He’s maintained a high strikeout rate all season as he puts down more than a batter an inning. The walks can kill him at times, and they limit his overall upside. The xFIP sits in the mid three’s, not tremendous but fine enough considering the price. The Giants are pretty mediocre against righty pitching and the power in San Fran is usually out because of the ballpark.
