantasy points seems like a pretty reasonable expectation in my mind. Added bonus that he should be blowout proof. Could see a scenario where the game is either meaningless (prior games in evening seal their fate before tipoff) or over early, and Favors gets to rest while Lyles runs big minutes. Even if Favors plays the whole game, Lyles should be in the 25-30 range pretty easily.

        • Thanks Reid. I was in the same mind-set as you. Just needed someone to tell me I wasn’t crazy.

          • Only thing i’ll add here is that his upside is probably not all that high. Hard for me to imagine him going over, say, 40 fantasy points. Just can’t imagine how he does that. 30 might even been a little generous as a baseline assumption. There definitely could be better value at PF, but i refuse to play channing frye (who optimizer is spitting out at the moment), Mirotic or Portis for a cash game. I’d feel a little better about Leuer than those other guys. Anyway, i’m rambling at this point, but i keep coming back to Lyles as my favorite PF tonight (again, i’m a DK player, so some positional differences could change things if you are on a different site).

I’m also heavily debating going all-in on Kemba despite James urging me not too, so there’s that for you to gauge my sanity and the value of my opinions. (my big money guys, as of this writing, are Kemba, Lillard, Towns).

  21. Well, damn, the more i think of it now, it’s possible Utah goes with a generous helping of Jeff Withey since he’s more of a true center.

This is making me seriously rethink Lyles. Will circle back with a follow up whenever i make up my mind. Might be a while….

    • Hey Reid I’ll be honest and I’m a big Kemba advocate…I don’t like Kemba tonight tho

      • Thanks Rondall. I’ll probably end up going away from him for cash. Can i ask what don’t you like? Other, better value to spend on? I’m starting to waver myself on the thought that Big Al might steal some usage via a post centered offense. Starting to think that maybe some of the big Kemba games we’ve seen sans Batum might also have been sans Jefferson and therefore not a great corollary.

        • Reid kemba @ 8k has to get me 40 plus points (maybe even 50 for me) to give me true value at that price…even tho batum is hurt i can see this turning into a blowout game and kemba sitting a lot of the fourth quarter. I could be entirely wrong thats just what my gut says….i cant deploy him with confidence tonight!

          • Perfect. Thanks. That’s what i was looking for. I’m right with you on the 40-50 points needed out of Kemba. Just thinking that Harden/Curry need something like 55/60, respectively (50 kemba points would equal 63 and 67 Curry and Harden points, respectively, on a pure pts/dollar basis). I also am concerned of blowout risk in the GSW and HOU games. More so golden state, less so HOU. I have a feeling the Warriors come out focused and hungry and the game is over by half. Was therefore thinking Kemba hitting 40-50 might fall under similar odds of Curry / Harden hitting 55-60, assuming *no blowout* for Kemba, but potential blowout for the other two. If that makes any sense… But if you think this CHA game gets ugly, then yeah i’m way off Kemba.

  22. Thoughts on Tristin Thompson tonight? Think he’s got a chance to go off.

  23. Also how about Bogdanovic? I seriously don’t want to play Mirotic tonight but optimizer seems to like him

  24. I am so close to just canceling my entries for the main slate and throwing them all into the 10:30 slate. As a GPP dominant player, the level of uncertainty across the board is way too high. May just throw in one or two and call it good.

With all of SA’s centers sitting, I could see a scenario where Boban drops 40+ fantasy points tonight. He has nothing to lose.

  25. I may go all in on Jokic. Lots of center value but Denver doesn’t seem to have anyone left in the frontcourt. Unless someone has reasoning against him.

  26. I like Jokic as the safer option for Denver. However, Nurkic is streaky and could potentially take some value away from Jokic. I like him more for Cash games.

  27. I haven’t read all the comments, but has anyone mentioned Biyombo? He’s starting tonight. He tore it up when he started earlier this year

    • He’s in exactly 0 of my 8 lineups so yeah you should probably have some interest

  28. Hahaha honestly guys, some 4th string player is going to come out tonight and crush everyone’s dreams, and we’re all going to be sitting here thinking “What the hell happened?”. That being said, shoutout to DFSR for making it crystal clear that if you’re a sane human being, you shouldn’t play tonight. (Unfortunately I’m not one of them)

  29. Also, after all the news that’s come out, who else is high on Giannis to drop some huge points tonight if PG13 sits?

  30. Portis yay or nay as of right now i have steph/lillard/harden/thornton/mirotic/covington/portis/wcs/aldrich

  31. Just tough sledding rostering a lineup. I wish there were more games that mattered. Lots of punt plays seem like traps because these aren’t mid-season games. For the playoffs teams it’s just about filling out a roster. Second unit guys are still valuable come playoff time so you don’t want to get them injured in some meaningless last game of the season. Trick is finding guys who are going to get monster minutes on non-playoff teams and guys DEEP on the bench on playoff teams.

    • Perfect example is the Cavs. irving and Thompson are starting but why on earth would the Cavs run them any sort of real minutes regardless of what the score is..

  32. guys……it’s gonna be kinda last minute again before I can give you my final lineup (I only do one lineup per night)….so be ready to throw 9 guys out quickly…..I only play FD.

Remember….I get crushed nightly….unluckiest guy in fantasy sports…..my players seem to usually fall asleep WHILE THEY ARE PLAYING…..quite an amazing feat of skill actually.

Tonight is insane……but my picks will fail me again…..as per usual…..so standby.

  33. What’s everyone think about Ariza on FD? I could drop down and take Mirotic, Ennis, etc…playing gpp.

    • Got him in my LU, but then again I have been cold as ice for a week.

  34. I think Kobe will take a lot of shots, 30 pts+ is prob going to happen, what do u guys think about him tonight?

  35. That’s it. Too many pivotal no-name options tonight to come away with a lineup that I feel my money is worth. I am with Nikolas on this one and the rest of the DFSR team. I will throw in some late slate on FD and that is about it. Good luck to all.

  36. Power Forward on DK is looking gross. Can’t touch Millsap, don’t think he plays, and if he does i doubt it’s for the whole game. PHX seems hell bent on preventing Leuer from reaching 30 minutes. Portis is Portis and Mirotic is Mirotic. Lyles was looking nice, but then i remembered the Jazz have Withey and seem to like him at center more than Lyles (if Favors sits, this changes, but won’t know till after lock…). Channing Frye, hahahalolololol. Ilyasova yeah right, Skiles me once, shame on you, skiles me twice….

Do i wind back up at Lyles? Maybe go back to Nerlens one last time? This is making me pull out my hair and vomit simultaneously.

  37. I kind of like a Nerlens at PF and pairing him with Ish. Also WCS has a nice matchup and will get plenty of minutes.

    • Not sure why there is big interest in WCS. Even when he gets an ample of amount of minutes, he still has a ceiling in the 30 point range. He hit 40 points against the Suns a while back, but last night he only posted 29 against them.

I admit he’s probably a sure thing for 25-30 points, but it just seems that lately he is pretty tapped out.

    • I do like this idea. Just made a Lillard/Rivers/Ariza/Nerlens/Towns/Ish/Teletovic/Aldrich lineup. Interesting. Not loving Mirza though. Feel like upside with him is 30-35 pts and he’s due to cool off on the hot shooting.

  38. i wont front im still looking at new orleans guards they been holding me down!

  39. I need to spend money somewhere…is steph a safe play tonight( or Harden?

    • Only thing I would worry is if they sit down early because of a blowout, but as a rockets fan they usually underachieve against terrible teams so I wouldn’t be surprised to see that one go to the wire.

  40. Kylie Irving BACK IN THE LINE UP. Caves changed their mind

  41. I actually like millsap. The Hawks do have something to play for kind of. I still only have him in 2 of my 8.

Babbit and Ajinca out. I may add Ennis to another lineup or 2

  42. Why have I put in multiple lineups today… Just throwing my money away… Hate myself

  43. Really wish someone at the NBA would have thought “maybe this will be the last season Kobe plays” when they did the scheduling. Not a Laker or Kobe fan but Utah??? Such a dud last game.

  44. I can’t find Kyrie anywhere in the optimal tool, Doug, James, take a look a that since the Cavs said he will now be playing.

  45. This day is a cluster. Got to love the news on Irving..

    Early – OUT
Late Afternoon – ACTIVE and Starting
Just Now – ACTIVE but may not play

  46. anyone got any news on Vucevic and Gordon for Ersan Ilyasova play/punt?

  47. Indiana sitting everyone – Solomon Hill heyyyyy

  48. OUT Drumond, Pope, Jackson, Harris
    OUT George, Hill, Ellis, Mahinmi
    IN Vuc and Goron

  49. Anyone think Myles Turner gets full run?

  50. Most of IND sitting out. Myles Turner could be good

  51. Does anyone think miles terner could be good

  52. Yeah i’m thinking Myles could be the play of the day now. But who knows, maybe they run him for 20-25 minutes so they don’t wear him out before the weekend? No idea what to think anymore……. He’s young though. Should be able to handle 35 minutes no problem, especially with two days rest coming up

  53. I think it would be easier instead of announcing who is out, stating who is actually playing. Looking at line up pages on rotoworld like NO,SAC, etc is freaking hilarious

    • Or just let the teams that have something to play for go for it and everyone else just take the day off (let Kobe play too)

  54. Don’t you love it when a few teams don’t have an active player over minimum price?

  55. Tonight is reminding me of a Chapelle Show skit. Reperations for slavery happens, Knicks vs Pacers turns into Todd Macculloch vs Travis Knight one-on-one.

  56. I’m thinking of throwing a lineup out there with about $25,000 left on the table

    • haha, probably not a bad move. wast thinking to myself last night that i should have done something similar

    • I may do the same, I’m doing several single entry (level playing field) dollar entry tournaments, and I’m sure at least one will be pure punt tonight’s a night where there are no rules lol

  57. So who do we think are the safer of the big money guys? Harden has me a little skittish. Do we know anything about Millsap? Freak should still be good right?

    • For my (usually wrong) opinion. Freak is best when he’s running the show and everything goes through him. I’m a little worried that Middleton and Monroe might steal usage/touches/etc. from him. This is why i faded him last night and it worked out. But what do i know….

  58. For anyone that may have followed my Lyles ranting earlier…. I am now officially OFF Lyles for cash games, and all aboard the Myles Turner train.

I’ll still run Lyles in a GPP or two, just because that was my original lineup and i feel like all the changes i make usually end up hurting rather than helping me. So gonna throw that original “hunch”/”gut” call lineup in a tourny and see how it compares to the new and improved cash lineup. Also think Lyles will a low ownership/contrarian option to the Portis and Leuers of the world.

Anyway, maybe this is a terrible move, but wanted to make sure no one misunderstood me and thought that i’m fully endorsing Lyles (because, i know, my opinions hold a lot of weight).

  59. delon wright anyone? starting over joseph

  60. I actually like what the optimizers spitting out right now. It Includes Delon Wright Steven.

  61. Biyombo not starting per Rotoworld

  62. I’m not playing Delon Wright just because there’s better basketball players in his price range getting more minutes tonight

  63. The winners tonight may be the guy who has nine actual active players take the floor

  64. What a mess! Leaving my fate with the optimizer tonight. After a ridiculous early slate of baseball my brain hurts! Good luck everyone.

  65. I’m done. Bout to throw away $25, Jesus take the wheel.

  66. Wait! Is Jesus active and playing???

    • Hahahaha okay that made me laugh. And no, he’s actually out for rest tonight smh.

  67. Can’t wait to see what funky, dysfunctional lineup wins tonight

  68. No. Jesus is questionable with abdominal soreness. Officially GTD

  69. ok….here it is………beware

    rivers
    lillard
    harden
    kobe
    antetooooumpomntepo
    Covington
    ilysova
    turner
    Aldrich

    let the devastation begin!!!!!!!!!!!!

  70. Wow ownership % for a few guys very surprising. Myles turner at 12% in big $2 tourney

  71. I’m the only one in my cash game not playing Harden 🙂

    • Me too! Here’s to an inexplicable Harden 30 fpt night.

  72. Yeah but probably to be expected with so many options all over the place to take a stab at. Harden seems to be the one consistent high % guy.

  73. Anybody crazy enough like me to throw out at least 1 45k line up?

  74. Drove myself crazy today with this. Good luck out there everyone. Cheers!

  75. Big Bucks Big Bucks No Wammies!!!!!

  76. I’m from Houston, so I hope the Rockets just blow Sacramento out of the water tonight. HOWEVER, due to this being Houston, they could also all suck and lose this game somehow. Let’s find out.

    • Jesus is officially OUT. Expected to return to full strength in 3 days. Will carry team on his back through to the finals….;)

  77. @andrew Smith…even funnier…also has two sore hands limiting shooting

    • Jesus is officially OUT. Expected to return to full strength in 3 days. Will carry team on his back through to the finals….;)

  78. very little is certain tonight………the only thing we KNOW FOR SURE is that rivers, lillard, harden, kobe, greek freek, Covington, turner, illysova, and Aldrich will have poor showings………after that it’s really up in the air……agree?

  79. wtf happened with Tristan Thompson? He played 4 seconds, fouled, and then rode the bench the rest of the first?

    • he’s too weak…….he can’t hang………sorry boss

  80. Oh, Thompson only played 4 seconds to keep his Iron Man streak going. What a piece of $hit way to end up basketball season.

  81. Dam Dam DAMMM!!!! Thompson… smh…

      • Jim, something you do every time you hit submit

        • I guess im slow tonight….still don’t get it….help me understand

          • Jim, Shaking My Head (smh)

  82. is anybody watching these 1st half scores? holy carp………insanity……we might as well go to bed until Saturday eh

      • no…..he didn’t die…..he fell asleep because I picked him tonight…his production was ruined the moment I locked him in …..sorry

  83. I knew there was going to be wackiness but never thought we’d see MIL just rollover against the INDY B Squad and CHI just rollover to the point where PHI starters might not get run because it’s such a blowout..

    Bring on the playoffs..

    • it’s called “not having the character equal to the paycheck”………..disgraceful many of these nba players are……..shameful

  84. Will the Warriors get their full run tonight?? Worried about the blowout and watching Steph and Co. Get hawked down on FD as others play the 4th quarter in other games. And how many shots does Kobe put up tonight??? Over/Under 30.5??

    • impossible to tell boss………………it’s all pure luck of the draw tonight

  85. I need Towns to hit 80. Ariza and Turner looking like bad calls. Come on Sam Mitchel, let the kid put on a show for the fans!

  86. Why does the optimizer still have Jordan as fourth ranked center on the board??? Scoring in the 30s and getting 30+ minutes??

  87. thanks John…………..yes I am constantly SMHing………..tonight is no exception…………ridiculous

    • Funny thing is I saw it all the time on here and didn’t have clue but they got this great thing on internet called Google though

      • google…………..hmmmmmmmmm……….never heard of it

  88. Well with everybody except for KAT sucking, I’m hoping my warriors stack does well and the game stays close

  89. Most laughable player update… Khris Middleton done for the night.. REST…

Guess he’s getting a head-start on the offseason… just embarrassing on MIL fan appreciation night no less..

    • you don’t think these pieces of crap give a rats ass about the fans do you? that is laughable though……….what a piss poor coach!!!! I’m sure Antetoooocomkonumpotopotumnpo is not far behind……disgraceful!!!

      • how the hell do you sit middleton when MIL is mounting a comeback???

  90. why couldn’t Beverley do that when he was in my lineup? smh

  91. ill tell you what…………this little girl names Ellysova starting to piss me off!!!!!!

  92. miles turner……………………………………dormant….GEEEEEZ

  93. Knew I should have stacked that NO/MN game. Smh

  94. Wooo mirotic . Only play him when bulls entire team off court. Lesson finally learned lol

    • LOL………..I was wondering when you would learn that valuable truth

  95. FACT……Turner & Ilysova suck……….unless a miracle occurs those 2 losers sunk me

and by the way damnit.I’m not a damn robot!!!! GEEEEEEZ

    • Jim, make sure you check those pictures that got trees

  96. Let’s hope Kobe puts on a final show for an epic finish!

  97. Optimizer gonna win lots of cash tonight!..all these players mentioned aren’t even on it..pay the money people!

  98. Killed it in the early games!…$$$…stay hot optimizer!

  99. I prefer to do things the old fashioned way….I’m a settler……I settle for losing money and talking shit………bahahahahahahahaha

  100. who is this moron destroying the national anthem with his electric guitar…………………….more disgrace……..like math class on Saturday…..no class

  101. Of course my lineup with Powell, mirotic, harden, and boban also has Tristan Thompson. Literally the only lineup out of my 8 that has Thompson

  102. Come on aldbitch you’re killing me

  103. Since I hate Mirotic with a dying passion, I exchanged him for Harkless 15 minutes before gametime. Everybody else is hitting value, so needless to say I cost myself some serious cash tonight.

    • Yeah in my head I was thinking Luol Deng is a tough matchup for Mirotic, but then he goes off and also gets 5 steals and 3 blocks

  104. Everyone counting winnings ? You all got quite

  105. This week has been like fighting off the sisters of Shawshank

  106. Kobe is gonna pay some people tonight !!!

  107. From what I hear tell, he spent the rest of his days eating his meals through a straw!!

  108. I swear at some point this week, after making a comment in a conference room, out of habit, I’m gonna say “I’m not a robot” and start picking out all the blue pens on the table to make sure I’m heard!!

  109. Kobe set the record for missed 3s in a game with 14 and there’s still time left, but he’s helping me break even on the night.

  110. Kobe, you singled handedly lost me a ton of money tonight but I’ll still miss u and wish a picked u over Seth curry

  111. Thank you DFSR and thank you Kobe! Took down the $1 dribbler and won $750, I love late season hoops!!!!

  112. FINALLY!!!! On the weirdest most dysfunctional night of them all, I FINALLY win. Thank you Steph! Thank you Kobe! Thank you Nurkic, Jokic, etc…. Even you, Prigioni! My first……..and probably last win ever.

  113. Wow somebody hit 448 on fanduel. Ridiculous night. You could’ve hit 400 and barely broken even.

  114. Yeah I scored 362.6 and I got 13th. Story of my life.

  115. I had 399 on 250 in bets and only won 200 in gpp crazy high scores, it was a fun night though

  116. Kobe Bryant screwed it up for everybody….That bastard…
