Point Guard
Stephen Curry - FD 9600 DK 10500
On a short slate, nailing the big money plays is an absolute must. There are a few different directions to go tonight, but the highest upside one by a mile has to be Steph against the flailing Lake-show. Curry is one of the safer big money options, generally speaking, simply due to having the ball in his hands so damned much. He's had a few rough nights recently, but this seems like an easy "get right" game going up against the Matador, Jeremy Lin. Look for Curry to have lots of great looks, and to be a huge cash game start.
Jeremy Lin - FD 6000 DK 6200
Stack time! There are a lot of directions to go with PG2 tonight, and Lin is the clear cheap option. He's been playing ~35 minutes a game recently and seeing an uptick in usage with Kobe under the weather. Bryant is slated to return tonight, but I think the Warriors will give the Lin a little bit of room regardless of whether or not Kobe shows up. Lin/Curry seem like a great GPP stack, to me.
Double up play: It's got to be Reggie Jackson. He just plays 40 minutes a night, and that kind of opportunity is quite literally match-up proof. Beverley is slated to play, which is the only thing that makes Jackson not a "must start" in all formats. If Beverley is out, however, upgrade Jackson to the top of this list.
Shooting Guard
Anthony Morrow - FD 4100 DK 4100
Minutes, baby. Getting 31-36 minutes from a guy with chucker tendencies is a SICK deal at these prices. On such a short slate, Morrow is precisely the guy you can go cheap on to spend up elsewhere. Beverley will almost certainly be tracking Jackson (if he even plays), leaving Morrow to square off against the indifferent Harden. Harden's got a defensive gear when he wants one, but in a game that ought to be a mismatch, I doubt he'll kick into it.
Klay Thompson - FD 7500 DK 7100
Klay soul-crushed the Lakers for 41 points (and 49 fantasy points) in their last meeting, and it's very clear they have no one that can keep up with him on the perimeter. The price is certainly climbing on him, and it does come with some blow-out risk, but you simply can't compete with the upside on a points per dollar basis. Every game tonight has a serious blow-out risk, so give me the guy with the best upside and let's call it a day.
Also considered: Harden, for the same reasons as Thompson, but I like the defensive match-up a little worse and there's more risk exposure at the price.
Small Forward
Jeremy Lamb - FD 5200 DK 5800
You never know how Lamb is going to be deployed on a game to game basis, but getting a guy at a $5,200 salary on FanDuel that has posted a fantasy total in the 40s the season is a pretty ridiculous deal. Ariza's defense reminds me a lot of Harden's these days. He's certainly got it in him, but he's not the max-effort guy he was when he was coming up with the Lakers. I think Lamb will get the separation he needs to get plenty of looks, and could have a monster game.
Shawne Williams - FD 4500 DK 4400
Trevor Ariza - FD 6300 DK 6300
For fear of giving you all punts, I'll give you two guys with two very different profiles. Since November 4th, Williams actually has the best single game of the two. Ariza has the next 4 best games. He's clearly the safety play here, even with some blow-out concerns. But Williams has a decent amount of safety in his price as well, and while he's always a candidate for a no-show, the amount you can save here to spend up elsewhere might be worth it.
Power Forward
Carlos Boozer - FD 6300 DK 6500
It's not an easy night to project power forwards. I submit Boozer because I like him against the under-sized Draymond Green, who's got plenty of athleticism but perhaps not the polish to stand up to Boozer's post-repertoire. The thing I'm liking best here is the safety. Boozer's posted 24 fantasy points in each of his last 5 games, and even better, his minutes have been incredibly reliable. I don't think he'll go off or anything - if you want upside, Ed Davis is your man - but I think you can slot him into double ups and feel pretty good about it.
Serge Ibaka - FD 7800 DK 7500
In the interest of keeping it super real, I don't necessary love Ibaka in a vacuum tonight. It's just the other guys you have to choose from. Again, though, for cash games we just want minutes, and Ibaka's got those. I also think Ibaka's running from a little bit of run-bad. I don't see any great reason his blocks, steals, AND boards should be down considering he's playing an increased number of minutes this year. Sure, he's playing a little further away from the basket of offense, but I think he IS due for some positive regression. If Terrence Jones is out again, he might even draw a favorable match-up to go with it.
Center
Jordan Hill - FD 6500 DK 7000
Andrew Bogut - FD 6400 DK 6400
Out projection system actually likes each of these guys about the same tonight, so I'm giving Hill a bump on the very unscientific result of their last meeting, and what I perceive to be his minutes safety. I actually think Bogut is the better player, but the Lakers have no reason to not leave Hill in his normal rotations, whereas the Warriors will pull Bogut to save his legs if it's close. Given the choice between either, I'll take Hill for both upside and safety, but wouldn't fault you for playing either.

I tinkered around yesterday’s lineup for my first FB game and won 100$ off of like no entry fee, but although I feel good now tonight doesn’t seem like a good day for FB. Every player on this list has been inconsistent and is a gamble, there are no safe bets here. Last night they called Korver a safe bet b/c he was averaging over 25ppg, but did anyone think that lebron + marion would actually let that happen? Consider the opponents, last night I picked up deandre jordan and blake b/c suns have no bigs, so Deandre ofc crushed it with 18 rbounds and 7 blocks.
Awesome, Fillip! Congrats on the big win, and I think you thought things through well. Let us know if there’s every anything else!
