Fanduel and DraftKings College Football Cheatsheets
Listen - it'd be nearly impossible to create a whole projection system for college football, but Casey is willing to sell his cash game lineups through DFSR.

Special Note: I’m fading all Florida State players. Louisville has a tough defense and they’re going to get some mojo from the home field advantage. Vegas pegs FSU as 4.5pt favorites. The #2 team in the country is only a 4.5pt favorite against an unranked team? Oh, and the line opened at 8.5. That trends towards STFA (stay away).
Quarterbacks
Kevin Ellison - FD 7600 DK 7300
Give me one good reason to play Ellison and I'll give you two; both of his feet. Ellison has more rushing yards (770) than passing yards (734). He also has more rushing TD's (8) than passing (5). Due to his rushing prowess, Ellison's floor is pretty high and therefore he makes for a strong cash game play. His price compared to the field offers flexibility with your lineup and on a short night even just a few hunge can have a significant impact. Back to the touchdowns, through eight games he has 13 total touchdowns. That's a pedestrian 1.6 per game, which for QB's really isn't great. There are two things that should be considered when evaluating Ellison as your QB. First, his rushing yards return 2.5 times that of passing yards so that makes up a bit for the lack of touchdowns. Second, in the games Ellison underperformed, fellow mate, Matt Breida, scored multiple TD's. Last week Ellison only had one TD, while Breida had four. So Ellison is about as safe a play as you can get, but part of that safety comes from stacking him with Breida. He's not the greatest of GPP options, but excellent in cash games (with Breida).
Running Backs
Matt Breida - FD 8700 DK 8000
Matt Breida is my top play of the night and likely many other's as well. This is not a situation you want to go against the grain. He will be one of the most popular plays and for good reason. There's always the possibility of him missing value because he fails to score, but it does not seem likely given his track record and current matchup. Breida has scored 13 total TD's this year through eight games. Basic math says that's more than a score per game. Pro math says that's exactly 1.625 scores per game. As I mentioned above, Ellison is the perfect complement to Breida in cash games. In the games Breida failed to score, Ellison picked up the slack with multiple touchdowns. Against Troy's 100th ranked rush defense Southern won’t have much issue moving the ball. Plus, I asked my Magic 8-Ball if he would score multiple touchdowns and the response was, "Outlook good". If you get the 8-Ball's blessing you better not question it.
Wide Receivers
Keevan Lucas - FD 8200 DK 7600
Tulsa is bad and they are heavy road dogs. You guessed it, they'll be playing catch up most of the game and I'm banking on Lucas getting garbage production to either hit value or crush his number. Through seven games Lucas has a 64/809/8 stat line. That's almost ten receptions per game, which also happens to be just the kind of volume you like to see in a receiver. Not only is that great volume it’s also roughly 3x more than the next best receiver (Garrett 26) on the team. These are the kind of receivers you really want to target for your cash game lineups. Guys that aren't priced at the top of the spectrum, but they completely dominate the targets and their playing in a game where they are expected to be playing from behind. Lucas may start slow, but it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.
DeVante Parker - FD 6600 DK 6400
Parker made his season debut two weeks ago against NCST and delivered a 9/132 stat line. Not too shabby for a guy that hasn’t played all year. Louisville had the week off to (hopefully) prepare for Famous Jameis. Parker presents some risk since he has only played in one game. It’s hard to gauge the on field relationship with quarterback Will Gardner. Sure, it looked great against NCST, but I try not to overreact to one game in either direction. Plus FSU is a stiffer test defensively than NCST. This is a tough spot for Florida State though, and I think Louisville is going to give them everything they can handle. One thing for sure, the Cardinals have the defense that can give Winston fits. While the Cardinal defense is doing its thing to keep the game close I do have reservations about the offense being able to move the ball consistently. I know that doesn’t sound like a winning recipe; picking a WR from a team you're not sure will score much, but Parker is the playmaker this offense has been lacking and he should make up in volume what he(they) lack in touchdown potential. Lucas offers a bit more safety, but Parker could make some huge plays in front of a raucous home crowd.
Tight Ends
Alan Cross - FD 3800 DK 3200
My man had a rushing touchdown last week. That’s right a RUSHING touchdown. Whoooo, gonna get me some cold cuts, yeah. Like Icky Woods, you celebrate that. Cross offers the best value at the position.
