Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Saturday 11/28 Late Slate

Another packed Saturday in college football land. Some really high scoring games could be coming your way.

We're also selling lineups for every CFB slate. This week they include DraftKings and FanDuel lineups. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. This season of our 70% of our FanDuel lineups have moneyed in cash games, and one won the FanDuel Redshirt tournament. Meanwhile 57% of our DraftKings lineups have hit in cash games. Don't miss out.

    Quarterback

    Nick Stevens
You know it’s an ugly slate when one Nick Stevens heads your quarterback list. This pick is more about how the money works and the need to save where you can. I wouldn’t call Stevens a hope and a prayer as he has delivered double digit fantasy points in all but two games this season. Fresno State presents a favorable matchup for Stevens and he should be able to take advantage of the scoring opportunities. Colorado State travel to Fresno as 10pt favorites with a total in the high 50’s. Check the injury news before finalizing your lineups as Oden Jr is looking iffy. If Oden sits I like the idea of pairing Stevens with running back Darius Dawkins to capitalize on the expected scoring. I like Chad Kelly quite a bit on Draftkings, but his price point on FanDuel increases the risk he carries and is a bit restrictive.
    Jared Goff
Goff is not available on FanDuel, but he is squarely in play on Draftkings. Cal plays host to Arizona State Saturday evening the fireworks should be on full display. Both teams have sort of tread water this season with both teams hovering 1 game above .500. Cal’s running game seems to be in flux, but Goff continues to sling the rock to his bevy of talented receivers. It’s not uncommon for Goff to spreads the ball around to a dozen or so different receivers. His willingness to distribute to the open guy makes it hard for the defense to focus on any one receiver. Cal has lost 5 of it’s last 6 games, but has been in just about every one of them. Arizona State offers a nice matchup at home. Vegas says almost 70 points, could be more.

    Running Back

    Leonard Fournette
What in thee hell has happened to this dude. Well, nothing. It’s just the ebs and flows of a brutal SEC schedule. Once these guys get into the thick of things much of their success depends on the team’s success. LSU just isn’t that great of a team. Sure, they beat up the little guys and they have enough talent to hang with the big boys, but they don’t have the offensive talent to drop big numbers on the better SEC defenses. Fournette may be out of the Heisman race and Les Miles could be coaching his last game, but Fournette will still see the ball close to 25 times and A&M should offer more running room than some recent opponents. It’s tough to spend at the position tonight, but if you insist this is the guy.

    Paul Harris
It should be a crime this cat isn’t available on FanDuel. Hawaii is god awful, but as a result run the ball with Harris seemingly every play. Hawaii comes into the game 2-10, but get to face La. Monroe who is 1-10. If the game weren’t being played in beautiful Hawaii it would be considered the Toilet Bowl, but as it stands we will call it a pity gift for both teams having to suffer through a miserable year. Harris is locked into his role as the starter and as the feature of the offense. Yes, that was a singular form. It’s been some time since these Rainbow Warriors had high flying offenses that passed the ball all over the yard. Times have changed and as it stands Harris is the only thing worth watching when Hawaii takes on Monroe.

    Wide Receiver

    Laquon Treadwell
Treadwell is a stud and comes in as my top big money receiver of the night. Mississippi State will have a hard time keeping this dude under wraps. Ole Miss, like State, doesn’t have the greatest of ground attacks and generally do most of their damage through the air. Kelly seems to have found his groove again and has played really well of late. This should be to Treadwell’s advantage as an effective Kelly translates to scoring opportunities for the Ole Miss offense. Sterling Shepard is a fine choice at the same price point and I will have some exposure for sure, but my preference is Treadwell.

    Fred Ross
Ross is certainly healthy as he has strung together 3 games of great fantasy production. Over his last 3 games Ross has accounted for 29 receptions good for 383 yards and 3 scores. All this against Mizzu, Bama, and Arkansas none of which lack for defense. Ole Miss also has a tough defense, but it doesn’t appear to matter who they face. The Dak to Ross connection is alive and well. State doesn’t have much of a run game outside of Prescott so you are seeing an increase in pass attempts from a season ago. Ross has thrived as the #2 opposite DeRunnya Wilson, but has largely outplayed the returning starter. It’s not a real strong group of receivers so I don’t mind facing off against Ole Miss with a talent like Ross.

    Tight End

    Darrion Hutcherson
Gus Walley is questionable with an undisclosed injury. An undisclosed injury typically has a recovery period of who the heck knows so it appears Walley will once again be sidelined. The tight end slate is a heaping pile of terribleness. I’m looking to spend the minimum. Walley or Hutcherson, whoever starts. No news means Hutcherson.
