Seth Russell
Russell is Russell and this spot will be short. He’s great. Baylor’s great. They’re expected to score 50+ points. Now, let begin the discussion on how to fit his salary and why he still represents strong value at this price. The study we illustrated in our CFB eBook clearly indicated high end quarterbacks that have the ability to pass and run deviate considerably less from their mean than any other style QB. Russell fits that mold for sure. The value at the skill positions is far thinner than your typical Saturday early slate, which generally lowers the cash point in the large 50/50’s, making Russell’s projected point total a little more valuable. There are just enough salary relief guys out there making Russell a possibility. Plus, you have to admit it’s fun watching him score every 2.7 plays.
Marquise Williams
WIlliams fits a similar mold as Russell whereas he posses the ability to both pass and run making him more difficult to contain and thus raising his floor. North Carolina is not projected for nearly as many points as Baylor, but considering Russell probably won’t be under center for all of Baylor’s points, their opportunity is arguably similar relative to price. Typically their price difference would not be enough to get me away from Russell, but this slate does not offer a plethora of high quality options making the extra $$$ you save on Williams a difference maker. Williams presents more risk than Russell, but Virginia’s defense greatly reduces the likelihood of Williams laying an egg.
Saquon Barkley
This game has a low total and Penn State’s offense has been pretty much, well, unproductive. Barkley, however, has been a real bright spot for the Nittany’s and after missing a couples due to injury ripped off 194 yards against the Buckeyes. He didn’t find the endzone which has been a problem for Penn State all year, but Maryland has shown the ability to be the magic potion for offensively challenged team. Running back is fairly thin Saturday morning and I think Barkley is clear cash play standout for me. I will have him in most of my cash games on FanDuel, but his Draftkings price puts him in must play territory over there.
LJ Scott
Initial reports were that Madre London was expected back this week against the Hoosiers, but news surfaced recently suggesting he will miss an extended period of time instantly boosting Scott’s opportunity. The backfield for the Spartan’s this year has been somewhat ambiguous. London & Scott shared duties, but the distribution varied week to week rendering both guys risky plays. Scott, already a nose for the end zone, won’t have much competition for carries against Indiana’s porous defense. Barring an unexpected lack of volume Scott figures to be one of the better value plays on FanDuel. His Draftkings is reason for pause even with London out. You can still use him, but I may look for a receiver at that price point on Draftkings.
Gabe Marks
Dom Williams
Marks is my top cash receiver on the board and I think he falls right in the sweet spot. He’s not going to break the bank and offers a very strong floor with legit 4x upside. Washington State essentially passes every down with the occasional run that ultimately gets audibled back to a pass at the line. Not really, but you get the point. Marks is the top receiver playing in offense determined to pass. On the other side is Dom Williams who is equally in play on both sites. On FanDuel these two are basically the same price and Marks is the guy to own, but playing in both in cash games is nice way to capture more of the Cougars passing game. On Draftkings Marks is still my top guy, but Williams is nicely discounted making him an equally strong play. While I wouldn’t blame you for running both guys on FanDuel I recommend pairing these guys for your Draftkings cash games.
Aaron Burbridge
In order to play Burbridge you’re going to have to ignore his performance against Central Michigan & Purdue. I would summarize, but let’s just move on to why he deserves to be in a few of your cash lineups this weekend. Most of his appeal is based on matchup, but part is simply a lack of strong options. Like Marks above I feel Burbridge is sort of in that sweet spot. I’m not sure how you fit Coleman’s salary and the other high end guys don’t appeal to me any more than Burbridge. Once you get a few notches below him it starts to get sketchy. If my man AB is not your guy Jakeem Grant is at the same price point and also offers decent value.
Rodney Mills
Mills has entered must play territory and I suspect he will be a heavy start even in a less than awesome matchup. I think you could argue Mills is still 10-15% underpriced. He hasn’t found the end zone since week 2 against Temple, but he has still managed to produce double digit fantasy points in each of his two games since. In terms of tight end, there’s Mills, and then way down the street is everyone else.

I hope this lineup is better than previous weeks I know no one can see the future but lately I buy these picks to see who NOT to pick.
Thanks for reading! Our track record and results more than speak for themselves. Also hoping for the best obviously.
There's no way someone can pick a team with players that are back ups and no one has ever seen play and end up with getting monster points unless they are getting picks from Vegas or paying for inside information
Thanks for the email. Not exactly sure what you are referring to here.
